"Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro threatened to kill his baby mama, Jen Harley, during their violent confrontation involving the couple's 18-month-old daughter, so say cops, but sources close to Ron are calling BS.

We got a copy of the emergency protective order that LAPD cops obtained shortly after the incident, which says, "Suspect told victim he was going to kill her. Suspect pushed victim out the house. Suspect ran after victim."

The order prohibits Ronnie from going within 100 yards of Jen and their 18-month-old daughter, Ariana. He also was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Jen's home.

The protective order docs detail how Jen tried getting help from neighbors ... "Victim knocked on neighbor's door and set baby on ground. Suspect grabbed baby and dragged victim to the ground. Suspect punched victim with closed fist on face, causing visible injury."

Joe Giudice just had a bittersweet taste of freedom .... he's out of prison, but also he's been forced out of the United States.

Joe's daughter, Gia, just posted this pic of Joe on his way to the airport outside Washington, D.C., where he boarded a plane Friday at Dulles, bound for Rome.

As we reported, Joe convinced a judge to let him go to Italy while immigration officials decide his fate. The feds are in the middle of their effort to deport Joe ... this after his conviction for conspiracy to commit wire and bankruptcy fraud.

Joe served 36 months and was released in March, but he was then held by ICE while he fought deportation.

The Little League World Series champs just visited the White House ... and got the best ride back home ever -- A FLIGHT ON AIR FORCE ONE WITH THE PRESIDENT!!!

The youngsters won the Little League WS back in August ... and shortly after the game, Donald Trump tweeted he'd love to host them for a title celebration at 1600 Penn.

So, the kids took him up on that offer Friday ... and got the coolest reward -- a private flight back home on Trump's plane!!!

Trump was headed to Louisiana this weekend anyway -- No. 45 has a rally on Friday night in Lake Charles -- so it all worked out for everybody involved.

Justin Trudeau's mea culpa over his blackface scandal continues, but this time he's saying sorry face-to-face ... to a much younger audience.

The Canadian Prime Minister was a guest on a Facebook Watch show called "New Mom, Who Dis?" where he was asked questions by a small group of school children ... including a couple uncomfortable questions from black twin girls.

One of the twins first asks Trudeau why he painted his face brown, and he responds by admitting it was the wrong thing to do because it hurt people ... and he's learned that now.

But, then the other twin asks a follow-up -- "But, did you paint your nose and your hands brown?"

Trudeau says "yes" and repeats it was wrong and hurtful, and apologizes to all the kids and people he hurt. He also says he's used this as a teaching moment for his own kids ... urging them to be respectful toward each other and not tease or discriminate.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is under an emergency protective order, which LAPD issued immediately following his arrest for an alleged domestic violence incident with Jen Harley.

Law enforcement sources tell us the 'Jersey Shore' star must now stay 100 yards away from his on-again, off-again girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Ariana. If, for whatever reason, Ronnie has belongings at Jen's place in Vegas, he must have police escort him.

The order is in place until Oct. 11 ... which will be one week after his arrest.

Of course, Jen can go to court to request a temporary restraining order if she wants Ronnie to stay away beyond the 11.

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian went back to their roots ... and brought their brood with them for a religious rite of passage.

Kim and Kourtney are in Armenia's capital of Yerevan where they arrived with North, Saint, Chicago, Psalm, Mason, Reign and Penelope. The group made the trek Sunday to the St. Hovhannes-Mkrtich Church of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

It seems Saint, Chicago, Psalm, Reign and Mason are the ones getting baptized -- in Armenian culture, the person getting baptized wears all white. North was already baptized in Jerusalem back in 2015.

Jen Harley showed serious signs of distress and appeared to be hiding from Ronnie Ortiz-Magro while holding her baby girl during their domestic violence incident ... as this security footage shows.

TMZ's obtained video from a neighbor who witnessed a portion of the frightening scene early Friday morning. It picks up as a barefooted Harley approaches the neighbor's home and activates the motion light ... then tries to open the gate.

Jen appears to check the trunk of neighbor's car to see if it's open -- possibly to hide her daughter -- before walking away.

The neighbor tells us Harley ended up pounding on her glass door asking for help, but the neighbor was scared to let her in so she called the police instead.

According to the neighbor, she looked out her window and witnessed Harley try to drop the baby over her fence as a shirtless Ronnie approached up the driveway. She claims he struggled with Harley, grabbed the baby, then hit Harley before leaving the premises.

The neighbor says Harley returned a short while later without their daughter asking to use the phone, but she informed her cops were already on the way. We're told they arrived around 2:50 AM.

Heather could NOT have looked happier Friday celebrating her daughter Ava's 22nd birthday in WeHo at Fig and Olive. Coming along for the ride -- Chris Heisse, Heather's ex, though it appears they're back on despite a tumultuous history.

Ava wasn't riding third wheel ... the birthday girl appeared to also have a date. Regardless of their troubled history ... seems they all had a great time hanging for a little fam-bam sesh.

"Diff'rent Strokes" star Danny Cooksey is a jealous maniac whose anger is horribly out of control ... so claims his estranged wife who just got a restraining order against him.

Amber Cooksey filed docs seeking a restraining order claiming Danny's abusive ways have exasperated her epilepsy condition. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Amber says Danny lashed out in profanity-laced phone calls while accusing her of having multiple affairs.

In docs, Amber says a recent curbside custody exchange of their 8-year-old son, Jackson Paul, went terribly south. She claims Danny started cursing at her, but she says she was horribly shocked when her son bit her and called her a bitch.

In another incident, Amber claims Danny once sent their son into her house with the sole purpose of trying to catch her with another man. In the docs, she also accuses Danny of having followed her to the grocery store to take pics of her car and license plates.

