Scott Marshall -- champion of "Ink Master" season 4 -- died from a deadly cocktail of heroin and prescription drugs ... TMZ has learned.

According to the coroner's report ... cops found a small bag of heroin on the nightstand next to Scott's body in the Roselle, IL hotel room.

Cops say Scott was lying prone on the bed, and noted there was a small amount of blood on the mattress underneath his face.

According to the toxicology report ... Scott had Xanax, Valium, and the metabolized form of heroin in his system. The coroner concluded his death was an accident due to intoxication.

The coroner noted Scott had multiple "red crusted abrasions" on his thigh and foot, suggesting prior intravenous drug use.

TMZ broke the story, Scott was found dead in a hotel room in October near his tattoo shop.

Sad news ... the cancer that "Mob Wives" star Big Ang seemed to have beat is now back.

As we reported, Big Ang was diagnosed with throat cancer and went through aggressive treatment, including surgery. Doctors removed affected lymp nodes and as of October we're told she was cancer free.

Family sources tell us, Ang went to the doctor last week for a routine checkup and just got the news...the cancer has returned. It's especially bad because there are signs of cancer in various parts of her body.

The good news--Ang is a fighter and will go back to the doctor this week for a plan of action. She vowed she would beat it once, and she'll beat it again.

Former "Ink Master" contestant Madison Loftis, aka Maddie la Belle, found one more benefit to breastfeeding a baby when it bought her extra time before getting thrown in the slammer.

Law enforcement sources tell us Maddie turned herself into Greensboro, N.C. police Tuesday ... four days after a cop originally responded to a call of a domestic dispute she'd had with her boyfriend at their home.

What's interesting is the cop gave her a huge pass ... saying she could turn herself in once she had finished pumping enough breast milk for her 5-month-old daughter, Luna. She's been arrested for assault before so it's possible the cops knew she wasn't a flight risk.

When we reached out to Greensboro police, a rep told us the responding cop cleared it with his supervisor first, then filed a warrant so Maddie could stock up before going to jail. The kids stayed at home with their dad.

Maddie's currently behind bars with no bond.

Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell -- Mama June's oldest daughter -- has been ready to pop with her 2nd kid for days now, but no dice ... so, she's hoping doctors can get it done.

Anna tells TMZ she's going to the hospital early Wednesday for an induced labor. She's been having contractions off and on for more than a week.

Mama June won't be at the hospital ... we're told she'll be home babysitting Cardwell's 3-year-old daughter. TMZ broke the story ... 21-year-old Anna announced the pregnancy in April. She and husband Michael are expecting a girl and plan to name her Kylee.

Score another one for the Kardashians.

Kim Kardashian will never be seen giving birth to her son, because there wasn't a camera in sight.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, there is absolutely NO delivery room footage, and that was Kim and Kanye's doing.

What's more, we're told Saint West will not be appearing on any of the family's reality shows ... at least in the foreseeable future.

We're told the plan is to keep the baby off all shows until he develops an awareness. K&K kept North off TV for the first year of her life, and then only allowed her to appear on "special episodes" where the filming environment was tightly controlled.

As for now ... don't expect any Saints on TV.

Former "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Margeaux and Merike think they got the boot because producers have a thing against gays.

The girlfriends were doing date night at Nobu in WeHo and they groused that producers were sketchy as to why they were given their walking papers, and whether there's a sinister move afoot to keep them from doing another reality show.

Amiyah Scott, the transgender woman who tried to get on "Real Housewives of Atlanta," is getting a bigger break now in Hollywood because she's been cast in the "Empire" spin-off.

Amiyah didn't make the 'RHOA' cut, but we're told all the transgender 'Housewife' buzz got her a call from "Empire" creator Lee Daniels in late August asking to read for his new show.

Our production sources say Daniels loved Amiyah's look and thought she'd be perfect for one of the singers in a girl group.

The spin-off is a prequel to "Empire," showcasing a young Cookie Lyon.

We're assuming her look was more important than her acting chops ... she's never acted before, but she's getting a crash course with some acting coach hot shots.

Amiyah dropped a clue she was on to bigger things in her caption on a recent Twitter pic that read "next chapter."

Porsha Williams attacked a woman during a recent 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' shoot because the chick brought the wrong dude to a holiday party.

We're told cameras were rolling when Porsha's good friend Jami Ziegler floated into the shindig on the arm of a man, and something about that man pushed Porsha over the edge.

