Samantha Ronson took her adorable bulldog Cadillac -- who allegedly mauled a little Maltese pooch to death at her old apartment building in West Hollywood last year -- for a walk through Venice on Tuesday.
The dog had allegedly been shipped to the East Coast to live with family after the incident ... but clearly, the bitch is back.
Meantime, the owner of the dead dog is suing Sam -- and the apartment complex -- for $750K.

While the 35-year-old "Desperate Housewives" star has been known to use makeup to cover up the matrimonial ink, no word if she had the date (07-07-07 in Roman numerals) professionally removed.

After testifying at the preliminary hearing in the Michael Jackson manslaughter case, one of Dr. Conrad Murray's girlfriends, Sade Anding, arrived back in Texas last night.
Sade testified on Friday to being on the phone with Murray the day Jackson died -- when Murray suddenly disappeared from the call and she heard a commotion and then "coughing and voices."
Phone records indicated the call was made at 11:51 AM PT and Sade testified the call lasted five minutes. Murray didn't call 911 until 12:21 PM PT.
