50 Cent Not Car Shopping ... Just Mercedes Adjacent
50 Cent got framed by a photo agency, literally ... he was framed up in a shot with a Mercedes-Benz dealership, making it seem like he was new car shopping but that just ain't the case.
Here's the deal ... the photo agency, AKM-GSI, that was peddling the Fiddy pics and video included a caption that went on about the financially-challenged rapper scoping out an expensive ride. Seemed weird, considering 50 Cent's bankruptcy issues.
Well, turns out the agency was wrong. 50's people tell TMZ ... instead of spending wildly, he was talking biz with his agent -- discussing his hit TV series "Power." The agent's office is in the same building as the Benz dealer, which is how the pap got the shot.
AKM-GSI has apologized for the error.
So, the bankruptcy judge can chill -- 50 Cent was actually making cash in Bev Hills, not blowing it.
Jerry Seinfeld Used Car Salesman ... Hauls in $22 Million
Jerry Seinfeld didn't quite hit the $28 million mark his rare Porsches were expected to make at auction, but he unloaded a VW Beetle for $121k! So, there's that.
All told, Jerry pulled in $22.2 million from selling 17 cars through the Gooding & Company auction -- and there were some deals to be had. Seinfeld's '73 Porsche 917 was a steal at $3 mil, since it was expected to fetch more than twice that.
Jerry introduced his car collection during the auction ... and 4 of his finished in the top 10 in sales, highlighted by his 1955 Porsche 550, which raked in a record $5,335,000. His Beetle sale was also a record.

Michael Jackson Bought Out of Sony for $750 Mil!
Hard to imagine Michael Jackson's Estate getting even richer, but it just happened -- Sony is forking over $750 MILLION to buy out MJ's share of Sony/ATVMusic Publishing.
Sony Corp. announced the deal to take over Jackson's 50% stake in the joint venture that was launched in 1995 -- and owns copyrights for some of the biggest recordings in history. For instance, Sony/ATV controls "New York, New York," "Jailhouse Rock," "I Heard it Through the Grapevine," "All You Need Is Love" and "The Mission Impossible Theme."
The estate will keep all songs written by Michael ... and a bunch of others by other artists which he purchased during his lifetime. The sale is expected to be finalized by the end of this month.
It's a remarkable deal struck by Estate executors John Branca and John McClain -- especially when you consider MJ bought the ATV catalog for $41.5 million in 1985. Not to mention, the fact MJ was far from financially flush when he died.
Three-quarters of a BILLION in one fell swoop. Don't it make you wanna scream?

Judge Judy Agent Sues I Want My Piece of the Pie
The agent who claims to have discovered Judge Judy has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the company that produces the show, claiming the honchos are screwing them out of profits ... but Judy is scoffing at the suit saying the guy behind it is just an ingrate.
Rebel Entertainment, which is run by Richard Lawrence, claims the show has raked in $1.7 BILLION since it debuted in 1996, yet the honchos at production company Big Ticket and CBS say the show is operating at a loss.
According to the suit, which includes CBS as a defendant, Lawrence met Judy 20 years ago and put the show together, with a deal that he and his company would get 5% of net profits. The suit claims they haven't seen a penny since 2010.
Rebel claims Judy had her salary doubled in 2009 to a whopping $45 million, virtually wiping out any profits. There are reports Judy makes $47 mil a year.
Judy has issued a blistering statement, saying, "The fact that Richard Lawrence is complaining about my salary is actually hilarious. I met Mr. Lawrence for 2 hours some 21 years ago. Neither I nor anyone involved in the day-to-day production of my program has heard from him in 20 years. Not a card, not a gift, not a flower, not a congratulations, yet he has somehow received over $17,000,000 from my program."
Judy goes on, "My rudimentary math translates that into $8,500,000 an hour for Mr. Lawrence. Not a bad payday. Now complaining about not getting enough money, that's real chutzpah!"
BTW ... this is rich. We looked at the lawsuit ... Lawrence and his company spelled Judy's last name wrong throughout ... it's spelled Sheindlin ... they spelled it Scheindlin.

