Prince von A-Hole has been diagnosed with shingles -- a super-painful viral disease -- and according to his doc, it's all thanks to the chickenpox he had as a child.

Prince tells us he was feeling sick and his face was swelling -- so he went to the doctor Thursday morning, where he was told, "the chickenpox I had when I was 8 years old has returned and the virus gave me shingles."

According to Shingles.com, the condition is caused by a reactivation of the same virus that causes chicken pox ... which can lay dormant in your body for years.

Lil Wayne was attacked with pepper spray last night in Canada -- after some jerk snuck into his afterparty and put the excruciating substance in the air ducts.

It all went down last night at a club in Montreal called La Mouche -- where Weezy was hosting the afterparty for his show.

We're told some jackass snuck into the back room and unleashed the chemical into the ventilation system -- and everyone had to be evacuated, including Weezy.

Former UFC champ Rashad Evans has some new hardware ... as in the metal pins he had inserted to repair his injured right hand!

The ex light-heavyweight title holder walked out of Katsuya in Hollywood last night sporting a big ole cast on his hand and wrist -- and said he got some pins to put his thumb "back in place." Our UFC sources say it's a "really bad sprain."

It's unclear if the injury is directly related to his recent victory over Tito Ortiz.

Speaking of Ortiz ... you gotta hear what Rashad had to say about that "leaked" twitpic of Tito's junk.

Drew Carey was forced to cancel today's taping of "The Price is Right" -- after taking a NASTY fall during his morning run ... and separating his collarbone.

Carey tweeted ... "Had to cancel TPIR tapings today. I fell while running this AM and separated my clavicle. Be back tomorrow though!"

Drew even posted a picture of his x-ray -- adding, "Haven't even had a pain pill yet! (But I'm due. Still waiting on them)."

A "Fear Factor" contestant got a little more than she bargained for when the stunt truck she was riding on top of hit another car ... but she escaped with no major injuries.

We're told the driver of the stunt truck -- which was going less than 20 mph at the time -- had his vision blocked for a brief period of time, resulting in the truck hitting a parked car that was part of the stunt.

According to our sources, the woman was in a safety harness on the truck and she was shook up from the collision, but was not thrown from the vehicle. She was transported to the hospital by an on-set EMT. We're told she suffered no major injuries and was released from the hospital after a few hours.

Miranda Cosgrove was wheeled through LAX yesterday, her broken ankle wrapped in a cast after she was injured in a bus accident in Illinois on Thursday.

The "iCarly" star has canceled her tour until further notice.

Five people are dead and 40 more injured after a stage collapsed tonight at the Indiana State Fair before the country band Sugarland was to perform.

High winds were believed to have been the cause.

A reporter for WANE-TV in Indiana was in the crowd at the time and described what happened like this: "The wind just picked up and the stage just caught and the roof just caught and it went up like a sail and then it crashed forward into the people standing in the front. There were people trapped underneath and everyone was running and screaming. They were asking any medics or nurses not to leave."

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model Chrissy Teigen was involved in a car accident this afternoon while riding in a cab on a freeway in New York City ... and she tweeted the entire ordeal.

Teigen -- whose boyfriend is a musician who goes by the name of John Legend -- apologized to anyone caught up in the traffic aftermath (which, based on the photo above, was quite significant).

Teigen seemed to be physically alright -- but she was quite angry at the driver of the car that hit her, posting a little mini-rant (see below) before eventually hailing another cab from the freeway.

Miranda Cosgrove is telling the people closest to her ... if it weren't for her bus driver's quick thinking this morning, she'd be dead right now.

Sources close to Miranda tell TMZ, her tour bus was en route to Kansas when it encountered an overturned semi on the road. It was pitch black outside, and by the time the bus driver saw it ... it was too late.

Rather than swerving and potentially overturning the bus, we're told the driver decided to hit the brakes and face the semi truck head on ... a decision that may have saved Miranda's life.

Sources tell us, Miranda feels very lucky to be alive -- she has a fractured right ankle that needs a cast, and a broken right baby toe. We're told she is in a lot of pain and her mom is also bruised and banged up.

We're told both Miranda and her mom will head home in a couple days to heal up. Miranda's tour is canceled until further notice.

Sadly, out of all those injured in the crash -- we're told the bus driver is in the worst condition. He had to be airlifted from the crash scene to a nearby hospital, and received 45 stitches.

"iCarly" star Miranda Cosgrove suffered a broken ankle when her tour bus crashed into a tractor-trailer in Illinois this morning ... her rep tells TMZ.

The rep explains, "Miranda Cosgrove's tour bus was involved in an accident early this morning in Illinois on I-70, just outside of Vandalia."

The rep adds, "There were 5 passengers on the bus, and Miranda suffered a broken ankle. At this time, we are told everyone will be fine."

Cosgrove -- who is also a singer -- had been performing in Ohio on Wednesday night and was traveling to Kansas where she was scheduled to perform on Friday.

