Fresh off his Mexican vacation, Louis Tomlinson got a fresh dose of reality when baby mama Briana Jungwirth handed over their 4-month-old son Freddie.

Looks like Louis is on daddy duty at least through the weekend ... the exchange with Briana went down Thursday afternoon outside a Starbucks in Thousand Oaks.

Louis' rented a home in nearby Calabasas for Briana and Freddie, so it's unclear why they'd make the exchange in a parking lot ... then again, when you're raising a little tyke, got to fit in those Starbucks runs somehow.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale put their differences aside in the name of basketball ... and co-parenting.

For the first time since their divorce, the exes were seen together Wednesday -- just feet apart -- at their son Kingston's hoops game. There were smiles, from Gavin at least, but they were hardly chummy. More like cordial.

Exes playing nice ... it's catching on.

Barry Bonds is outraged over a video of several white kids who attend his daughter's fancy Brentwood private school using the n-word while rapping along with a popular song.

The 26-second clip -- posted by Brentwood Students Against Racism -- shows several young white teens singing along to A$AP Ferg's, "Dump Dump" ... which features the lyric, "I f***** your bitch, n****."

The video got to Barry, whose daughter, Aisha, attends Brentwood School ($37,000 a year) -- and he tweeted, "I am sad that i had to see this at my daughters school. #Racism #Fixit #Suspension."

He's not the only one calling for action ... a Change.org petition was launched and already has more than 400 signatures.

Not everyone is on the warpath -- a student who wished to remain anonymous spoke with NBC4 and condemned using the n-word, but said the kids should NOT be punished.

"It's a small segment of the school that is making a big fuss over nothing ... Some of the extreme activists on campus are calling singing along to a rap song a 'hate crime' or 'hate speech' but that is a load of hogwash."

The school has called the lyrics “offensive and inconsistent with our core values."

Waka Flocka Flame played make-believe with a little girl -- as in, make believe you're in jail ... locking the crying toddler in a dog crate.

The little girl had tears in her eyes as she reached out between the bars for someone to free her. Waka asks if she "wants out of jail," and then says he'll bond her out.

Even more shocking ... Waka recorded the whole scene and posted it on Snapchat. It's unclear if the girl, who seems less than 3 years old, is his daughter. As far as we know .. he doesn't have any biological kids.

Some people are going OFF on Waka on social media ... others are laughing it off as a joke.

9:35 AM PT -- Waka just posted an explanation, saying his niece had put herself in the dog crate. His rep says the whole thing was "taken out of context. He found she had accidentally locked herself inside. Waka was simply letting her out."

The rep says he thought it was an adorable family moment and decided to post it. Waka is clearly pissed anyone would think he's locking up kids ...

Doug Hutchison has no doubt the bun in Courtney Stodden's oven is 100% his, because he insists he's the only one bangin' her.

Doug tells TMZ he's well aware many people are wondering who knocked up Courtney -- but he has a very direct message for the doubters: "Trust me: my spermatoza are the only swimmers surfing up that stream. Aloha!"

Classy.

This will be the first child for 55-year-old Doug ... same goes for 21-year-old Stodden.

No word if ice cream was present during the spawning.

Jack Pratt had a tough job at LAX Tuesday ... somehow grabbing the spotlight from his famous, beautiful parents ... and he pulled it off.

'RHOA' star Phaedra Parks put her broken marriage with Apollo Nida aside to make sure the entire family was together for their son Ayden's 'TMNT'-themed 6th birthday party, minus Apollo, of course.

Phaedra rented out Stars & Strikes bowling alley over the weekend in ATL, and the guest list was stacked -- 100 of Ayden's closest friends and family, including Apollo's mom. Phaedra's 'RHOA' co-star, Porsha Williams, also showed.

Apollo wasn't there since he's serving 8 years for bank fraud, but Ayden still looked like he had the time of his life, which isn't really hard when you're turning 6 and laser tagging.

Phaedra might've lost some cool mom points in the gift department. She followed up last year's tricked out Mercedes SUV with a $50k deposit into his college savings account.

Ciara got shot down in a big way in custody court Monday ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the former couple say Ciara showed up in court asking for sole custody of their 1-year-old son, baby Future. She claimed Future was a bad parent who was not present in the child's life. We're told she and her lawyer also trash talked Future to the judge, saying he was a bad person.