Steve Wynn Sued By Casino Dealers ... Split Aces, Not Tips

According to a lawsuit filed in federal court in Nevada, the dealers claim the casino forces them to pool their tips together ... but then share that pool with other casino employees.
The suit claims the Wynn has effectively gotten around paying minimum wage by appropriating the dealers' tips.
The dealers are suing the casino -- as well as Steve Wynn individually -- and are seeking damages, plus interest and attorneys' fees.
We reached out to the Wynn for comment ... so far, no word back.

Mischa Barton Arrivederci to My Bev Hills Villa ... AGAIN
The only thing Mischa Barton wants more than the "Dancing with the Stars" trophy is for someone to finally buy the Tuscan-style villa she's been trying to dump for 6 years.
The new 'DWTS' hopeful is listing her 7-bedroom, 10-bath home for $7.495 million. Her 7,600 square ft property sits inside a gated community atop Coldwater Canyon with views of Catalina Island from its rooftop decks.
Mischa tried unloading the home before in 2010 for $8.6 mill, but there were no takers so she listed it as a rental for $35k/month.
We're told Mischa just wants to get rid of it because it's been a financial burden. In 2014, she was slapped with a default on the home after falling $100k behind in payments.

Oscars Girl Scouts Troop The $65,000 Lie ... We Barely Got Crumbs
-
EXCLUSIVE
- 4.4K shares
The Oscars or the Girl Scouts -- or some mystery benefactor ... is hanging 28 little girls out to dry -- after swearing Chris Rock's bit earned $65k ... we've learned the money is nowhere to be found.
You'll recall Rock and the Oscars got Inglewood, CA's Girl Scouts Troop 5215 to work the crowd of celebs, hawking Thin Mints, Tagalongs and more. Near the end of the show, Chris said they raised $65k.
But Latoya Edwards, whose daughter is in Troop 5215 tells TMZ someone's screwing them over. She claims the National Girl Scout Council informed them the Academy would be donating the $65k to the Greater L.A. Council ... but that hasn't happened, and the Academy isn't returning calls.
Mind you, Troop 5215 isn't getting rich quick. Edwards says due to nonprofit rules her local chapter would only get $1,000 of that money, but her bigger concern is her scouts are getting used in a public relations lie.
Previously Girls Scouts of America and the Academy both bragged about the $65k they'd raised -- but now GSA seems to be wiping its hands clean. A rep would only tell us, "The donation process is determined by local councils."
Translation: We have no idea where the $65k is. Edwards claims the Greater L.A. leaders are also in the dark and as for the Academy? We contacted reps, but no word back yet.
Edwards says her Girl Scouts were honored to participate -- and is happy they were able to unload 400 boxes -- but she wants the world to know, as of now, there is NO fat check pouring into the Inglewood chapter.
And yes ... that's how it crumbles.

Drake Money War Show Me the Profits! Jas Prince Sues Middle Man
While Drake's rolling out hit after hit, Jas Prince -- the guy who discovered him -- keeps getting the shaft because one exec isn't keeping up his end of the deal ... according to a lawsuit.
Jas Prince is going after Derrick Lawrence, who co-owns Aspire Music. According to the suit, Prince has a very specific contract regarding his finder's fee for Drake. Here's how it works: Young Money pays Aspire 1/3 of its Drake profits, then Aspire keeps 1/3, and gives the other two-thirds to Prince.
In the suit, Prince says the problem is Young Money hasn't paid Aspire, so he's getting zippo -- and he's wondering why Lawrence isn't suing to get the money. JP points out the contract requires Aspire to use "best efforts" to get the funds.
Sources connected to Prince's company say they think something fishy's going on at Aspire -- that it's possibly struck a side deal with Young Money, and cut JP out of the equation.
Lawrence tells us there's no side deal, and Aspire's received zero Drake profits from Young Money. Sounds a lot like Young Money owner Lil Wayne's beef with Cash Money, right?
You know what still rolls downhill.