Sources say Porsha first tried to get Jami booted from the party, but she left on her own. We're told Porsha followed Jami outside, shoved her to the ground ... then started punching and pulling hair.

The fight was broken up quickly enough that cops weren't called, and there were no serious injuries. We're told cameras even missed the action, so ... someone's getting fired.

As for what set off Porsha? Word is she's got bad blood with Jami's guy, though it's unclear why. We reached out to Porsha, no word back yet. But warning to 'RHOA' cast -- someone's still got quick hands.

Tipsy Elves struck a deal with Seth Rogen and Sony Pictures to license and mass produce the yuletide gear Rogen, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Anthony Mackie sport in "The Night Before."

A rep for TE tells us they're projecting sales of $2 million just from the movie exposure. They already hauled in $390k from the debut weekend! And if you're wondering ... Rogen's Hanukkah sweater is the top seller, so far.

Yolanda Foster showed up to the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' premiere party Thursday night in a dress that gave a pretty clear message she's back on the market.

Foster, who's been battling Lyme disease, looked radiant and was all smiles days after announcing her split from her husband of 4 years, music producer David Foster.

She's said she's heartbroken over the split but you couldn't tell from her game face ... and body.

Two "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars claim they got the axe from the show but producers are refusing to give them walking papers ... so they can't pursue other work.

Margeaux Simms and girlfriend Merike Palmiste made their debut on season 4 of 'LHHA.' Margeaux's married to producer Nikko London on the show, but announced plans to move on with Merike.

We're told the twist in the relationship was supposed to play out on season 5, for which Margeaux and Merike already had signed contracts.

But a rep for both ladies tells us producers told them, shortly before taping began, they wouldn't be needed. The rep says they weren’t given an explanation. They also didn't get a signed release -- important to have because no other show will hire them without it.

Their lawyers fired off a letter to producers 3 weeks ago demanding the docs. We reached out to VH1, but haven't heard back.

Dr. Heavenly Kimes -- a dentist on Bravo's "Married to Medicine" -- tried to drill one of her neighbors ...with her Bentley, but Kimes says the guy attacked her ride with a hammer.

The altercation went down last week in Conyers, GA where Dr. Kimes and Grady Jarrett both live. According to Jarrett ... he was stopping traffic in front of his house while a bulldozer unloaded in his driveway, but when he put his hand up Kimes just kept going and "tried to run him over."

He admits hitting her window in anger as she passed him, but says the good doc came back for more ... attempting to hit him multiple times.

Dr. Kimes told cops it went down differently -- that she never saw Jarrett in the street, and was shocked when he hit her window and cussed at her. She says Jarrett also came at her with a hammer and hit the car.

Cops responded, but didn't see any damage to her Bentley ... and couldn't find any unbiased witnesses to back up Jarrett's version -- so, no arrests were made.

Kim Fields isn't making her new 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' gig a priority, according to co-workers who find her impossible to work with ... due to an inflated ego.

Sources on set tell us some of Kim's co-stars are livid she's been showing up late and leaving early for shoots. In one case, we're told she left Kandi Burruss' baby shower early -- during taping -- so she could help her kids do math homework.

Also, when they were filming in Jamaica, Kim showed up with her kids even though producers told the cast absolutely NO KIDS.

We're told Kim acts like she's better than everyone else, and still in her '80s heyday of 'Facts of Life.' Sources close to Kim say that's way off base, and she's a "consummate pro" who works with producers to ensure she meets her responsibilities to work and family. They also point out she shows up for every shoot on time and in good spirits.

Bindi Irwin has no worry she'll get the money she's owed for winning "Dancing with the Stars" ... despite the fact a judge still hasn't approved her contract.

The 17-year-old was leaving LAX when we asked her about the contract, and sure she'll get the money -- more than $300k, but there's a hitch ... she answers to 2 tax men, not just one. But anything left won't go in her pocket ... she's got a cause.

And Bindi clears the air over the mysterious fart noise during the competition.

They say no beauty without pain, but Gretchen Rossi barely broke a sweat going under the laser.

It's crazy to watch ... you can see the before and after instantly as she undergoes a procedure called coolaser. It looks like it's gotta hurt -- as the beam wipes away sun damage -- but Gretchen barely flinches.

Dr. Simon Ourian, who did Gretchen's treatment, tells us it took about 10 minutes and will take 2 days before she's camera ready. Several other 'Housewives' -- Lisa Vanderpump, Lisa Rinna and Kim Zolciak -- have gone under the beam.
