Fans of "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" can own the movie medallion once held close by Keira Knightley ... but it'll cost you almost as much as real gold.

The screen-worn treasure prop is up for auction and is expected to rake in more than $2,500. Keira's character, Elizabeth Swann, wore it throughout the first installment of the franchise ... and that's why the pirates nabbed her.

If you really want the gold-colored medallion -- and you don't believe in curses -- place your bid at RR Auction's site ... it ends on January 11.

Birdman was "full of s***" when he declared Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter V" was coming out soon, and that's according to Lil Wayne himself.

Our Weezy sources tell us the rapper thinks Birdman needs to stop crowing about the now-mythical album, and start paying about it because there's been zero movement in their legal/financial war.

We're told Wayne heard Birdman saying he's putting the beef behind him, but believes the Cash Money honcho's just trying to "look like the nice guy." Weezy's yet to hear a peep about settling his $51 million lawsuit, and until he does ... nothing changes. As we first reported, Wayne's holding the master recording.

All hope isn't dead. Our Cash Money sources say -- as recently as last week -- Birdman met with Universal Music Group trying to hammer out a payment that will make Wayne happy.

And if there's any doubt he's not happy -- on NYE in Miami, Weezy told his fans ... "If you see Stunna, tell him I said, 'F*** him!'"

Justin Bieber's already done with the puppy he got less than 6 months ago -- one of his dancers adopted it, but is now stuck with the bill for a very expensive surgery.

C.J. Salvador tells TMZ he and his parents got Bieber's 7-month-old chow, named Todd, when Justin decided -- once again -- he couldn't care for it due to his work schedule.

Remember, Justin's previously ditched a hamster, a monkey and another dog ... so it's a disturbing pattern -- and this time there's a costly twist.

C.J. says during a recent checkup they found out Todd was born with severe hip dysplasia, and vets say it's likely he won't be able to walk by age 1. He says the only hope is a corrective surgery which will cost about $8,000.

With the help of 90 donors -- including Jaden Smith -- C.J. has raised more than the $8k. Interestingly, Bieber has NOT donated.

C.J. says Justin didn't know about the defect, nor did he tell him about it. He says he didn't want to bother JB because Todd isn't his responsibility anymore.

WWE legend Chyna is getting hassled by the state of California from beyond the grave ... they say she owes tens of thousands of dollars in back taxes.

The California Franchise Tax Board just filed a claim against Chyna's estate, saying the late wrestler still owes the tax man nearly $19,000.

The Board claims Chyna owes money from 2010, '11, '12 and '14. It's unclear how much dough remains in the estate.

Donald Trump proved to be solid gold for famed attorney Mark Geragos -- who won $150k in an election bet -- and he didn't even support the Prez-elect!!!

Geragos snagged 10-to-1 odds with 3 different people ... all of whom bet against Trump. One of them placed a side bet that Trump would not even win the nomination.
