Here it is ... the video of Kanye West begging Kim Kardashian in the most grandiose way possible to become his lawful wedded wife.

Kanye and Kim were planted on the infield at AT&T Park in San Francisco Monday night when he got down on his knee and popped the question, while an orchestra played in the background.

The hug that ensues tells the story ... Kim said yes, she got a 15-carat diamond ring and they went off into the sunset and drank a lot.

Lamar Odom tells TMZ he hasn't been blackballed from the Kardashian family -- and WAS invited to Kanye's big proposal to Kim -- but he CHOSE not to go because he had better things to do that night.

It was just one of the topics Lamar addressed on his way out of the Spitting Chicken Cantina in Sherman Oaks, CA last night ... telling us about his friendship with Kobe, his relationship with his dad and his battle to get back into the NBA.

In fact, L.O. says he believes he's back in playing shape -- telling us, "I can play a basketball game and probably play really well."

He wanted to prove it by showing off his physique -- jokingly asking, "Do you wanna see me with my shirt off or my pants down?"

Don't worry, he didn't follow through on his offer.

Kanye West went over the top for his marriage proposal to Kim Kardashian -- renting out a stadium, hiring an orchestra, and oh a little 15-carat diamond ring! All in all, an awesome ... waste of money.

Yeezy, you coulda pulled this off on the cheap, bro.

Kanye West strolled into his hotel this afternoon in San Francisco ... just hours after proposing to baby mama Kim Kardashian -- and the guy looked REALLY HAPPY!

West was in such a great mood all day today. In fact, the rap star even threw out a peace sign to the photogs who were snapping his pic -- it's almost like he got laid last night or something.

Congrats pal ... on the engagement (and on the getting laid thing).

Kanye West pulled out all the stops when he proposed to Kim Kardashian last night ... paying the orchestra members a relative fortune ... all while cameras were rolling.

A member of the orchestra tells TMZ ... she was paid 4 times what she usually gets for such a gig -- members snagged up to 1k each.

She says no one got wind of Kanye's plan until 2 days before the event. A contractor reached out to a bunch of musicians in the area. But here's the thing ...The orchestra members kept the secret for a full 2 days. They did sign non-disclosure agreements, but you know how that works ...

The woman also tells us ... multiple cameras were rolling during Kanye's proposal, so there's plenty of material for the Kardashian reality show. We're told Kanye has final approval over whether it goes on the show or not.

The engagement comes 4 months after Kim and Kanye's daughter North was born -- and 18 months after they went public as a couple.

Monday was Kim's 33rd birthday. This will be her third shot at "til death do us part," and Kanye's first.

BTW -- In case you're interested, it costs $35k to rent out the field. We're guessing he can afford it.

Kanye West has figured out a new way to idolize baby mama Kim Kardashian -- he's enshrined her on his t-shirt.

The rapper was spotted in Seattle yesterday wearing the shirt with Kim's face on it -- shortly before kicking off his Yeezus tour -- and he couldn't help but smile.

If you think Kanye West is proprietary about Kim Kardashian's ass, think again, because he clearly believes it's awesome and is glad she's sharing it with the world.

We're told his response when he saw Kim's Instagram pic was that he loves having a hot chick.

Kanye retweeted the link to the photo and wrote, "HEADING HOME NOW." In case his message isn't clear ... it was put to us this way ... he's proud of it because it's his girl.

Kim Kardashian's gargantuan ass is back in working order ... and last night, she let the world know ... with a backside selfie on Instagram

It's the first butt-selfie Kim's taken since giving birth to Kanye West's baby North back in June.

Kim's been on a serious sexuality kick lately -- on the most recent episode of her reality show, she talked about wanting to pose NAKED asap ... saying, "As soon as I get in shape, the first thing I want to do is Playboy or some nude shoot. I just wanna walk down the street fully naked."

Dear paparazzi: It may be okay to talk to Kanye West again ... at least based on this incredible video of KW chatting up photogs at a gas station.

What's amazing is that Kanye not only talked to a few paps ... he joked with them while filling up his Lambo today in Calabasas -- and then launched into an explanation for why he went ballistic on that photog at LAX back in July.

