Ray Rice is back in the good graces of many Baltimore Ravens fans ... who flocked to him last night during a Christmas charity event.

Ray and Janay Rice went to a Toys for Tots drive organized by his ex-teammate Torrey Smith -- and no one shied away from Ray as he walked around the event. In fact, he and Janay posed for several pictures with people during his first public appearance since his suspension was overturned.

Organizers say this is the 3rd consecutive year that Rice has pitched in with the charity.

He told a reporter for WJZ ... "I just made a horrible mistake in my life but you know, if they truly believe in second chances - they would forgive me "

We've said it before -- comebacks happen all the time.

Kris and Bruce Jenner have settled their divorced ... TMZ has learned, and the goodies have been divided, with Bruce scoring several million from his ex.

A L.A. County judge has signed the legal docs.

It's about as clean a divorce as possible. As we previously reported, they did not sign a prenup. Kris gets the family house and they divided up various bank accounts and other assets.

We're told based on the settlement agreement ... neither Kris nor Bruce will get spousal support. As for 17-year-old Kylie, she's so close to becoming an adult they share joint custody and each parent will foot the bill while she's with them.

Under the agreement, Kris has to pay Bruce $2.5 million to equalize things.

Kris gets a 2012 Rolls-Royce Ghost, a 2014 Bentley and a 2014 Land Rover. Bruce gets a 2011 Porsche 997 Coupe, a 2013 Cadillac Escalade and a 2007 Harley motorcycle.

Kris filed for divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences. She listed the date of separation as June 1, 2013.

They each get to keep their airline miles.

It looks like the actual date they are legally allowed to tie the knot with someone else is March 23, 2015 ... but the fat lady has sung.

They're on the market folks.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Phaedra Parks says she's going to prison for the holidays, and she may be bringing her kids.

Phaedra's hubby Apollo Nida is serving an 8 year sentence for money laundering and check fraud, and it looked like it would be the loneliest of times because Phaedra said she would NOT visit him.

But she's softened for the holidays, and now says her and the kids will probably go on a field trip to the big house.

And check this out ... even though she's said she'll divorce Apollo, she's still wearing the ring.

Deion Sanders' ex-wife was sentenced to seven days behind bars today for failing to return their kids in a timely manner ... as they agreed to do in their divorce agreement.

Pilar Sanders was found in contempt, and immediately taken into custody. The judge ruled she did not bring their 3 children back to do Deion on time after a visit last July -- and also took them when it wasn't her turn.

According to local reports, Pilar did not have an attorney with her ... and at one point told the court, “I am not a part of the United States corporation." As we first told you ... Pilar now believes she can only be judged by the Moroccan Empire (which does not exist).

Kylie Jenner gave a bunch of sick kids exactly what they wanted this holiday season ... oh yeah, and she brought some toys too.

Wearing a white, shear, midriff-baring top, a pair of tight, ripped jeans, high heels, and camera-ready makeup ... Kylie showed up Monday with boyfriend Tyga to the Teen Impact Holiday Party at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Maybe not the most appropriate outfit for young kids.

Christmas in the town of McIntyre, GA was almost cancelled, but Mama June ponied up out of her own pocket to save it.

The Shannon family has hosted a toy drive for the last 5 years ... with great success. Sometimes 500 people a night would show up at their well-decorated home, where adults deposited toys and the kids would sit on Santa's -- AKA Sugar Bear's -- lap.

But the fallout from the collapse of the Honey Boo Boo empire has taken its toll ... only a few hundred people showed up so far, and it looked like some kids would get nothing next week.

So Mama June says she personally forked over $2,000 for toys and says she'll ante up more if need be. She tells us, "No matter if one or one hundred came out, I was going to make sure the kids here in the county will wake up to something at Christmas."

So she's been naughty and nice.

Teresa Guidice may be a criminal, but she's not as bad as people are making her out to be in the restitution department.

There has been a torrent of criticism that Teresa funded her daughter's 2 music videos when she still owes the government hundreds of thousands of dollars in restitution and she stiffed her creditors by declaring bankruptcy.

But we've learned ... Teresa didn't ante up a red cent for the 3KT videos. Gia Guidice's manager, Xhist Entertainment, tells TMZ the videos were funded by the management company and private investors ... not Teresa or Joe.

There are reports Teresa blew 5 figures on the videos. We're told they were way cheaper -- $5K-8K a pop.

She's bad, but not that bad.

Kanye West was your typical doting dad when he and Kim Kardashian took North to see Disney on Ice ... that is, until he mysteriously disappeared from the arena.

