Axl Rose is denying a claim of sexual assault that a woman just levied against him in court -- saying it's complete fiction ... and he's never heard a peep about the incident until now.

The rocker's attorney, Alan Gutman of Gutman Law, tells TMZ ... "Simply put, this incident never happened. Notably, these fictional claims were filed the day before the New York State filing deadline expires."

Gutman continues ... "Though he doesn’t deny the possibility of a fan photo taken in passing, Mr. Rose has no recollection of ever meeting or speaking to the Plaintiff, and has never heard about these again fictional allegations prior to today."

Finally, he finishes with this ... "Mr. Rose is confident this case will be resolved in his favor."

In other words, Axl's writing off Sheila Kennedy's allegations as totally made up -- and more importantly, he's suggesting this is only being filed right now to be able to capitalize on a key window regarding the statute of limitations pertaining to alleged sex abuse victims in NY.

TMZ broke the story ... Kennedy detailed an alleged incident she claims went down in 1989, when she says she was partying with Axl ... which she claims turned violent when AR allegedly tied her up and sexually penetrated her anally without her consent.

Axl Rose is being taken to court over a decades-old alleged sexual assault of a former Penthouse model ... who claims he dragged her "like a caveman" and violated her.

Sheila Kennedy -- who was Penthouse's Pet of the Year in '83 -- just filed suit against the Guns N' Roses frontman ... claiming he tied her up and anally penetrated her with his penis during a party in 1989.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kennedy says she met Axl at an NYC club in February of that year and went back to a private party back at his hotel suite, which she notes was attended by a bunch of people who were allegedly doing drugs.

She claims Axl put the moves on her, which she says she was fine with at first -- that is, until he allegedly cleared the room so that it was just her, another female model and a pal of his left. Kennedy claims she witnessed AR have aggressive sex with the other model before fleeing to another bedroom with Axl's friend ... before things allegedly went south.

Per Kennedy, Axl flew into a rage with the other woman and booted her ... only to allegedly come to the other room and discover she was still there -- at which point, she claims he dragged her by the hair back to his bed, tied up her hands with pantyhose, and sexually assaulted her. Kennedy says she never consented and felt overpowered as it was happening.

Normalmente, los grupos musicales tienen sus propios contratos y parece que Hall cree que Oates violó ese acuerdo. Daryl Hall has filed a lawsuit against his former musical compadre John Oates, claiming some form of breach of contract.  What's more, Hall got a restraining order against Oates this past Friday.

As for the details ... well, the court file is sealed, but we have been able to piece together some info that could shed light on the dispute.

It appears from the docket Hall and Oates were in arbitration over some dispute. Typically, musical groups have their own contracts, and it would seem Hall believes Oates violated that deal. As for what it could be ... possibly a dispute over division of royalties, or it could be over Oates singing their songs in solo acts.

Hall decided to amp things up, going to Nashville Chancery Court and asking for a restraining order against his former partner ... a restraining order which the judge granted.

Fact is ... Hall and Oates have been doing their own thing, on and off for years.  Sometimes they reunited, but often performed solo. Although we don't know, it well could be Hall thinks Oates has no right to sing their songs during his concerts.

Oates has been touring this year, most recently in Arizona earlier this month.

La semana pasada, Steven Wicklund apareció en un tribunal del condado de Anoka después de haber sido acusado de conducta sexual criminal por presuntamente abusar de una niña de 14 años, en Oakwood Club, en el mes de julio. Esto queda cerca de Stacy, Minnesota, según informó el Star Tribune, citando una denuncia penal.

La niña fue llevada por sus abuelos a la colonia nudista, donde se encontró con Wicklund, quien fue descrito como un "amigo de la familia". La colonia aplica una estricta política de cero relaciones sexuales, al tiempo que ofrece actividades sin ropa.

Mientras ambos estaban en el club, supuestamente empezaron a tocarse mientras Wicklund le aseguraba que lo que hacían "estaba bien y era normal".

Un mensaje decía: "¿Te has estado masturbando o has tenido sexo con tu novia?".

La madre de la chica encontró estos mensajes de texto más tarde y se los entregó a la oficina del sheriff, quien inició una investigación.