Yeezy claims Daniel Ramos set him up by antagonizing him ... and it just happened to go down right after he learned his grandfather was dying.

Kanye's been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for the incident.

But there's a ton more he talks about ... like being fearful his daughter will have to deal with the media frenzy that follows him. He even tells the paps, "We in this together."

The photog Kanye West attacked at LAX is NOT willing to commit to staying away from the rapper, as the judge requested ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... the judge in the criminal battery case told the prosecutor Monday to get in touch with the alleged victim -- Daniel Ramos -- and ask him to stay clear of Kanye and not provoke him. The judge also ordered Kanye to stay 10 yards away from Ramos.

Kanye's lawyer, Blair Berk, told the judge Ramos had been "stalking" and harassing Kanye in the past, and she had great concern he would continue doing it ... and that appears to be why the judge asked the prosecutor to reach out to Ramos.

So we just reached out to Ramos, who told us he had to consult his civil lawyer, Gloria Allred. We called Ramos back a while later and he simply said "no comment."

It's interesting ... because in Ramos' civil suit against Kanye, he claims the attack caused him "physical and nervous pain and suffering."

Doesn't seem that nervous ...

Kanye West was just ordered to stay 10 yards away from the photog he attacked at LAX, but prosecutors got shut down when they asked that Kanye attend anger management classes ... TMZ has learned.

Blair Berk -- considered one the most effective criminal defense lawyers in the country who reps tons of celebs -- appeared in court on Kanye's behalf to ask the judge to make prosecutors fork over all of the info they have in their criminal battery case.

The judge ordered that the info be turned over, and then told prosecutors they should advise the photog -- Daniel Ramos -- to also stay away from Kanye. The judge said everyone involved should NOT use "self-help" -- aka, inciting and ass-whooping.

But then ... prosecutors asked the judge to order Kanye to attend anger management classes as a condition of bail. The judge scoffed, and rejected the request.

Berk is an interesting selection for Kanye because she's known for getting things done under the radar ... something foreign to his baby mama and her relatives.

Kanye needs a Houdini because sources tell us prosecutors have 7 videos showing the attack from virtually every angle.

As far as lawyers who are up to the task ... he chose right.

Kanye West is getting on an airplane right now ... bound for the airport that has triggered multiple run-ins with the paparazzi and 2 criminal prosecutions ... TMZ has learned.

Kanye left Milan early this morning and landed in Newark. He's about to board a plane for LAX and our sources say he will leave the terminal and walk right into the always-present paparazzi frenzy -- by his choice.

Kanye has told friends it's too much of a hassle to fly out of his way to avoid LAX. When he left for Paris, he took a private jet to San Francisco and picked up an international flight. As we reported, his reps wanted him to avoid LAX because they didn't want to give prosecutors in his pending criminal case more ammo, in case another confrontation erupts.

Kanye is determined to remain cool, regardless of how the photogs act. But he's also hedging his bets. He's spending a couple of grand for 3 security people to flank him as he leaves the airport.

Kim Kardashian can't stop showing off her giant new mom boobs all over Paris -- but is she using them to distract the world from something else?

Looks like North West may pull a Ferris Bueller ... because her parents are out of the country and she's been left to her own devices in a big Calabasas mansion.

We overstate a tad. Our Kardashian baby sources tell us ... Kim and Kanye wanted to have a romantic trip to Paris, so they left their 3-month-old behind -- under the care of grandma Kris Jenner ... and, of course, several nannies.

So you may have seen pics of Kris in Sonoma over the weekend doing a little wine tasting. We're told it was a day trip, and while she was hitting the bottle, Khloe and Kourtney were subbing. We're also told it was the baby's first sleepover with cousins Penelope and Mason.

You gotta see this one ... Kanye West is at his bizarre best on the streets of Paris, ragging on L.A. photogs and telling French paparazzi they do it a lot better.

Kanye started the encounter by warning the photogs not to talk to him. But then he started rambling on about how much more respectful they are than their L.A. counterparts.

It seems it was meant more for the photogs back home than the Frenchies.