The West family had front row seats at Staples Center Sunday ... along with Kourtney's kids, Mason and Penelope, Brittny and Lisa Gastineau, and Ciara and her kid.

Yeezy looked mostly happy -- especially with his nachos -- but subtly vanished from his seat later in the show ... with Lisa G. eventually taking his spot.

Kanye also didn't make the cut for Kim's post-show pic, but at least North didn't get cut out of this one.

2:50 PM PT --  Kim just copped to the photo edit ... tweeting, "Wait is this really news that I posted a selfie & cropped my daughter out? LOL … Her eyes were closed and I was feeling my look! Can I live?!?!"

Kim Kardashian doesn't like to share the spotlight with anyone, even her own daughter.

KK posted a selfie Sunday night that rather conspicuously cuts off the face of North West ... and the move did not go unnoticed.

Comments on the photo from some of Kim's 23 million followers included:

In all fairness, that is a lovely wall.

John Rich is PISSED at Marvel ... he says their live show for children is anything but kid friendly -- and it ruined what should have been a great day for his family.

Rich says his 3 and 4 year old sons had been looking forward to "Marvel Universe LIVE!" for months ... but both burst into tears shortly after it started -- due to "loud explosions and aggressive audio."

The country singer tells us pyrotechnics are set off extremely close to the front row -- multiple times -- and it scared the crap out of his kids so bad he had to take them home 15 minutes into "M.U.L."

He adds, "They [Marvel] should warn people before you drop a few hundred bucks to get your kids all hyped up. Really disappointed us."

The website for the show does warn there will be loud noises and "safe" pyrotechnics.

A rep for Marvel says, "We take into consideration the ages and sensitivities of all our audiences when producing our shows, and we apologize if Mr. Rich felt the special effects were too loud."

Milla Jovovich is destroying her good name -- for the second time -- she's going to court to get yet another name change.

Right now the sultry zombie killer's legal name is Milla Anderson-Jovovich -- she's married to director Paul W.S. Anderson. But now she's flipping out ... filing court docs to switch it around to Jovovich-Anderson.

The "Resident Evil" vixen's motives might have something to do with their 7-year-old daughter, Ever Gabo -- in the same docs she's requesting the daughter's last name get the same Jovovich-Anderson treatment.

Scott Stapp's downward spiral continues ... he has lost custody of his 3 kids.

A Florida judge has ruled ... the former Creed frontman's soon-to-be ex-wife Jaclyn will have sole legal and physical custody of their 3 kids. There's no indication from the ruling that Scott even gets visitation.

The judge also ruled Scott has no right to stay in the family home -- it's exclusively for Jaclyn and the kids.

Scott has been off the rails for a while ... Jaclyn says he's delusional because he's taking a pharmacy of drugs, including coke, weed and meth. She's trying to get him involuntarily committed for 60 days.

Chris Brown became the Ferris Bueller at a charity basketball game in L.A. .... inspiring a full-on dance party which included a crazy back flip, and one awesome toddler.

Brown was at Dorsey High School Tuesday night for a LAPD charity basketball game benefiting the Symphonic Love Foundation. Talk about fraternizing with the enemy!

But you gotta give it up for Chris ... he gave the kids the thrill of a lifetime ... dance battling with a dude and cheering on one of the cutest kid dancers you'll ever see.

Halle Berry says she has the smoking follicle to prove Gabriel Aubry bleached and damaged her daughter's hair ... and the proof is in Nahla's hair brush.

TMZ broke the story ... Halle hauled Gabriel into court, claiming he was straightening and lightening her hair to make her appear white. Gabriel denied using chemicals and said the lightening was from the pool and sun.

Halle submitted documents to the court from Microtrace, a forensic consulting lab. Halle gave them a pink hair brush with strands of Nahla's hair.

The company analyzed the hair and concluded there was evidence it was chemically treated. The lab went on to say the repeated use of chemicals took their toll, writing there was "extensive damage ... likely the cumulative effect of repeated exposure to numerous gentle bleaching treatments."

The judge ruled neither Halle nor Gabriel could mess with Nahla's hair, and based on pics of Nahla and Gabriel from this week ... it looks like her hair is going back to normal.

Gabriel Aubry's night out on the town was really hairy ... courtesy of 6-year-old Nahla.

Gabriel and Nahla dined at a L.A. restaurant, and it's the first time we've seen her since Halle Berry hauled him into court last month, claiming Gabriel had straightened her hair and lightened it to make her look white.

The judge ordered both Gabriel and Halle to leave Nahla's naturally curly hair alone, and it looks like that's exactly what's happening, although a cynic might say Gabriel is trying to manually do the job again.
