Lexy Panterra I Didn't Betray Bella Thorne By Hooking Up with Gregg
Twerk Queen Lexy Panterra didn't break girl code by hooking up with Bella Thorne's ex, Gregg Sulkin, because the two gals are just "Hollywood kiss kiss" friends.
We broke the story ... Gregg and Lexy have started dating and were spotted out together for the first time in public doing a little shopping on Monday.
Bella and Lexy co-starred in the Tyler Perry flick, "Boo! A Madea Halloween," only a year ago ... when Bella was still dating Gregg.
But Lexy's peeps tell us Lexy and Bella never had a meaningful friendship. They haven't even talked over the summer. One source called them "Hollywood friends."
There's also this ... Bella's moved on and is on and off with Scott Disick, Blackbear and other guys so Gregg's in her rearview.

Roman Polanski Third Woman Alleges Sexual Assault as Minor
Roman Polanski "sexually victimized" a 16-year-old when she was in high school ... so says that woman in new allegations.
The woman, who would only identify herself as Robin, was joined by attorney Gloria Allred at a news conference Tuesday ... becoming the third woman to come forward with similar allegations against the 83-year-old director.
Robin -- who also wouldn't say how she knew Polanski -- said she told a friend the next day about what happened and refused to tell her father because she was afraid he might do something that would send him to prison for the rest of his life. Allred said Robin did not go to law enforcement at the time but did so this year.
Robin said she's not over the sexual assault after all these years ... unlike Polanski's first victim, Samantha Geimer, who supports Polanski's full freedom.
Allred said they will not file a civil lawsuit against Polanski and will explore their next step.
As we've reported ... Polanski had sex with Geimer when she was 13 in 1977 ... but she's since said what's happening to Polanski is outrageous because if she's over it ... everyone else should be, too.
Charlotte Lewis came forward in 2010 alleging Polanski forced himself on her in 1982 when she was 16. Allred repped her at the time but Polanski wasn't charged. Allred declined to answer whether she still reps Lewis.
Polanski's attorney, Harland Braun, tells TMZ ... "I don’t know what this new case is designed to do. What is it? Is Gloria (Allred) trying to influence Judge Gordon? We don’t know how credible this (alleged new victim) is. She hasn’t been vetted. No police report filed."

Tom Cruise No Wonder He's Hurt ... Tried 'MI:6' Stunt at Least Twice
Tom Cruise's injuries on the set of "Mission Impossible 6" might be more severe than previously thought ... 'cause he tried and failed his building stunt jump at least twice.
TMZ has obtained a second video showing Tom Sunday attempting to clear a building with one giant hop during filming for "MI:6" ... and like the first clip, he fails here too -- this time perhaps more miserably.
The hit against the side of the building sounds crushing -- and considering he tried this at least twice -- it raises questions as to how seriously he's hurt ... and whether this might affect the rest of production.
We've placed a call in to Tom's reps and Paramount Pictures ... so far no word back.

The Rock Covers Up Iconic Bull Tat ... with Bigger Bull Tat
The reign of The Rock's famous bull tattoo is OVER.
Long live the reign of his new one.
He calls it "Evolution of the Bull" -- 22 hours of tattoo work to cover up the famous bull head he's sported on his arm ever since he burst on to the scene as a WWE superstar.
But Rock -- real name Dwayne Johnson -- says he decided to change his body part to reflect his own personal history.
"From the cracks and heavy damage in the bone representing life's hard lessons I've learned over the years. Just like scars and wrinkles - I'm so grateful to have 'em because they're earned. To the horns, not pointing up or out to the side, but pointing straight ahead representing relentless energy and forward progress."
Rock says the eye tells the story of a "disruptive positive energy always ready to dent the universe."
Good for Rock. It's his body. He can do what he wants.
But we kinda liked the old one.

Elon and Amber 'It's Just a Normal Relationship'
Elon Musk and Amber Heard are in an on-again/off-again relationship, but it's unclear which it is right now.
Elon and Amber issued a joint statement Friday morning calling out media outlets that have mischaracterized their relationship. As for what their relationship is ... well, based on the statement, it's complicated.
Here's what they say ... "The distance has been really tough on our relationship, because we haven't been able to see each other much. All relationships have their ups and downs, of course."
The statement goes on ... "We would like to state directly that we have the utmost respect for one another, and it would be troubling if anyone had the impression that we thought otherwise."
It ends this way ... "It is worth bearing in mind that events are always amplified and dramatized in a high profile relationship, whether the people involved like it or not (and we definitely don't). The reality is that this is just a normal relationship with a giant magnifying glass applied."
BTW ... Elon was spotted Thursday at a coffee shop in Australia.
So, on a break?

The Koch Brothers Helped Pay for 'Wonder Woman' With Bill Gates: Report
The Koch Brothers reportedly helped finance "Wonder Woman" and other films with Bill Gates ... and Donald Trump's Treasury Secretary.
The way the story goes ... Steven Mnuchin roped Charles Koch, David Koch and Gates into a production company he helped start to finance movies like 'WW,' "Dunkirk," and Spielberg's upcoming "Ready Player One."
The Koch Brothers struck a $450 million deal in 2013 to become stakeholders in Mnuchin's company RatPac-Dune Entertainment ... and Gates was brought in as an investor for a similar amount, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Although Mnuchin has divested from the company because of his gig in Trump's administration ... the Koch Brothers are reportedly still very much involved.
Also worth noting ... reps for the Kochs denied investing in RatPac.
Still, it's interesting. The Koch Brothers -- worth more than $96 billion -- are known as backers of conservative efforts.
Wonder how Diana Prince would feel about this.
