RZA from the Wu-Tang Clan says the hot Dutch singer who's suing him greatly over exaggerated her role in HIS hit songs, and is adamant he doesn't owe her a dime.

RZA is firing back at Thea Van Seijen -- who filed a suit claiming she co-wrote and sang on 14 songs with RZA (including the hit "Baby Boy") but only received a fraction of what she's owed.

In docs RZA admits he worked with TVS on a slew of tracks, but says she was merely work-for-hire (for which she got paid) and NOT a co-author on the songs.

Not only that, he says he NEVER promised royalties or additional payments -- and she's lying if she says otherwise.

"Modern Family" star Rico Rodriguez has a few million reasons why he wants you to watch his show -- the actor will make up to $115,000 PER EPISODE ... if it lasts another 5 seasons, according to legal docs.

14-year-old Rico -- who plays Sofia Vergara's son on the show -- renegotiated his "MF" contract last year (along with the rest of the cast). So his new deal starts in the current season -- season 4.

Here's what the lil guy is guaranteed over the next five seasons:

Season 4: $75,000 per episode, min of 12 episodes
Season 5: $85,000 per episode, min of 12 episodes
Season 6: $95,000 per episode, min of 11 episodes
Season 7: $105,000 per episode, min of 11 episodes
Season 8: $115,000 per episode, min of 10 episodes

FYI: In each of the first 3 seasons there were 24 episodes -- meaning Rico has the potential to make almost $2 million during the current season, and by season 8 he could make $2.8 million!

But wait, there's more ... Rico's new deal also includes a bonus in season 8 -- an extra $2,500 per episode -- if the show can meet a minimum ratings requirement.

Good thing Jennifer Lopez is super rich ... 'cause she's learning the hard way -- a prep school education in L.A. costs a friggin' fortune ... and she's gotta spring for TWINS.

Chris Brown says the reason he lost his temper and threatened a valet last night was because the guy tried to fleece him ... TMZ has learned.

A source connected to Chris tells TMZ ... the valet outside PINZ bowling alley in Studio City, CA -- where Chris was attending a charity event -- was supposed to charge $5 a pop ... but when Chris tried to pick his car up, the valet tried to scam him by charging $10.

The source says other people who parked at PINZ last night were charged $5. Chris believes he was singled out because he's famous.

TMZ has obtained NEW VIDEO of the Chris Brown valet incident ... in which it's clear -- BROWN THREATENED THE VALET.

The new footage shows Chris cussing at the valet in front of PINZ bowling alley in Studio City, CA -- where Brown had just attended a charity event for inner city youth.

The valet had asked for the $10 fee before handing Brown the keys -- but Chris refused to pay because he was only at the event for a short time and didn't feel it was fair.

Chris exploded in anger ... getting right in the valet's face and yelling, "Gimme my f*cking keys ... f*ck ten dollars."

Then comes the threat -- "Gimme my keys ... we gonna turn this whole spot up ... I promise you."

Demi Moore has filed legal docs responding to Ashton Kutcher's divorce petition ... and get this -- she wants spousal support and she's worth WAAAAY more than him.

Sources connected with Demi tell TMZ ... "She's got money up the wazoo" and has untold millions more than Ashton. He's not asking her for spousal support, so it's surprising she's going for it.

What's more ... she wants Ashton to pay HER attorney's fees.

Although there are reports that settlement negotiations have broken down, we're told it's not true -- both sides are negotiating and they expect a quick resolution.

It's almost out of the question Ashton will have to pay Demi spousal support -- a judge certainly would never order it.

One thing they both agree on -- they both checked the box citing irreconcilable differences.

11:50 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained NEW VIDEO of the Chris Brown valet incident ... in which it's clear -- BROWN THREATENED THE VALET.

Chris Brown turned his anger issues on a valet parker at a bowling alley in L.A. last night ... cussing at the guy over the $10 service charge ... and TMZ caught the whole thing on tape.

