Suge Knight's body keeps rejecting court dates -- he was just rushed from a courthouse to a hospital ... and we've learned the problem is a stomach issue related to last summer's nightclub shooting.

Suge never made it into the courtroom for his robbery case. The judge announced that he'd been transferred from jail to the courthouse, but suddenly fell ill ... and had to be taken by ambulance to a hospital.

Suge's attorney David Kenner tells TMZ ... the rap mogul's been dealing with bleeding in the stomach. Kenner says he met with Suge Wednesday, and he was complaining about the stomach pain. He says there have been multiple ongoing heath issues all related to Suge getting shot six times at 1Oak Nightclub in August.

The medical emergency led to the 2nd delay in proceedings for the robbery case he and Katt Williams are facing. They're accused of taking a camera from a paparazzo in Beverly Hills.

The judge said Katt will be in court later Thursday to face the robbery charges.

June Fairchild -- the actress best known for her iconic Ajax snorting scene in "Up In Smoke" -- has died at 68 ... and friends are hoping her former Cheech & Chong co-stars can help with her funeral costs.

Fairchild had a big movie career in the '70s -- besides 'Smoke' ... she appeared in "Head" with The Monkees ... and "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot" with Clint Eastwood.

She's also widely credited for naming the band "Three Dog Night" ... while dating lead singer Danny Hutton.

June was put in hospice care over the weekend, and died Tuesday night after a long battle with liver cancer.

Sources close to Fairchild tell us her last few years were difficult financially. She'd been homeless for several years. We're told her friends are reaching out to Tommy Chong to see if he can pitch in for her funeral and burial expenses.

Bobby Brown's wife left Bobbi Kristina and her husband in Atlanta and flew to L.A., where she made 2 things clear ... they still have hope, and they want nothing to do with Nick Gordon.

Alicia Etheredge landed in L.A. Wednesday and told our photog their hope for Bobbi Kristina's survival is prayer. We asked about the doctors advising Bobby to make a decision on withdrawing life support, but her focus is God.

Alicia -- who is pregnant -- bristled when Nick Gordon's name came up. As we reported, Nick is now going public, trying to put pressure on the Brown family, to let him see Bobbi Kristina, but Alicia's reaction makes it clear ... he's persona non grata.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon has been groveling to see her with no luck, and now he's publicly pleading for a visit.

Gordon's lawyer, Randall Kessler, says Nick's efforts to see Bobbi Kristina have been consistently blocked by the family. Kessler adds, "[Nick] has respected the family's wishes and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation."

As we reported, Bobby Brown's relatives have threatened to lay "hands on him" if Nick ever shows up.

TMZ broke the story, police have launched a criminal investigation because Bobbi Kristina was found with injuries on her body and Nick is the target of the probe.

Kessler adds, "He desperately wants to be with the one he loves and continues to hope that his request will be granted."

As we previously reported, we're told some of Bobbi Krisitna's organs are beginning to shut down and it is only a matter of time.

Bobbi Kristina's organs are shutting down and reliable family sources say at this point it doesn't matter if Bobby Brown withdraws life support ... she's dying.

As we reported ... when Bobbi Kristina was taken to the hospital 2 weeks ago her brain activity was minimal. A few days later she showed an improvement in brain function but we're told her condition has since deteriorated.

We're told several organs are already shutting down and the family now fully understands.

Bobby Brown is holding strong to his religious view and is saying he will do what it takes to keep his daughter alive, even if it's just on life support with no long-term hope. Some members of Bobby's family disagree with his decision but will respect it.

The night Drake released his new album, his dad had a very strange accident ... driving his luxury ride over a street sign and crashing into the side of a building.

Dennis Graham tells TMZ he was running errands in downtown Memphis around 8:30 PM Thursday ... when he accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake and smashed his Jaguar XK8 into an apartment building wall. No one was hurt.

Graham says the pedal mix up happened when his Timberlands got stuck under the brake, and he was trying to free them.

