The NY Giants locker room is like the set of "You Got Served" and "8 Mile" wrapped into one -- with players challenging each other to dance and rap battles ... so says cornerback Prince Amukamara.

He's not joking ... Prince says it gets pretty crazy in there ... and when it comes to dance skills, P.A. tells us there's one guy who's "hands down" the best in the league.

As for rap skills, Prince says 3 guys stand out ... Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Odell Beckham Jr. and Victor Cruz.

Odell Beckham Jr. isn't satisfied with just beating guys on the field ... he wants to burn the girls on the runway too ... turning his hallway into a catwalk and debuting some serious slay Tuesday night.

OBJ was chilling out with Mr. Hotspot ... a viral hitmaker whose #slidelikethischallenge dance contest is taking over the Internet ... when the two decided it was time for the Giants star to join the movement.

Becks was obviously inspired with all the skin he saw walking the catwalk for Vicky's ... 'cause his version of the dance had some catwalk influence and included some serious, serious fierceness.

NY Giants owner Steve Tisch says he wants Jason Pierre-Paul back in uniform THIS WEEKEND -- telling TMZ Sports he expects him to make an immediate impact on the field.

You gotta watch the video -- Tisch says he's incredibly proud of JPP for the way he's battled back after blowing up parts of his hand in a July 4th fireworks accident.

"This kid is working so hard to get himself ready to have an impact on the NY Giants defense," Tisch says ... "and we need him. We do need him."

"I hope he plays in the game Sunday versus Tampa Bay."

Tisch says he's convinced JPP has truly turned the page since suffering the injury -- and says his teammates are definitely in his corner.

FYI -- Tisch gives us a little insight on how he shakes hands with JPP now ... any guesses?

WARNING -- Whoever put the NY Giants jersey on Philly's famous Rocky Balboa statue better watch his/her ass ... 'cause the Philly PD is calling the situation a "CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY!"

Ok, so there's no statewide manhunt for the perp or anything like that ... but people in Philly were FUMING after some G-Men fan trolled the city before tonight's Eagles vs. Giants game.

We spoke to the Philadelphia Police Dept. about the situation and the public affairs office told us, "We are aware. There's no video, no surveillance, where we could actively search for who did this."

On whether it was a crime, we were told -- "I'm not sure it's a crime. It's a crime against humanity!"

"As far as us actively investigating, no one has reported it. We're not treating it like a crime. If they wrote on it, spray painted it, that'd be a different story."

7-fingered bench press? No problem.

After critics said Jason Pierre Paul's disfigured hand would be a huge hurdle when it comes to weight training, the NY Giants star hit the gym ... to prove he can still lift weights, despite missing digits.

JPP busted out a set of bench presses -- with a towel in his right hand to stabilize the bar.

It's the second time Jason's posted training footage -- in an effort to prove he can still be effective in the NFL after seriously damaging his hand in a fireworks accident.

Giants fans looking for a boost, look no further than this video of Jason Pierre-Paul -- ON HIS GRIND, in the gym, and apparently ... ready to bounce back from his horrific hand injury.

Seems Jason Pierre-Paul went to painful lengths to keep his fireworks injury under the radar ... NOT calling emergency services after the mishap ... law enforcement tells TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported, the NY Giants superstar injured his hand during a 4th of July fireworks accident at a home in Broward County, Florida.

But get this ... when we called law enforcement officials in Coral Springs, Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale -- none of them had any record of ANY incident involving JPP. Neither did any Fire Department in the area.

In fact, one law enforcement source tells us everyone is aware of the incident ... but there has been no "formal report" was ever made.

So, what does it mean? It could mean that Jason's injury was not as bad as first reported and he didn't feel the need to call for emergency medical assistance.

Then again, it could also mean the injury WAS horrific ... and JPP was willing to suck up the pain and seek medical attention to limit the amount of people who truly knew the extent of his injuries.

New York Giants linebacker J.T. Thomas believes in the "Treat Yo Self" mentality ... because after he inked his new $12 MILLION contract ... he picked up $55k in brand new bling ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Thomas hit up Avianne and Co. in NYC -- and scored himself an 18 karat gold Cuban link chain for $35k.

And because he didn't want that chain to get lonely, he got a 2nd piece ... a 25 karat ruby, surrounded by diamonds ... which ran him another $20k.

Well, good news -- WE JUST FOUND OUT!!!

Eli and his father, Archie Manning, were at Rockefeller Center in NYC this morning -- when we asked Archie to reveal the best Father's Day gift he ever got from his super famous kids.

Long story short ... we got into personal grooming habits ... and that's when Eli revealed what he's packin' under his shirt.