It all went down at PINZ bowling alley in Studio City ... where CB had been attending a charity event with his posse.

But when Chris went to get his car from the valet, the guy working the parking lot asked for the $10 charge ... and Chris got PISSED.

After the valet made it clear he couldn't release the car without the cash ... the singer and his posse surrounded the guy ... and at one point you can hear Chris say, "F*ck ten dollars."

Sources at the scene tell us Brown was angry because he was only at the event for 30 minutes and felt like he was getting ripped off by the valet.

As tensions grew, someone in Chris' posse can be heard saying. "We got the money ... don't worry about it."

But Chris DID worry about it ... and in a threatening manner, told the valet, "We gonna turn this whole thing on out."

A short time later, Brown shouted a last insult at the valet ... it sounded like he said, "Funk ass ten dollars" ... before walking away with his posse.

Jennifer Lopez is experiencing the kind of stress that hundreds of rich L.A. mommies endure every year -- getting their kids into exclusive, VERY EXPENSIVE private schools.

We've learned Jennifer has been making the rounds in L.A., interviewing schools for her 5-year-old twins, who will be starting kindergarten in the Fall.

We know she went with kids in tow Tuesday to the famous Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley ... considered by many to be the best L.A. has to offer. By the way, it better be -- tuition and other costs total $33,345 for the year -- PER KID!

And when we say Jennifer was interviewing ... she's the one -- like all the other parents -- who had to put on some snazzy clothes to impress. Lots of very rich, very famous parents try getting their kids into Buckley.

Alums include Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Matthew Perry and current student Paris Jackson.

Colorado Rockies superstar Todd Helton -- who once signed a $141.5 MILLION contract -- was arrested for DUI while trying to drunkenly buy LOTTERY TICKETS ... this according to cops.

TMZ obtained the police report filed by the Thornton Police Department after the 39-year-old slugger was popped at a gas station in Colorado early Wednesday morning.

According to the report, cops tracked down Helton after receiving a tip that Todd's black Ford F-150 had struck a median and then parked at a nearby gas station.

When cops arrived to the scene, police say they saw Helton stumbling out of the gas station -- stinking of booze -- and clutching lottery tickets in his hand.

Cops say Helton denied striking a median ... but "made spontaneous statements about drinking two igloo cups of red wine."

Kim Kardashian has drawn a hard line in the sand ... not only is she refusing to pay Kris Humphries a dime ... she's demanding he cover ALL of her attorney's fees ... sources connected to the case tell TMZ.

TMZ first reported ... Kris demanded $7 MILLION to walk away from their marriage ... but Kim told him to pound sand. Contrary to recent reports, Kim has never offered Kris a penny to settle the divorce case.

We know ... Kim's position has always been that Kris actually MADE money by marrying her and therefore she doesn't owe him anything.

But now, our sources say, Kim feels Kris has needlessly dragged this on for so long and it cost her so much $$$ in legal fees and other expenses ... she wants the NBA star to cover those costs.

Sources tell us ... Kim's fees have ballooned to around $250,000 ... and Kris has spent somewhere in the same neighborhood.

And our sources say ... Kim is more than happy to try the case before a judge, because she's convinced she'll win the divorce and he'll walk away owing her.

Oksana Grigorieva says she was sabotaged by her own lawyers in her settlement with Mel Gibson -- and wound up with a TERRIBLE custody agreement ... and now she's suing.

TMZ has obtained legal docs, filed by Oksana herself (without a lawyer) ... in which she accuses Ron Litz and Daniel Horowitz of negligently advising her to sign off on a bad deal back in 2011.

According to Oksana's lawsuit, the crappy deal she signed forbids her from pursuing any future legal action against Mel regarding their child without jeopardizing the monetary settlement she made from the actor. And as we all know about Oksana ... she LOOOVES to take legal action against people.

As part of Oksana's deal with Mel ... the actor had agreed to pay Oksana $750k in cash ... PLUS provide a house for Oksana and their daughter Lucia until Lucia turns 18.