A 69-year-old man sexually assaulted a teenage girl at a Minnesota nudist colony over the summer … and he’s now facing criminal charges for his alleged perversions.

Last week, Steven Wicklund appeared in an Anoka County court after he was charged with criminal sexual conduct for allegedly abusing the 14-year-old girl at Oakwood Club near Stacy, Minnesota in July, the Star Tribune reported, quoting a criminal complaint.

Here's how it all went down per the complaint … the girl was brought by her grandparents to the "family-friendly" nudist colony, where she encountered Wicklund, who was described as a "family friend." The colony enforces a strict no-sex policy, while offering non-clothing activities.

While the two were in the clubhouse, they allegedly started touching each other’s bodies as Wicklund assured her "it was fine and normal."

When the girl asked him to stop, Wicklund allegedly ignored her, placing her hand on his genitalia. He also allegedly sent her sexually explicit text messages and requests for naked photos of her and her friends.

One message read, "Have you been masturbating or having sex with your girlfriend?"

The girl's mom later found the texts, turning them over to the sheriff's office, which launched an investigation.

Ya había presentado documentos de divorcio en 2018, cuando afirmó que él era un borracho abusivo que la hizo temer por su vida y la de su hija, que entonces tenía 6 años.

Dean DeLeo, guitarist for the rock band Stone Temple Pilots, is now accused of getting violent with his wife, Jenn DeLeo, during a dispute that ended with him in handcuffs, and getting booked for felony domestic violence.

Law enforcement sources tell us Jenn took swift action after she said Dean left the house intoxicated last month ... calling cops to let them know he was driving under the influence.

We're told officers soon found the musician, pulling him over and arresting him for DUI.

While he was in custody, Jenn called the cops again, and alleged they'd been in an argument that escalated to a physical altercation before he left the house.

We're told they took a domestic violence report from Jenn, and felt they had enough evidence to book Dean again ... this time for felony domestic violence. He was also served an emergency protection order to stay away from Jenn.

But, according to cops, Dean violated that a week and a half later by attempting to contact Jenn. He turned himself in over that violation, and was subsequently released -- but, in the midst of all that drama, she filed to divorce Dean.

She previously filed divorce docs in 2018, when she claimed he was an abusive drunk who made her fear for the lives of herself and their then 6-year-old daughter.

Britney Spears isn't fighting a traffic ticket she got last month -- coughing up the dough to make it all go away -- and shelling out a little extra for educational driving purposes, too.

The pop star paid a $332 fine over a traffic violation she was dinged for in early October out in Ventura County after allegedly crossing over double lines while cruising.

On top of the fine itself, it looks like BS also paid around $400 for traffic school ... a common route to take to avoid gaining a point on your license.

As we reported ... Britney paid even more cash the month prior over yet another driving incident. There, we were told she got pulled over for speeding ... and was ultimately ticketed for driving without a valid license or proof of insurance.

In that case, Brit forked over more than $1,100 to put that matter to bed.

Tyrese Gibson is once again taking issue with the judge in his divorce case in Georgia ... he wants a new robe to step in, claiming the current judge is biased against him.

The actor filed new legal docs this week, obtained by TMZ, complaining about the way Judge Kevin Farmer is handling the case and saying he deserves a new judge.

Tyrese says Judge Farmer abruptly canceled a court hearing and ordered him to come up with a massive $450,000 bond within 10 days in connection with his appeal of an order in the case ... without giving him his day in court to explain how it would be impossible to come up with the cash that quickly.

In the docs, Tyrese says he was going to use the hearing to explain why he couldn't pay the $450K due to the Hollywood strikes impacting his ability to work and make money this year.

But, Tyrese says Judge Farmer scrapped the hearing only a few days before it was scheduled to go down ... which TG feels is another example of hizzoner having it out for him.

Tyrese has tried to get Judge Farmer taken off the case before ... as we first reported back in September 2022, Tyrese claimed the judge told him he thought the child support ordered in the case was appropriate and that he didn't care if Tyrese's ex, Samantha Lee Gibson, was a "greedy, gold-digging bitch."

Tyrese also claimed the judge belittled him with admonishments during his testimony.

Todd Chrisley won't be celebrating the coming weeks as the most wonderful time of the year ... he's disgruntled about not being able to spend the holidays with his family while locked up.