Kylie Jenner's split from Travis Scott wasn't the result of a cheating scandal or a blowup fight ... they were simply done in by a harsh dose of reality.

Sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ ... their decision to break things off came weeks ago, following a very long honeymoon phase that was full of love, touring, going on vacations and of course ... raising their daughter, Stormi, together.

We're told after Travis' Astroworld tour wrapped up and the two got back from Kylie's lavish bday getaway, everything slowed down and they were confronted by the grind of normal life ... and things felt different between them.

Simply put ... our sources say they fell out of love.

We're told Kylie and Travis tried to work it out for awhile -- including around the time she accompanied him to his 'Look Mom I Can Fly' documentary premiere in Santa Monica on Aug. 27 -- but couldn't make it happen.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have separated -- either temporarily or permanently -- but they don't see the need for a child custody agreement, and that follows a long tradition in the Kardashian clan.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, none of the sisters have ever put pen to paper to set the ground rules for custody. Our sources say Khloe and Tristan don't have a written custody agreement regarding True, and Kourtney and Scott also don't have anything in writing -- mind you, they have 3 kids.

When relationships hit the rocks and kids are involved, it's typical for parents to run to their lawyers and to court with a very specific custody arrangement -- how much physical and legal custody does each parent get, who gets the kid(s) for various holidays, who pays child support, etc. There are no such agreements with Kylie, Khloe and Kourtney.

Jenna and Steve Kazee were out Monday house hunting in the San Fernando Valley ... with Jenna's daughter -- with Channing Tatum -- Everly, also tagging along.

Jenna wore a rather loose jumpsuit ... so no sign of a baby bump. It's unclear how far along the actress is in her pregnancy.

Phil Collins is living proof his Not Dead Yet tour is an accurate measure of his physical well-being, because he's still kicking after taking a nasty backward fall.

Phil was performing at his Not Dead Yet Tour Sunday night at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC. In between songs, the 68-year-old singer walked over to a chair with an assist from a cane. He was eager to enjoy a front-row seat to his son's sick drum solo.

Problem was ... Phil's momentum took him backward. As you can see and hear in the video ... the audience gasped in shock while stage crew members ran over to help him up.

The war between Tyreek Hill and Crystal Espinal is still raging on ... TMZ Sports has obtained new court docs which show the Chiefs star is fighting with his ex to share custody of their son.

Crystal obtained sole legal custody of her and Hill's child back in February 2018 ... but Hill claims he's had a huge role in his 4-year-old son's life nonetheless.

In the docs -- filed last week -- Hill says even though Crystal was awarded custody in 2018 while she lived in Arizona ... he traveled at least 8 times to visit and develop a relationship with the child.

He claims when he asked Espinal for even more substantial time with his son ... she denied it unless she was allowed to move in with him in his Kansas home.

Hill says she ultimately ended up moving in with him in Kansas around September 2018 ... and he claims he's played a key parenting role with his son ever since.

But, in the court docs, he alleges that after his relationship with Espinal went sideways over child abuse allegations earlier this year -- he's only been allowed minimal time with his son.

The 25-year-old is now fighting like hell to change that ... asking a Kansas court to give him joint legal custody of the child.

In the docs, Hill says if the amount of time he spends with his son is left up to Espinal, it would be "devastating" to his relationship with the boy.

He also says under their current arrangement, his role as an active parent "is being disrupted at a critical point in the child's life."

As we previously reported ... Hill and Espinal are also in a legal battle over their other two children -- who were just born this year.

Espinal filed docs in July asking the court to give her sole custody of those kids ... and also demanded a paternity test to prove Hill is the father.

Here's something we don't see all too often -- Kim Kardashian playing around with her kids out in the open ... all while Papa Bear cranked out an almighty performance in Detroit.

Kanye West had a marathon day in the Motor City Friday, first hosting his usual Sunday Service event in the afternoon at the Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre ... and later debuting his new album, "Jesus is King," during a nighttime listening party at the Fox Theatre.

While dad handled his biz at the former, his wife had her hands full with their children -- North and Saint -- to the side of the stage as they played like there was no tomorrow. It's unclear if Chicago or baby Psalm was there or not, but they do not show up in these clips.

Anyway ... it doesn't look like the little tykes had much of anything other than their imagination and some nearby rocks and grass to entertain themselves with. And, lo and behold, they made due with that ... having a helluva time. Gotta love kids, right?

Felicity Huffman's daughter will get a second bite of the apple -- as in she can take another SAT test -- because there's no proof she was involved in rigging the first one she took.

As we extensively reported, Felicity paid Rick Singer $15k to get a proctor to cheat up daughter Sophia's SAT score. The proctor gave Sophia extra time to take the exam and then fixed some of the wrong answers. For that, Felicity pled guilty to a felony and will serve 14 days.

We've heard Sophia wants to go to college and must take a legit SAT test. Here's the thing ... the College Board security policy states, "College Board will prohibit individuals from taking the SAT ... when we conclude they have deliberately gained or attempted to gain or share an unfair advantage on any College Board test, or otherwise threatened the integrity of the test."

So far, everyone who has looked at Felicity's case has concluded Sophia was in the dark. There is one thing ... up to this point, authorities have looked at the players in the case with an eye toward criminal prosecution. There is no proof -- certainly beyond a reasonable doubt -- that Sophia knew what was going down. As such, there'd be no reason she couldn't take another SAT test.

A College Board rep tells TMZ, even if they felt Sophia had some culpability, there would only be a 6-month suspension under these circumstances and the 6 months has already passed.

Another rep says students are generally able to register for the test without issue ... but there can be exceptions.

All in all, it appears Sophia will be just fine.
