8:47 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Ray J has been arrested and is currently in custody at a Los Angeles-area jail. He was booked on a charge of making a criminal threat, and his bail has been set at $50K.

Ray J allegedly pulled a gun on Princess Love and threatened to kill a man during a completely unhinged live stream ... and the whole incident was caught on video.

The chaos erupted early Thursday morning, when Ray went live from inside his home -- immediately ranting that he was having "the worst Thanksgiving in the f***ing world," claiming someone was trying to take his kids and that he was also being threatened.

Things spiral instantly ... with Ray J appearing to snatch a handgun off the table and load the pistol, saying, "If these n***as step foot close to this door I'm going to blow this f***ing sh*t away, bro."

Katy Perry was seeking nearly $5 million in damages from a disabled veteran over a lengthy dispute centered on a property in Montecito, California ... and as of Wednesday, she won won $2.795 million, on top of $300K of the total she was asking for.

Perry's legal battle with Carl Westcott started back in 2020, when she and her ex-husband, Orlando Bloom, purchased an 8-bedroom estate for $15 million, the New York Post reports.

Westcott tried to back out of the sale just days after it took place, claiming he didn't have the mental capacity to understand the paperwork regarding the purchase. He said he was on pain medication after undergoing back surgery when he was presented with the documents, and he filed suit against Perry's business manager in August 2020.

The legal battle regarding the sale dragged out for several years, and Perry ultimately gained ownership of the property in 2024, when a judge ruled Westcott was capable of comprehending the paperwork centered on the sale. The case has since been bifurcated, according to People.

Perry's now demanding damages from Westcott, whom she says caused damages with the extended litigation over the sale of the property. Her side's saying she's entitled to over $3.5 million in lost rental value and just over $1.3 million for repairs to the property.

Westcott's team's saying Perry still owes him $6 million out of the $15 million purchase, as they're saying she's only paid $9 million to date. They'd bring the total down to $5.7 million to account for the cost of repairs.

Perry's requests came just a few months after she testified about the purchase via Zoom and said she was looking for what she described as "justice" after Westcott's lawyer asked her about the reason for the litigation.

Jackson Browne says his son Ethan Browne, an actor, model and musician, is dead.

Jackson says ... "It is with deep sorrow that we share that on the morning of November 25, 2025, Ethan Browne, the son of Jackson Browne and Phyllis Major, was found unresponsive in his home and has passed away. We ask for privacy and respect for the family during this difficult time. No further details are available at this moment."

The famous singer/songwriter announced his son's death Wednesday on social media.

Ethan's mom, Phyllis Major, died by suicide in 1976 when Ethan was just a toddler. Ethan appeared in the 2004 film, "Raising Helen" with Kate Hudson. He was also an accomplished model who worked with Isaac Mizrahi.

When Ethan was a baby back in 1974, he was featured on a Rolling Stone cover with his father. The two were photographed with Jackson nuzzling his son's face.

Jackson proudly said of his son back in 2022, "Ethan is a great father. He's a great son, a great man ... I love seeing him with his kids." Jackson went on ... "when I see him in his movies, modeling, with his daughter, and being such a great dad, it makes me very proud."

The L.A. County Medical Examiner has deferred the cause of death, pending the investigation.

Ethan was 52.

A grand jury was reportedly convened to gather information on the death of Celeste Rivas.

The grand jury heard evidence for several days in mid-November ... this according to the Los Angeles Times. The Times reported the existence of the grand jury was disclosed in the LAPD's petition to block the L.A. County Medical Examiner's Office from release information about her death.

The grand jury was assembled as an investigative tool, and not to specifically indict anyone for Celeste's death. It has the ability to recommend charges, and it's unclear if it did so. It's also unclear if that grand jury is still gathering evidence.

That was fast ... prosecutors in Los Angeles County say they've charged three men with murder in the fatal shooting of Maria De La Rosa, a singer who went by the stage name DELAROSA.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman says the alleged killers in the "ambush-style attack" are 27-year-old Francisco Otilio Gaytan, 27-year-old Benny LiconGomez, and 21-year-old Eduardo Lopez ... prosecutors say they are all from Northridge, where the shooting occurred early Saturday morning ... and each has been charged with one felony count of murder and two felony counts of attempted second-degree robbery.

Hochman says the men allegedly approached a parked car shortly before 1:25 AM on Nov. 22 on Bryant Street in Northridge ... they demanded money and then opened fire, killing DELAROSA. She was in the car with two friends, who were not harmed.
