Evan Rachel Wood Elbowed In the Face, LOSES A TOOTH
Evan Rachel Wood took a serious shot to the face last night in Europe -- in the form of a wild elbow that actually KNOCKED OUT one of her teeth ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to Wood tell us, the actress was hanging out with some friends in Paris -- and decided to hit up some local spot with music and dancing.
We're told one of the dancers at the establishment got a little loose with the elbows -- and accidentally connected with Wood's mouth, knocking out a tooth ... and giving her one fat lip.
Wood -- who's traveling the world to promote her new movie "Ides of March" and her HBO miniseries "Mildred Pierce" -- will continue on the tour ... but sources tell us she's already meeting with a dentist to get a replacement tooth.
FYI -- it's Evan Rachel's birthday today. Happy birthday!!!

Westboro Baptist Church We're A Rabid Dog And We're Going After "Red State"
The Westboro Baptist Church has set its hateful sights on the movie, "Red State" -- which will be released in theaters later this month -- calling director Kevin Smith "a God-hating clown."
The Church spokesperson says, "God hates fags, God hates fag enablers, therefore God hates Kevin Smith."
The movie puts the spotlight on a fanatical church whose members kill "sinners" -- many say it bares a resemblance to Westboro.
As for Kevin Smith -- he's unfazed by Westboro's promise to disrupt the movie release.
Smith tells TMZ, "Well Jesus told ME he loved 'Red State.' He said it makes up for 'Cop Out.' He also said neither He nor His Heavenly Father have any affiliation with the Westboro Baptist Church."
Smith has more to say about God ... "He loves all the 'Dark Knight' footage he's seen so far on TMZ."
Smith also wants Westboro to know, "'Red State' is available now on VOD."

Teyana Taylor Bloody Movie Set Brawl Was Over Infected Tooth
Rapper/actress Teyana Taylor claims she and a movie director got into an all out bloody brawl ... because he ignored her pleas to be taken home while she dealt with an abscessed tooth.
Teyana and the director -- Jean-Claude La Marre -- were filming "Gang of Roses 2" last weekend outside L.A. ... when Teyana asked to be taken home because the pain was just too much to bear.
According to 20-year-old Teyana, she asked multiple times to be taken home by car service -- and when La Marre continually refused to allow that ... she got in his face and started shouting. Teyana claims La Marre shouted back, "Don't f**king scream at me bitch" ... and pushed her in the face, hitting her aching tooth.
La Marre claims he only defended himself ... AFTER Teyana "jumped on me and began swinging" -- but says he never hit her.
Whoever started it ... we're told several crew members had to separate them. Teyana says during the scrap her shirt was torn open (above), she got popped in the nose and mouth -- and the blood ended up on her denim shorts.
Teyana's people say they are considering legal action. La Marre says the only reason he didn't file charges is because "she's 20 years old and I'm 40 ... kids lash out."
By the way, La Marre is finishing the movie -- a western also starring Amber Rose and Claudia Jordan -- but with a twist. He's killed off Teyana's character.
In the words of the immortal Rick James ... "Cold blooded."

The Hangover 2 Ed Helms' Stunt Double Claims Set Accident Caused Brain Injuries
The man who was Ed Helms' stunt double in "The Hangover 2" is suing Warner Bros -- claiming he was badly injured during a high speed stunt-gone-wrong for the movie last year in Bangkok, Thailand.
The stunt man -- Scott McLean -- filed a lawsuit in California federal court on Tuesday ... claiming he was participating in a stunt where he had to lean out of the window of a moving truck ... when something went terribly wrong.
According to McLean, another car involved in the stunt skidded out and crashed -- resulting in a major collision.
McLean claims the stunt required "precision and timing" -- but after the stunt was underway, the stunt coordinator changed the timing ... which screwed up everything.
McLean's reps told The Hollywood Reporter he suffered, "likely permanent brain and physical injuries," including ongoing seizures, speech impediments, physical impediments, and brain trauma.
McLean is suing for unspecified damages.
9:01 AM: A rep for Warner Bros. tells TMZ, "We were shocked and saddened by this accident and have been working closely with Scott and his family throughout his treatment and recovery."
The rep adds, "We have offered continual support since the accident occurred and we are working together to try and resolve any outstanding issues."

Dina Lohan Seeks $5 Million And Tina Fey
Dina Lohan apparently thinks she's Dina De Laurentiis ... because she's telling investors she can snag some of the biggest actors in Hollywood for her new movie.
TMZ has obtained a copy of the business plan Dina's sending to prospective financiers -- asking for a grand total of $5.28 million to shoot an R-rated film called "Growing Defiant" -- which takes "a hard look at the social pressures that can lead a kid in the wrong direction." Hmmm.
According to the business plan, the actors she'll go after include Dakota Fanning, Selena Gomez, Michael Cera, James Gandolfini, Susan Sarandon, Tina Fey, Amanda Seyfried, Hayden Panettiere, Emma Stone, and Mila Kunis ... oh, and Michael Lohan, Jr. in the starring role of a heroin addict.
Now here's the best part. There's an asterisk at the bottom of the plan, which reads, "The cast listed above is a suggested cast list only. Michael Lohan is the only cast member who has been signed."
And Dina apparently thinks big actors will do anything to sign on, because she's allotting a grand total of $1,125,000 for actors' fees.
Dina Lohan -- a regular Bruckheimer, only easier to pronounce.

Aretha Franklin Demands R-E-S-P-E-C-T, Lawyers Up to Stop Movie
Aretha Franklin is throwing her significantly reduced weight around ... trying to stop the release of a never-before-seen film documenting the making of her 1972 live album "Amazing Grace."
The film was shot by the late director Sydney Pollack ... but according to Aretha's people film composer Alan Elliott now claims to have retained rights to the footage from Warner Bros. -- and wants to release the concert film this year "in honor of Sydney."
The Queen of Soul has retained attorney Arnold Reed ... who says he plans to seek an injunction in Federal Court in California to immediately block the release of the film.
Reed claims Elliott is breaching an agreement in place with Warner Bros. ... that requires him to get permission from Aretha before using her likeness in the film.
Reed tells us Aretha is open to possibly negotiating a deal ... some time in the future.