Oksana says was also advised to sign a legal document that divested her of all ownership rights to her house ... a document she claims she never would have signed if not for the lawyers.

Oksana is demanding unspecified damages.

We spoke with Horowitz who tells us, "Why can't she just live her life normally and have a good life, raise the kid, live in the house, make music, be happy?"

He adds, "Why does she always have to be in a struggle -- especially with people who care the most about her?"

Lindsay Lohan is NOT banging rich dudes for money ... despite reports she's a highly paid escort -- so says her father.

Michael Lohan is quoted in the reports in question, saying Lindsay is "getting paid to date rich men." According to the reports, these dates last for several days and the men shower her with lavish gifts like jewelry.

One alleged client is the third in line for the throne of Brunei, who allegedly paid Lindsay $100,000 to celebrate New Year's with him in London.

But Michael insists he was misquoted -- telling TMZ, "By absolutely NO MEANS did I ever make such a statement ... EVER!"

He adds, "Sure, Lindsay and [other celebs] make personal appearances and get paid for it! Sure, she and they get paid to go to birthday parties and other occasions! But for sex? Are you kidding me? I would never say that because she would NEVER do that and it NEVER happened!"

$55,000 ... that's how much it took for the chick from Michael Jackson's "Thriller" music video to call a truce in her war with the MJ estate ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Ola Ray settled her lawsuit with the estate earlier this year, and now we know what for ... $55,000 to Ola ... and $20,000 to her lawyer.

Ola originally filed the suit against MJ and his production company in May 2009 -- a month before Jackson passed away -- claiming breach of contract. Ola said she was still owed a massive chunk of the "Thriller" profits ... nearly 30 years after it was released.

The director of the music video John Landis -- who filed a similar lawsuit against the estate -- has also settled ... but he wanted in excess of $2 million, so we're guessing he got a little more than Ola.

In case you're wondering ... Britney Spears is loaded ... in a good way.

The judge in Britney's conservatorship case issued an order -- obtained by TMZ -- which says just SOME of Britney's assets total more than $27 million ... and that's as of Jan 1, 2011. As you know, she's made a bundle since then -- including $15 mil on "X Factor."

On top of that ... Britney has several trusts which are worth many millions of bucks and are not reflected in the judge's total.

Stevie Wonder is following Charlie Sheen's lead -- donating a TON of cash to help a little girl fight cancer ... and not that size matters, but Stevie's check was bigger.

Stevie was performing at the Nokia Theatre in L.A. last Saturday when he invited 10-year-old Jasmine Faulk on stage -- and presented her and her dad with a giant $100,000 check.

Stevie crowned the gesture by serenading Faulk with a rendition of "Isn't She Lovely" -- so if you don't feel like getting teary-eyed ... don't watch the video.

Oh yeah, Jasmine also grabbed the mic and said, "I love you Stevie!" before giving him a big adorable hug. Take that, feelings.

TMZ broke the story ... Charlie donated $75,000 to Jasmine's fund last week when he caught wind of her story through his stunt double Eddie Braun. Eddie had already donated $25,000 himself.

Lindsay Lohan sent a belated "thank you" card and flowers to casa de Charlie Sheen for that $100k check he gave her -- this just days after he called her out for being ungrateful.

You'll recall ... Charlie did an interview this week and put LiLo's manners on blast, claiming the actress never actually thanked him for the money he gave her. Not a text, not a phone call ... nothing.

Now sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ ... LiLo didn't mean to be rude and the reason she never got around to thanking Charlie personally is because her phone broke and she lost all her contacts -- including the actor's number.

Besides that, we're told Lindsay got distracted trying to deal with her slew of legal problems -- like getting arrested in NYC and the new criminal charges filed against her stemming from her PCH crash -- and she simply lost track of time.

But she made up for it ... we're told LiLo saw Charlie's comments and immediately fired off a "thank you" letter and a bouquet of flowers to his house ... as both an apology and show of gratitude.
