Ariel Winter's mother Chrystal Workman won't get the chance to reunite with her daughter ... at least for the foreseeable future, TMZ has learned.

Chrystal filed docs recently asking to get her daughter back -- after the court stripped her of custody last year -- but the judge in the case refused ... extending the temporary guardianship of Ariel's older sister Shanelle instead.

You'll recall, Shanelle has been Ariel's guardian since last year, when Chrystal lost custody over allegations that she was emotionally abusive to the 15-year-old "Modern Family" actress.

According to the new court order, Chrystal "presented no evidence that there were any changes or repair of damage to their relationship" -- which has completely fallen apart -- so the judge shot her down.

As we reported, Ariel wants nothing to do with Chrystal whatsoever, and says she loves being with her sister.

Jodie Sweetin is adamant ... she's NOT currently being treated in a rehab facility -- but tells TMZ she currently WORKS at one.

We spoke to the former "Full House" star ... who tells us reports that she's in treatment for substance abuse are "such bulls**t ... I am absolutely NOT in rehab."

Jodie -- who once battled with a meth addiction -- says she currently works as a clinical logistics coordinator at an L.A. rehab center, and her employer has allowed her to live in a studio apartment on the property while she deals with her divorce from husband #3 Morty Coyle.

"I work for the center and they have been really generous in helping me with a place to stay as Morty wanted me out by the end of the month," Sweetin says.

"The owners of the facility said I could stay here as I got things figured out."

Jodie also says she's decided not to pursue full custody of the couple's 2-year-old daughter Beatrix -- and wants joint custody instead -- because she wants the kid "to have both of her parents in her life."

Jodie and Morty were married in 2012.

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice doesn't look fazed by the possibility of a massive looming prison sentence -- in fact, she was all smiles with her daughter on Tuesday ... and she looked damn good too.

As we reported, Giudice and her husband Joe each face up to 30 years in the big house for bank fraud, tax evasion, and more -- after officials say the couple defrauded the IRS and multiple banks from 2001-2008.

The couple surrendered to authorities just hours ago, and have each been released on $500,000 bond. They're due back in court August 14.

Wade Robson -- the choreographer who claims Michael Jackson molested him -- is launching his own foundation to help child sex abuse victims through new age healing ... TMZ has learned.

Robson founded a non-profit organization called "Hearts in Our Hands" on July 1 -- registering a domain name and a Facebook page.

A rep for Robson tells us all the required legal docs haven't been filed yet -- but the group will be dedicated to preventing abuse ... and will take a holistic approach to treating victims.

Translation: a whole lotta meditation and yoga.

A source close to Wade says the choreographer's gotten deep into yoga himself lately -- and now wants to quit professional dancing forever.

As TMZ previously reported ... Wade is suing MJ's Estate, claiming he was sexually molested by Jackson from the age of 7 to 14.

Jodie Sweetin's 2-year-old daughter could become the unfortunate centerpiece in her divorce -- TMZ has learned, Sweetin's estranged husband is gearing up for a full-on custody battle with the former "Full House" star.

We broke the story ... Sweetin filed for legal separation from Morty Coyle last month, citing irreconcilable differences -- but the kicker ... Sweetin requested full custody of their daughter.

But Coyle's not going down without a fight -- he just filed a response to Sweetin's docs, asking the judge to award him joint custody.

He also wants to block the court from awarding Sweetin spousal support.

Coyle and Sweetin had barely been married a year when they split. They were married in March 2012. Sad.

Prince William and Kate Middleton need to cut loose from tradition -- naming their kid George Alexander is right out of the royal playbook -- which dare we say is getting a little dusty.

We're not saying the royals need to steal a page from Gwyneth Paltrow and name the kid after fruit, but it wouldn't be terrible to give the kid a name that's a little more fun than "George."

An Arizona judge has issued a ruling laying the groundwork for Alejandra Nash to get a significant increase in child support.

It's definitely a victory of sorts ... but as Alejandra has stated in the past, her main goal is to move the kids to Los Angeles, so the war ain't exactly over.

As we previously reported, Alejandra says she wants to be in L.A. so the kids can be closer to their father, who plays for the Lakers -- but Nash says she's full of crap.

Steve believes she wants to be in Cali because the Golden State has child support laws that are much more favorable to Alejandra (and would allow her to get more $$$ from Steve than she would get in AZ). Plus, Steve claims she's a materialistic social climber who wants to be in L.A. to be in the Hollywood scene.

And don't forget Steve slammed L.A as a crappy place to raise children.