Dennis says the building manager wasn't there -- so he drove home, and returned to the scene Friday morning where cops were assessing the damage. They gave him a ticket for failure to maintain proper control.

We know what you're thinking -- and Dennis says he wasn't boozing. Total damage ... around $400 ... which he says insurance will cover. Drizzy Sr. adds, "I will never drive in those [shoes] as long as I live."

Gary Busey is the latest celebrity to get in a car accident in Malibu, because we've learned he hit a pedestrian Friday afternoon.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Busey was pulling out of a parking space in the Pavilions grocery store lot when he struck a woman who was walking by. Busey didn't see her as he backed out and she had her back to him.

The woman -- who was on the older side -- was knocked to the ground and suffered minor injuries.

Paramedics came and treated her on scene, and she left.

As you know ... Bruce Jenner was involved in a fatal car accident in Malibu last Saturday, and Mel Gibson hit a parked car near his Malibu home last December.

Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart are officially reuniting in court -- the woman who was bitten by one of Casper's dogs is suing both of them ... and her injuries are pretty graphic.

In the lawsuit, Andrea Ashley -- one of JLo's neighbors -- says she was getting out of her car back in December ... when Smart's boxer named Bear mauled her left arm and hand ... leaving her with broken bones and cuts. She's included photos of her bloodied limb in the suit.

Ashley says, right after the attack ... Casper walked out of JLo's house wearing only pajama bottoms and came over to apologize. That's interesting because Casper and Jennifer had broken up several months before the attack. As we reported ... J.Lo's people told us the dogs were only at her house for a visit with her kids. Apparently, Casper was visiting too.

Ashley says this wasn't the first attack -- Bear also escaped through a hole in JLo's fence and attempted to attack her in April. She says only her gardener saved her from getting mauled that time.

In the docs, Ashley says Casper called her, apologized, and offered to pay all of her medical bills. As for why she's suing Lopez ... Ashley says Jennifer bears some responsibility because the dog is escaping through her fence.

Further, she says Bear has remained at Jennifer's home since Jan. 8 ... and she's afraid he could get out again. Animal Control told us Bear was quarantined at Casper's home since the attack.

Whitney Houston's family is scoffing at Nick Gordon bemoaning the "fact" that he can't see Bobbi Kristina while she lays in a hospital bed on life support, because they say he hasn't even tried.

Multiple Houston family sources tell TMZ ... it's absurd that Nick has a lawyer putting them on blast for denying him the right to see his girlfriend. The sources say Nick has never once tried to make his way inside the hospital.

As for the picture of Nick in front of the hospital ... they think it was just for the cameras -- he never tried entering the building.

Nick's lawyer Randy Kessler insists his client has made the effort but has been blocked, but the lawyer says he's not taking legal action so Nick can gain entrance.

On Nick's side there's also this ... we reported several of Bobby Brown's relatives threatened to put "hands on him" if Nick ever showed up.

TMZ broke the story ... there's a criminal investigation surrounding the circumstances of Bobbi Kristina's near drowning, and Nick is the target.

Pierce Brosnan's garage went up in flames ... and a ton of firefighters had to rally to save the rest of his Malibu home.

The fire reportedly broke out Wednesday night just before 10 PM ... and about 20 firefighters doused the fire and stopped it from spreading.

The people who called 911 immediately after Bruce Jenner's horrific car accident instantly recognized the magnitude of the accident, telling the dispatcher the Lexus was "destroyed."

As we reported, the driver of the Lexus was killed instantly after Bruce's SUV plowed into her car, sending it into oncoming traffic where it was struck by a Hummer.

The callers -- bystanders who happened to witness the crash -- are both fairly calm.

Jermain Taylor's psychiatrist says the boxer has been a complete "gentleman" at his lockdown mental facility ever since he was arrested on gun charges ... and is begging the judge to let him out.

As we previously reported, an Arkansas judge ordered Taylor to undergo a complete mental and physical evaluation after several disturbing incidents -- including an altercation at a parade where Taylor allegedly pulled a gun on a family and another incident where he shot his cousin.