Miranda's rep tells us the 18-year-old Nickelodeon star's "Dancing Crazy Tour" will now be postponed until further notice ... adding, "Miranda thanks everyone for their understanding and support."

According to local reports, the tractor-trailer was already overturned and the bus hit a part of the vehicle that was blocking one of the lanes.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... a dazed and confused Gavin DeGraw was struck by a cab minutes after being assaulted in NYC Sunday night.

We're told a witness saw the cab strike the singer and called 911. When paramedics arrived, they observed facial injuries and Gavin was transported by ambulance to Bellevue Hospital.

Gavin's rep tells TMZ the singer is being treated for multiple serious injuries -- including a concussion, broken nose, black eyes, cuts and bruises.

TMZ broke the story ... Gavin was attacked by multiple assailants late Sunday night. It's unclear what motivated the attack.

The rep adds, "Police are conducting an investigation of the attack. Gavin and his family appreciate everyone's concern at this time. We have no information yet regarding his upcoming concert dates and promotion for his new album."

As for tonight's show in Saratoga Springs, NY -- TMZ has learned Gavin will be replaced by Nikki Jean. Maroon 5 and Train will perform as scheduled.

3:40 PM: Gavin is speaking out on Twitter for the first time since the incident ... but claims his memory's a little foggy, writing, "Hi my friends. Honestly, I don't remember much. I only know I can recover from here. Thank u all for your genuine concern. I love u guys."

3:13 PM: Gavin has been discharged from the hospital, according to his rep.

8:40 AM: An NYPD spokesperson claims DeGraw says he was attacked by 3 men at 3:00 AM Monday morning.

The budget for "Batman: The Dark Knight Rises" might have just jumped up another six figures -- because last Friday, Catwoman's stunt double BARRELED through a super-expensive IMAX camera ... and TMZ has the crushing footage.

It's unclear who messed up -- the stunt-double or the cameraman -- but either way, the camera appeared to be blown to smithereens.

It was all shot outside some building at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh -- which, we're told, is supposed to be Gotham City Hall in the movie.

Thankfully, no one was hurt -- and with a budget of $250 MILLION ... a broken camera's just a drop in the bucket.

Sources close to production tell us both the camera and the cameraman were not injured during the incident -- but if you look closely, you can SEE camera shrapnel ... and fixing those things ain't cheap!

A rep for Warner Bros. had no comment.

Singer Gavin DeGraw was hospitalized after he was viciously assaulted by multiple attackers late Sunday night in New York City ... TMZ has learned.

A source close to Gavin tells TMZ the singer -- who lives in New York City -- was outnumbered by several people during the attack.

Gavin's rep says he is still under observation at Bellevue Hospital tonight ... but would not be specific about his injuries.

Gavin has been touring with Train and Maroon 5 ... and their next stop was scheduled for Tuesday night in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Ke$ha's two tour buses made an emergency stop last night at the University of Miami hospital -- but TMZ has learned, it wasn't the singer seeking medical attention.

Ke$ha's rep tells TMZ, "A member of Ke$ha's band sustained a minor injury, was treated, released and feeling great."

The buses pulled in after Ke$ha's show at the Bayfront Park Amphitheatre -- and we're told, they remained parked there for hours while the singer's security team stood guard at the hospital entrance.

Casey Abrams didn't plan on revealing to the world he was dealing with ulcerative colitis when he became a contestant on "American Idol" -- but then he became hospitalized, and saw himself splashed all over TMZ, and decided to speak out.

Abrams recently announced he's the spokesperson for a national disease awareness campaign called IBD Icons, designed to let people know that living with an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) isn't the end of the world.

Abrams tells TMZ he didn't know how to handle his disease when he went on "Idol," which landed him in the hospital -- and he read all about it on TMZ. He told us, "It's kind of funny that right when I went to the hospital and checked TMZ, the headline was 'Casey Abrams Hospitalized.'"

Now he's using his "Idol" fame to raise awareness about the disease, telling us, "I want people to send in their stories of how they overcomeit. I don't have the best speaking skills, but people know who I am and I feel they might listen to a familiar face. I feel I have a responsibility to step up and talk about this really graphic disease."

Royce Reed from "Basketball Wives" suffered a seizure during a charity softball game yesterday, but was not transported to a hospital ... sources close to her tell TMZ.

We're told Reed took part in the Duffy's Hope Celebrity Softball Game in Wilmington, DE where she played in the game and signed autographs for fans. According to our sources, Reed pulled a hamstring muscle at one point and when she went to go sit down ... she passed out.

When she came to, our sources say Reed said she had no idea she suffered a seizure and told people it was the first time she had such an experience. Paramedics were called, but Reed said she was feeling fine and did not need to be transported to a hospital.

Reed told friends she felt a combination of exhaustion, stress, the heat and her diet caused the episode.

We're told Reed is feeling fine today, but plans to visit a doctor when she returns home to Florida.