For his part, Future showed up and asked for joint custody, and the judge was squarely on his side, rejecting her arguments.

California courts favor joint custody, so the decision was in line with the law.

We got Ciara leaving court, and she was mum.

It's been a bitter battle since baby Future was born. She's filed a $15 million defamation lawsuit against him. The case is ongoing.

Try not to cry ... we dare you.

Drew Brees continues to show what a sensational human being he is ... this time surprising a special needs kid in Shreveport, Louisiana ... and totally bringing the brave little tyke to tears.

Brees was in town for a speaking engagement when he stopped into Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar -- a restaurant he co-owns -- and was told there was a huge Saints fan in the building.

The fan -- 10-year-old Hunter Glass -- is battling cerebral palsy and was completely overcome with emotion when he came face-to-face with his idol ... you gotta see it.

The Houston Texans defensive end is tying the knot to his longtime girlfriend Asha ... and it's all going down at the NYC Public Library -- a historic landmark and one of the most beautiful buildings in the city.

We're told the guest list is around 200 and will include several of Devon's NFL friends -- including Pro Bowler Carlos Dunlap. In fact, Bengals defensive lineman Brandon Thompson is one of his groomsmen.

Of course, Leah is the flower girl!!

BTW, we're told the couple waited 2 years to get married ... until Leah was healthy enough to walk down the aisle. Amazing, right?!

A new O'Neal is teaming up with Kobe Bryant to make basketball history ... Shaq's son Shareef ... who says Kobe offered to give him 1-on-1 training this summer ... and he accepted.

Yes, that Kobe Bryant ... the same one Shareef's father used to hate with a white hot passion.

Shareef dropped the news on us while leaving the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills ... saying he ran into Kobe at the All-Star Game in Toronto ... and the Mamba offered to be his hoops Obi-Wan.

"He was telling me I need to train with him ... I'm going to probably start training with him this summer."

The Shaq vs. Kobe beef -- one of the nastiest in sports history -- has cooled in recent years, with the two men gushing about each other in public. But still, didn't see this one coming!

Even though it's all good now ... when we asked Shareef if he'd try to bust Kobe's ass when they eventually play each other, shades of the old O'Neal/Bryant rivalry came back out.

"If we play 1-on-1 ... Imma try to win."

Ex-Indianapolis Colts linebacker Clint Session is a wanted man -- a judge has called for his arrest for failing to fork over roughly $400k for the care of his special needs daughter.

Session -- who reportedly got an $11 MILLION signing bonus from the Jags in 2011 -- was previously ordered to pony up child support to his ex to help pay for his daughter's vast medical bills.

FYI, Session's 4-year-old is a quadriplegic who's been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and brain damage. She has serious vision issues and can't eat normal food.

Session's ex says ... despite a court order, the 31-year-old has refused to pay child support, medical bills, therapy bills and other fees ... totaling up to more than $381,000.

The judge in the case has had enough -- and gave Session an ultimatum ... pay up or go to jail.

Bristol Palin and baby daddy Dakota Meyer are finally getting along as parents ... and in the ultimate show of goodwill, she is signing off on the baby getting dad's last name.

According to court docs ... Meyer filed a petition to rename the couple's 5-month-old daughter from Sailor Grace Palin to Sailor Grace Palin Meyer. He also said he's now listed on the baby's birth certificate.

Bristol included her own doc ... signing off on the name change.

As for their custody woes ... we're told both Bristol and Dakota are committed to co-parenting and getting along. They even spent Mother's Day together in Alaska.

Eva Mendes flashed a "fooled ya" smile on her way out of lunch with Ryan Gosling and Esmeralda -- the kid we knew about, but baby Amada was still hidden from sight.

Ryan and Eva went out with the fam in L.A. for Mother's Day ... 24 hours before TMZ broke the story that they'd secretly already had their 2nd child on April 29.

Eva was still hiding behind her giant handbag, because on Sunday they were still pulling Operation Fake Stork Delivery. Shortly after the jig was up on Monday afternoon ... Ryan walked into Jimmy Kimmel's studio (where there was NO mention of Amada's birth).

It'll be interesting to see if Eva's still covering up the next time we see her.