But today in court, Taylor's shrink told the judge that while Taylor has some signs of impulse control problems (possibly due to boxing) ... he ultimately recommended Taylor be released ... with a few caveats.

The shrink says Taylor would need to be monitored, needs random drug and booze testing, needs therapy and would be forbidden from possessing a gun.

Taylor's shrink also said Jermain "seems to really want to change his life" and noted that when he's sober and away from guns, he's "not a danger."

10:25 AM PT -- A lawyer for Bobby Brown just issued a statement, saying there is no truth to the story that Bobbi Kristina will be taken off life support Wednesday. As we reported, members of the Brown family informed us that was indeed the case. But the lawyer, Christopher Brown, says it's not so.

Bobbi Kristina will be taken off life support Wednesday ... on the 3rd anniversary of Whitney Houston's death ... TMZ has learned.

Brown family sources tell us Bobby has finally made the decision, realizing there is no hope for his 21-year-old daughter to recover.

A source connected with Houston's family told TMZ on Sunday ... Cissy Houston, Whitney's mom, also wanted life support pulled on the anniversary to "bond mother and daughter for eternity." We have not confirmed this, but the NY Post ran the story Tuesday morning.

Members of the Brown family are extremely emotional, sobbing over the decision but realizing it's the right thing to do.

TMZ broke the story ... police have launched a criminal investigation because Bobbi Kristina had injuries on her body when she was rushed to the hospital and we're told the target of the investigation is her boyfriend, Nick Gordon.

Bobbi Kristina suffered injuries to her face before she was found submerged in a bathtub -- according to a report -- and that sparked the investigation focusing on her boyfriend Nick Gordon.

As TMZ first reported ... Roswell PD started taking a closer look at Nick and Bobbi Kristina's relationship after certain injuries raised their concerns.

WSB-TV in Atlanta says sources close to the investigation tell them the marks were on her face ... and more specifically, her mouth.

As we've told you ... multiple sources say there is a history of violence in their relationship -- and their friend Max Lomas told police Nick was acting strangely before they found Bobbi Kristina.

Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon's violent relationship was well known among their friends ... and sources tell us it was fueled by jealousy -- but not the kind you'd expect.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... their spats, which sometimes resulted in domestic violence, were almost always triggered by Nick's jealousy over Bobbi Kristina's fame. He felt he was also Whitney Houston's child since he grew up with her and could not understand why people focused on Bobbi.

One recent example ... they were trying to get their own TV show but when Nick wasn't offered the same deal as Bobbi Kristina they turned it down.

Sources close to the couple tell us Bobbi Kristina's injuries, which triggered an ongoing criminal investigation with Gordon as the target, don't surprise their friends because they've known the relationship sometimes got violent.

We made multiple attempts to reach Nick. So far, no word back.

Bruce Jenner may not be the driver who caused a woman to die on PCH Saturday ... because law enforcement tells TMZ they now believe the Prius that led the pack made a sudden stop, causing the Lexus to crash into it ... BEFORE Bruce hit the Lexus.

As TMZ first reported ... Sheriff's deputies were suspicious of the story the Prius driver told. She said she was stopped at a red light, but she was 300 feet from the light. When cops asked her if there was a line of cars in front of her she was vague. Deputies think she might have been making an illegal U-turn.

So the current scenario is this ... the Prius came to a sudden, possibly illegal stop on the highway. The Lexus hit the Prius and then Bruce slammed on his brakes, swerved right but was unable to stop, slamming into the Lexus. The Lexus then went into oncoming traffic and hit the Hummer, killing the Lexus driver.

It appears there is no criminal liability on Bruce's part. As for civil liability, there is a law that you cannot follow too close and need to prepare for sudden events. But if the Prius stopped without warning ... that driver could be at the very least partly responsible for the accident.

6:00 PM PST -- Jenner released a statement about the crash saying, "My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident."

Bruce adds, "It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”
