It sure looked like an obsessed fan interrupted "The Bachelor: The Women Tell All" episode Monday to show Lace a tattoo of her face on his stomach ... but the guy's actually just a joker.

Our 'Bachelor' spies say comedian and "Punk'd" producer Jamie Abrams faked both his emotions and his tattoo.

Abrams -- who went viral in 2013 for the "The Women of LA" YouTube video -- showed up at the taping and surprised Chris Harrison by standing up and professing his undying love for Lace Morris.

As for the look of fear on Lace's face ... we're told it's 100% real. Our source says no one from cast or crew were in on the prank, so she was understandably creeped out.

We reached out to both ABC and Abrams, but no comment.

Sacha Baron Cohen turned the "Baywatch" set into a mutton fest.

Sacha was decked out in "The Brothers Grimsby" regalia Monday, as he crashed the Miami set and palled around with Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron.

If called upon, Cohen certainly has the requisite swimsuit.

Mel Brooks swears he didn't mastermind a viral marketing scheme for "Spaceballs 2" by plastering posters in the NYC subway ... but he couldn't be happier it happened.

Lakers star Nick Young was pulled over in Hollywood Monday night -- after cops say he was bumping his music too loud in a rental car ... TMZ Sports has learned.

But during the stop, Young claims the cops took a cheap shot at the Lakers ... though, it's not like they lied.

Here's what we know ... cops say Young was going down the street playing his music too loud -- and didn't have license plates on the car.

He was pulled over by a police vehicle -- and we're told another unit that happened to be close by saw the stop and went over as backup.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports Young was cited and went along his way without incident -- but Young claims the didn't leave without taking a parting shot at his team.

"After everything was over one of them (police) going to say (y'all suck) so I replied back like it ain't lookin to good for y'all neither."

Howard Stern says THIS is the single greatest prank call his crew has ever pulled off -- a Peyton Manning impersonator hit up a sports talk show ... and what happened next was epic.

The hosts believed they had the real QB on the line started off by asking about the Super Bowl -- to which "Peyton" replied ... "Cam Newton is a little cry baby bitch."

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas let it all hang out after a long lunch Thursday near Capitol Hill.

Our photog got the Justice on his way out of The Capital Grille at around 3:15 PM. We're told he dined in a private back room with a group of guys.

You gotta see the video ... Thomas is in hysterics for most of it, asking why our guy would "photobomb" him. After our photog ID's himself as a TMZ cameraman, the Justice says, "I know you. I'm just giving you a hard time"