Todd's attorney, Jay Surgent, tells TMZ ... Todd's very upset about his situation as his first holiday season behind bars begins and he's around other inmates instead of loved ones.

We're told Todd's daughter, Savannah, is planning to visit both Todd and Julie in prison at some point over the holidays ... but it obviously won't be their normal holiday routine.

Remember, Julie's locked up too ... with the Chrisleys sentenced to hard time after being convicted last year in their bank fraud and tax evasion trial.

Savannah, of course, wants her parents home for the holidays ... but it's not happening for a while, even though Todd and Julie have been able to get their 12 and 7-year sentences reduced -- Todd got 2 years off, and Julie got 1 off.

Todd's going to be served a special Thanksgiving spread at FPC Pensacola in Florida ... but it's a far cry from the home cooking he's used to.

While it sounds like reality is starting to sink in, Todd's attorney tells us they are still exploring legal strategies for how to get him home early ... Surgent says Todd has a new court date in March where his legal team will try to reverse his conviction.

The teenage son of "Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans is hospitalized after running away once again, and this time Child Protective Services is taking custody of Jace ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, Jenelle's 14-year-old son ran away from his grandmother's home Saturday, and wasn't found until 11:45 PM Sunday. Jace had previously run away from Jenelle's home several times and was placed under the care of Jenelle's mom, Barbara.

Our sources say Jace is now in a hospital, and CPS will place him in foster care as he's run away so many times.

Our sources say Jace, was recently busted for vaping at his school ... and when grandma found out, she took away his phone. We're told Barbara had been advised by Jenelle, CPS and the foster care team not to give Jace a phone in the first place, but she thought he could handle it.

When Barbara took the phone away as punishment, we're told Jace split, prompting this latest search for the teen.

Running away has become a trend with Jace ... as we've reported, this is at least the fourth time he's run away from home ... including the time in September when he slipped out a window on the same day Jenelle's husband, David Eason, is accused of roughing him up.

Remember ... Jace spent most of his childhood in Barbara's care, but Jenelle regained custody earlier this year, only for him to run away from home a bunch of times, and end up at Barbara's house again.

As we told you a couple weeks ago, Jace is keeping his distance from Jenelle and David.

Cuando le quitó el teléfono como castigo, Jace se separó, lo que provocó esta última fuga y la posterior búsqueda del adolescente.

Huir se ha convertido en una tendencia para el chico, como hemos informado, esta es al menos la cuarta vez que lo hace, incluyendo la vez una en septiembre cuando se deslizó por una ventana el mismo día en que el marido de Jenelle, David Eason, fue acusado de maltratarlo.

Elon Musk's social media platform X is dragging a media watchdog group to court ... claiming Media Matters is engaged in a smear campaign against him and his company.

The billionaire followed up Monday with his previously announced plans to sue Media Matters in response to a recently published story suggesting pro-Nazi advertisements were running alongside organic user content ... an assertion Elon claims is BS.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Media Matters "knowingly and maliciously manufactured" side-by-side images depicting advertisements next to neo-Nazi and white nationalist posts on his X app, formerly Twitter.

X claims Media Matters is driving advertisers from Elon's platform by passing off the images as something the typical X user might encounter on the app ... something Musk says is far from true.

What's more, X alleges Media Matters went to great lengths to manipulate the X algorithm to create situations where paid posts from huge companies would appear next to racist and incendiary content.

X says Media Matters then took screenshots of the posts as the basis of a negative story ... "leaving the false impression that these pairings are anything but what they actually are: manufactured, inorganic, and extraordinarily rare."

The suit says it's all part of a wide-ranging smear campaign Media Matters is mounting against Elon and X ... claiming the group is hellbent on driving advertisers away from the platform in order to destroy Elon's company.

As we reported ... Elon announced Friday plans to file a "thermonuclear" lawsuit against Media Matters for what he says was a "fraudulent attack" on his app.

There's lots of reasons Elon's pissed ... including the fact the Media Matters report seems to have spurred a mass exodus among HUGE companies advertising on X.

Media Matters is not backing down though ... its president, Angelo Carusone, tells TMZ ... "This is a frivolous lawsuit meant to bully X’s critics into silence. Media Matters stands behind its reporting and looks forward to winning in court."