Bottom line -- the AZ child support ruling may be a victory for Alejandra on one level, but until her mail is sent to an L.A. address, this thing is far from over.

Kate Middleton and Prince William debuted their infant overlord moments ago in London -- the third in line for the British throne -- and guess what? The kid is totally normal. Hooray.

Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade put the nail in his divorce coffin ... finally reaching a financial settlement with his ex-wife, six years after their severely bitter split.

Wade's attorney released a statement earlier today saying the NBA champ "provided a very generous settlement" to Siohvaughn Funches. Wade filed for divorce in 2007 ... it was granted in 2010, and Wade was awarded sole custody of their two sons in 2011.

The divorce was brutal, especially regarding custody -- Siohvaughn was arrested last summer for allegedly attempting to abduct their kids. She subsequently accused Dwyane of all sorts of bad parenting, including depriving them of life-saving asthma medication.

On Friday, Funches publicly accused Wade of leaving her homeless and destitute, taking to the streets of Chicago with a sign that read, "NBA Miami Heat star, mother of his children on the streets.”.Wade claims he's been paying her $25,000 a month, and also paid for her mortgage and four cars.

As for custody, it's still a contentious issue -- Funches wants visitation again, but a court hasn't decided whether to give it to her.

1:14 PM PT -- Prince William's daddykins -- Charles the Prince of Wales -- has just released a statement on the birth of the baby ... saying, "Both my wife and I are overjoyed at the arrival of my first grandchild. It is an incredibly special moment for William and Catherine and we are so thrilled for them on the birth of their baby boy."

Also, it sounds like he hasn't seen the baby yet ... because he added, "We are eagerly looking forward to seeing the baby in the near future."

12:53 PM PT -- THE DOCUMENT HAS ARRIVED!!!! And it doesn't say anything interesting at all, except that Kate "safely delivered of a son" and she and the baby are doing well. Woo-freaking-hoo.

It's official, Prince William has secured his heir ... and millions of Brits just spilled their tea ... KATE MIDDLETON GAVE BIRTH TO A BABY BOY!!!

According to Buckingham Palace officials, Kate popped at precisely 4:24 PM BST. The boy weighed in at 8 pounds 6 ounces.

After Prince Charles and William, the baby will become third in line to the British throne. Sorry Harry.

We still don't know the baby's name -- but we DO know he's got some iffy genes in the hair department, so we gotta ask ...

Rapper Future stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for ANOTHER kid ... problem is ... now he's battling the baby mama in court over child support.

TMZ broke the story ... a woman named Brittni Mealy slapped Future with a paternity lawsuit back in Feb, claiming he was the father of her son. But a month later she dismissed the suit, without explanation.

Then on June 8th, Future filed docs, admitting he knocked Brittni up and asked the court to make it official ... by legally recognizing him as the father. He also wants joint custody and for the court to determine how much child support he should pay.

Brittni then fired back with docs of her own, claiming it's not enough. She says Future left his kid without support for months. She's asking for that cash -- specifically from June and July -- plus future support.

Meanwhile Future's still battling his baby mama #1 (Jessica Smith) ... trying to shoot down her request to collect more cash for their 10-year-old son.

Yay fatherhood.

Brooke Mueller will get custody of her twins back over the next year, sources tell TMZ -- but ONLY if she does 5 things right.

Sources connected to the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services tell us -- officials have agreed to go back to the judge in 6 to 12 months and recommend that at least some of Brooke's custodial right be reinstated, but before they do that ... Brooke must prove to them she's a fit, clean-and-sober parent.

The first condition is that Brooke -- who's currently in a live-in rehab facility -- consistently attends AA and NA. She must also obey all of her doctor's orders and show she can handle the stresses of everyday life without relapsing. She's also supposed to maintain a good relationship with the kids-- for the time being via skype. In all, we're told there are 5 specific strings attached.

We're told DCFS officials will monitor Brooke closely to determine she's on the path to sobriety ... and only then will they make their case to the judge -- who makes the final decision. DCFS thinks it will take anywhere between 6 months and year to make its determination.

There are reports out that Brooke is living with her boyfriend. We've learned those stories are false, and that she's ensconced in a rehab joint.

As we reported, Brooke lost custody of the twins in May after officials determined she could no longer provide a safe environment for the children. Brooke enrolled in rehab shortly after. The kids are currently with Charlie's ex Denise Richards.

Charlie Sheen was not only able to make offspring -- his offspring have now made little warlocks of their own ... officially crowning him the hardest partying grandfather EVER.