Odell Beckham Jr. just made the biggest catch of the NFL off-season ... snatching the "Madden 16" cover right out of the hands of fellow finalist Rob Gronkowski.

Beckham Jr. and Gronk beat out a bunch of other NFL studs ... like the Cardinals' Patrick Peterson and Steelers wideout Antonio Brown ... to become the last two dudes standing on Madden island.

Fan votes determined the final winner, and Odell took it home with a super narrow 52.5% of the votes -- but arguably Gronk is the real winner here.

There's a little thing known as the Madden curse ... and the Giants star is now susceptible to the same fate suffered by Garrison Hearst, Peyton Hillis, Shaun Alexander, Vince Young, and bunch more.

Even last year's cover guy -- Richard Sherman ... jacked up his elbow and lost the Super Bowl.

We asked Giants co-owner Steve Tisch last week about OBJ possibly getting the honor (?) -- he was less than thrilled.

NFL lineman Justin Pugh knows what it's like to become a MULTI-MILLIONAIRE overnight ... and he's got some excellent advice for the new rookies to make sure they don't go broke.

For the record, Pugh signed an $8.3 MILLION contract with a $4.4 million signing bonus when the NY Giants selected him in the 1st round of the 2013 draft.

So, what's the secret to financial success for the young guys? Pugh says there's one KEY MOVE they need to make right away ... before they start living the good life.

OB2 was in West Hollywood yesterday -- where he decided to test his foot speed on the same steep hill where Diddy was running sprints back in February.

According to our unofficial clock ... Beckham ran the hill a full 2 SECONDS faster than Diddy did it.

So, congratulations Odell ... you're faster than a 45-year-old non-professional athlete.

Odell Beckham Jr. already dominates on football fields, soccer pitches, and basketball courts -- and now he's making the ocean his bitch, too ... by mounting a flyboard down in Miami.

The NY Giants star tackled the extreme water sport on Tuesday -- and as you'd probably expect -- he's already a pro. Paul Stoeppelwerth from Indy Flight Academy tells us ... OBJ got up and running on the flyboard on his first try.

If you haven't seen one of these things ... they're freakin' awesome -- kinda like a wakeboard that uses hydro-powered jets to hover up to 50 feet above the water! We're told most people take several minutes just to get upright ... but, of course, most people aren't Odell.

Stoeppelwerth says OBJ's "lower body is like a trunk, all the muscle memory from his football regimen definitely helps."

Not everyone has given up on Michael Sam -- in fact, he's got a pretty powerful supporter, NY Giants co-owner Steve Tisch who tells TMZ Sports he really hopes the guy makes an NFL squad.

Tisch was out in L.A. having dinner at Craig's when he told us he still believes the first openly gay man to be drafted into the NFL has the skill and the talent to compete at the highest level.

But at what point should Sam hang up the cleats and pursue another career? Tisch talks about that too.

STOP BODY-SHAMING JAMEIS WINSTON ... he's got a perfect QB physique ... so says one of the most famous heavyset NFL quarterbacks of all time ... former NY Giants QB Jared Lorenzen.

Of course, Winston has been under fire from people who say he looks too fat, doughy, soft and out-of-shape to be a successful NFL QB ... especially after he went topless at his Pro Day this week (see pic above).

But Lorenzen -- aka "The Hefty Lefty" & "The Pillsbury Throwboy" -- says Winston needs to ignore the haters and focus on winning football games.

"He's not JaMarcus Russell. He's not fat by any means. He's just a big dude," Jared says. "He's got a great body to play quarterback. The little skinny guys don't make it. They can't take a hit."

"Look at RG3 ... small guy. Now he can't even run."

BTW -- when Lorenzen played for the Giants from 2004 to 2007 he usually hovered around 300 pounds.

"I was probably a little bit on the extreme side ... but I never missed a game due to injury in my career going all the way back to when I was young. Most big guys don't. They can take a pounding."

As for Jameis, Jared says the guy's potential is off the charts -- "He's only 21 and he doesn't even have his grown man body yet. He's gonna get bigger and faster."

MSNBC thought it had the very first interview with NY Giants tight end Larry Donnell ... who was on board the Delta flight that skidded off the runway in NY earlier today.

They were wrong.

Instead, they had an impostor ... who pulled a Baba Booey-inspired prank that culminated with the prankster yelling, "F**k her right in the p***y" while he was live on the air.

As we previously reported, the FHRITP pranks have been driving media outlets CRAZY for months ... with some reporters getting physical in an effort to prevent hooligans from shouting the phrase during live shots.
