George Clooney isn't letting a little thing like a breakup get him down ... the actor was laughing and wining in Italy yesterday ... just days after calling things off with Stacy Keibler.

As we previously reported, the two ended their 2-year relationship over the phone after deciding they just couldn't do the long distance thing anymore.

George Clooney and Stacy Keibler phoned in the end of their relationship ... as in, they broke up over the phone while they were half-a-world apart ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... the two had been growing apart over the past 3 months, with George in Europe working on a movie and Stacy in L.A. working on her new TV show.

But with Clooney scheduled to remain in Berlin until December -- Stacy decided she couldn't do the long distance for another 5 months.

One source tells us, "Both sides realized there is no way to have a relationship when you don't see each other."

We're told the two talked out the situation like adults -- and both agreed going their separate ways was best.

So how did George handle it? Like a friggin' gentlemen -- "He was very respectful, adult about the situation ... and they discussed the fact that they were friends before they dated and want to stay friends after."

There are reports that Stacy was pushing GC for kids and that's why the relationship fizzled -- but we're told that couldn't be further from the truth.

Two-and-a-half months after undergoing a double mastectomy, Angelina Jolie was back to wearing sexy low-plunging shirts during a film scouting trip to Hawaii ... and she looked great!!

Of course, Jolie had her breasts removed earlier this year in order to minimize her risk of breast cancer. ... after doctors estimated her risk of breast cancer was at 87 percent.

After the double mastectomy, Jolie underwent another round of procedures, which her doctor described as "reconstruction of the breasts with implant."

It was only a matter of time ... but Stacy Keibler's run with George Clooney is officially done.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the two have broken up after two years of dating.

The couple hasn't been seen together since March and spent the 4th of July on opposite ends of the earth.

Keibler joins a long list of Clooney exes ... which includes Elisabetta Canalis, Kelly Preston, Talia Balsam, Denise Crosby, Celine Balitran, Brooke Langton, Traylor Howard, Lisa Snowdon and Sarah Larson.

Multiple reports have surfaced that Clooney and Keibler called it quits after 2 years of dating (which is like a decade in Clooney years). The couple hasn't been seen together since March and spent the 4th of July on opposite ends of the earth.

But sources close to C&K tell TMZ ... the duo is still shacking up, so it's not totally over. However, we're told there's definitely trouble in paradise -- and it's all because of the couple's hectic schedules.

Our sources say George and Stacy haven't been in the same place for months now because she's busy shooting her new show "Supermarket Superstar" and George is busy being a giant movie star.

"High School Musical" star Chris Warren is singing a happy tune these days, because a judge recently awarded him $330,000 ... from his own parents.

As TMZ first reported, Warren sued his mom ("Passions" actress Brook Kerr) and dad, (Christopher Warren Sr., not famous) claiming they established a trust for him back in 2001 for all the money he made as a minor, but were secretly dipping into it ... big time.

Neither of Chris' parents ever responded to the suit, despite being properly served, so the judge sided with Chris ... to the tune of $337,186.68.

The folks at Lifetime did a bad thing ... they rented a car for their Anna Nicole Smith flick, but returned it all dinged up -- so says the owner threatening to sue over the damage ... all $200 worth.

A woman named Cherry Banez says she agreed to let the movie rent her 1995 red Mercedes SL500. The car was used in a scene where Anna Nicole flashes her boobs at a trucker. Classic.

Anyway, Cherry says the car came back damaged and the people responsible have failed to cover all the costs. In her letter threatening legal action, Cherry says she was actually paid back for most of the repairs, EXCEPT ONE -- the busted car speaker. Bill amount: $200.

Totally worth the legal bills.

Chris O'Dowd -- that funny Irish guy from "Bridesmaids" -- is doing what everyone does when they start to get famous in America ... spend their hard-earned US dollars on a swanky, new L.A. crib.

TMZ has learned ... Chris and his wife, Dawn Porter -- a famous British chick -- dropped $872,500 on an 1,800-square-foot house in West Hollywood ... a well known celeb-magnet.

As for the digs ... 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, pool, and spa ... but really, it's all about location.

And if you still don't know who Chris is -- he's awesome. Not only does he star in HBO's "Family Tree" and "Girls" ... but he was also in "Bridesmaids", "This is 40", "Dinner for Schmucks", "Friends with Kids", and "Despicable Me: 2".

Just two-and-a-half months after "Oblivion" was released to some not-exactly flattering reviews ... Morgan Freeman tells TMZ he's already trying to reunite with Tom Cruise ... and it's obvious why.

Despite an unimpressive 55% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, "Oblivion" reportedly raked in $284 MILLION at the box office ... on a $120 million production budget.

Translation -- Tom Cruise still puts butts in the seats ... even after "Rock of Ages."

Director Brett Ratner has put his money where his mouth is -- on a lesbian.

You'll recall, Ratner had to resign from producing the 2011 Academy Awards, after proclaiming "Rehearsals are for f*gs."

Ratner -- who's directed a slew of films including "Rush Hour" and "X-Men" -- has done a 180, raising $28,400 for Christine Quinn, an openly gay woman running for Mayor of NYC.

As for City Council member Quinn ... she told the NY Post she holds no grudges -- "What Brett Ratner said when he was preparing for the Academy Awards was completely unacceptable. [But] he went about fixing it and making it better and making sure he never does that again."

Apparently, the canine cadaver is being used for a scene in Justin's upcoming TV movie, "The Leftovers."

Coincidentally, Justin's fiancee Jennifer Aniston has also appeared in a dead dog flick ... "Marley & Me" (spoiler alert?).
