Petra Ecclestone's Husband My Butler's A Liar ... I'm No Gay Basher
Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone's husband James Stunt says the butler who sued him for mocking his sexual orientation is full of it ... and now he's firing back in court to prove it.
TMZ broke the story, the heiress' former butler Carl Hajik sued earlier this month when he says Stunt went off the rails during a dinner at the old Spelling mansion. Hajik says he accidentally tripped Stunt's one-year-old niece and Stunt went nuts, calling him "soft around the edges," saying he should be "wearing a dress," pushing him and spitting in his face.
Now, Stunt's filed a counter-suit -- obtained by TMZ -- calling Hajik's story a "despicable extortion claim" and claiming Hajik tried blackmailing him. As for the alleged gay-bashing ... Stunt says he was never verbally or physically abusive to Hajik, who he claims was laughing after kicking his niece.
And get this ... Stunt says while Hajik was working as a butler, he had a second gig as a failed entertainer who went by the name of "Santangelo."
It's got a nice ring to it.

The father of Andrew Getty, the socialite son who died back in March of ulcers and meth, has filed legal docs to collect a fortune from his dead son's estate.
Gordon Getty, the son of J. Paul Getty, has filed a creditor's claim for $14.1 million. Gordon, who famously negotiated the sale of his family's oil business to Texaco for more than $10 billion, claims he bankrolled his son for years, with loans totaling more than $10.6 million.
Gordon also wants to get back some of the priceless art pieces he loaned to his son ... 55 pieces in all worth more than a million bucks.
Gordon also wants the estate to repay him for various expenses incurred by Andrew. It looks like Gordon bankrolled his son's life.

Lil Wayne Sued for 'Birdman-Like' Bad Conduct
Lil Wayne is being sued by his own lawyers who claim the rapper did to them what Birdman did to him ... screw him out of a fortune.
Pretty ironic if true ... Wayne hired a law firm to fight Cash Money and Birdman over millions in unpaid fees. The hired guns say they sent bills to Wayne for nearly a year, but got blown off.
All told, the lawyers say Wayne owes them $375k.
Shakespeare may have wanted to kill the lawyers, but never said they shouldn't get paid.

Justin Bieber I Got a Big Tip for You ... Or Do I
Justin Bieber got comped big time for a bar tab at an Atlanta club and left behind a tip that has our newsroom deeply divided.
Justin and his entourage were in the ATL last week for Jingle Ball. After the performance the party moved to Tongue & Groove nightclub, where Justin ordered up a storm in bottle service.
- 2 bottles of Don Julio 1942 ... $500 each
- 1 bottle of Grey Goose ... $300
- 1 bottle of Jack Daniels ... $275
- Some beers ... $25
The table total was around $1,600, which the club comped. The Biebs left his 2 waitresses $200 each. We're told Justin was amazing with interacting with the staff and club guests, and even entertained the packed crowd by taking photos with them.
So we gotta ask....

Wu-Tang $2 Million Album It Could Be Yours After All
Martin Shkreli, the dude who jacked the price of the AIDS/cancer medicine from $13.50 to $750 a pop, could lose one of his most precious possessions -- the $2 million, one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang Clan album.
As we reported, Shkreli was indicted for securities fraud ... $65 million worth. Federal prosecutors and law enforcement sources tell us ... Shkreli's precious Wu-Tang album could be seized.
If prosecutors determine any of the $65 mil was used to purchase the album, they could immediately file a forfeiture action to seize it.
What's more, even if dirty money wasn't used to buy Wu-Tang's work, if Shkreli gets convicted and the judge orders restitution, the U.S. Marshals could seize it.
A source in the U.S. Marshals Office tells us, it's actually likely they would target the album, because it's an expensive asset that could easily be auctioned off to pay the restitution judgment.
But here's the rub ... we're told when Wu-Tang sold the album, it was non-transferable for 88 years. The question ... will the Marshal honor Wu-Tang's condition?

Whip Whip/Nae Nae Rapper Scores Big Payday For Hit Song
Silento, the rapper behind "Watch Me (Whip/ Nae Nae)," could make it rain like the big fellas ... except he's only 17.
We got ahold of the contract he signed with Capitol Records, and he scored $100k just for the song. He's promised an additional $50k once the label green lights his first album.
The contract -- which was filed with the court -- shows Capitol believes Silento is more than a one hit wonder -- he signed up for 3 additional albums and could earn as much as $500k for each one.
It pays to "Nae Nae" ... literally.

Meek Mill I'm hemorrhaging Money Because of that Judge
Meek Mill has lost hundreds of thousands of dollars because a judge has financially handcuffed him.
Our Meek sources say the rapper had a bunch of gigs on the books before a Pennsylvania judge prohibited him from leaving the state. As we reported, Meek -- who's on probation in his gun and drug case -- is on the hot seat because he came to LA for the AMA's with GF Nicki Minaj without getting court approval.
Not only is he losing big money by not performing at concerts, he's shelling out tens of thousands of dollars every month for commitments he's made in L.A. He and Nicki are leasing a house that is now off limits to him. Ditto an L.A. recording studio he's already booked for $15k a week.
The biggest worry is a New Year's Eve performance he and Nicki booked in Vegas. Tickets have already been sold and he fears a backlash from fans.
Meek's due back in court later next month.

Kris & Kylie Jenner We Screwed Norway ... With Onepiece Frenzy
Kylie Jenner broke the Internet -- well, one small corner of it, and most shockingly ... she did it without showing any skin.
Kylie and her mom, Kris Jenner, each slipped into a Onepiece, and on Thursday posted pics of themselves rocking the super comfy look. The posts included a discount code to purchase your own directly from the company.
Now, Kris & Kylie have a combined 90 million social media followers, which as it turns out ... is way more juice than OnePiece was ready to handle. Within 30 seconds of the Jenner posts, more than 100,000 people went to its website and crashed it ... according to our OnePiece sources.
The company's HQ is over in Norway, where it was the middle of the night -- and we're told staffers had to be roused outta bed to get the site back online.
Not the first time Kylie's ass got a rise outta strangers.

Drake I Can Organize Your Life ... With My New App!
Drake is expanding his horizons beyond hit singles and internet memes ... now trying his hand at tech startups.
The rapper is sinking some of his fortune into an app that organizes people's lives ... from the shoes they wear to the shirts on their backs.
We've learned Drake met the founder of the app, Thomas McLeod through a mutual biz partner and both are sneaker heads. When Thomas told Drake he was launching Omni, Drake jumped to join.
Thomas tells us Drake's way more than an investor. He's looking forward to Drake being involved in the creative, and helping it evolve in the future.
BTW, Omni organizes and stores the user's personal items. For example, if Drake has 200 pairs of sneakers, he'd send them to an Omni facility nearby where they'd be professionally photographed, stored and logged. When Drake wanted a particular pair, he'd see organized pics, select them, and the pair he wanted would be delivered to his doorstep by an Omni concierge.
Drake's not the only celeb who believes in Omni. Other investors include Sophia Bush, NBA'er David Lee and Scooter Braun.

Shkreli told HipHopDX he's in talks to put up the money. Shmurda's been held for a year, awaiting trial for weapons charges and conspiracy to commit murder.
Shkreli's offer is totally strings attached though -- "I’m not going to do this for free. [Laughs] He’s going to have to do something for me. I don’t know what that’s going to look like yet. He’s going to owe me one, obviously."
As we reported ... a judge recently shot down his family's latest attempt to bail out Shmurda.
