The 28-year-old "Glee" star was rollin' around L.A. this weekend in a cherry red Ferrari California ... which start at $190,000.

FYI -- the car can go from 0 to 60 mph in less than four seconds ... and tops out at around 193 mph.

Not bad for someone who started off as a greeter at Walmart.

Jesse James Harvey Levin Is My Co-Pilot

Forget St. Christopher ... Jesse James is going with a different good luck charm for his truck this weekend -- TMZ honcho Harvey Levin.

James' new ride is debuting this weekend in the Primm 300 in Nevada. A TMZ logo and a life-size caricature of Harvey, complete with trademark slogan, adorn the side.

Given Harvey's recent driving record, this might not be such a good idea.

Mayweather Released from Jail ... Into a Maybach

Floyd Mayweather Jr. was just released from Clark County jail ... and immediately walked right back into the lap of luxury -- a ridiculously expensive Maybach.

Mayweather didn't have a thing to say about his arrest on a grand larceny charge earlier today ... an arrest that stemmed from an alleged domestic incident at his baby mama's house.

As we previously reported, the Las Vegas Metro Police Department thinks Mayweather should be charged with domestic violence for the alleged attack yesterday.

Our car sources tell TMZ ... the fully-loaded ride cost the blowout baron upwards of $120,000 ... his first major purchase after wrapping up the third season of "Jersey Shore."

We're told the car is so sick it has seats that massage you while you drive ... which, when we think about it, sounds like a terrible idea.

As TMZ first reported, The Situation recently bought a ridiculously expensive Bentley.

Tom Brady 'Shaken' in Car Crash

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was involved in a car accident this morning in Boston ... and one person was extricated from a vehicle with the help of the jaws of life.

Brady was reportedly "shaken" by the crash -- but a source has told ESPN that he did not go the hospital. Brady is now en route to Gillette Stadium -- home of the Pats.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... one passenger in the other car is at the hospital and being treated for "serious injuries." We're told the driver of the other car was "fine."

A law enforcement source tells TMZ ... based on the preliminary investigation ... it appears Tom Brady was not at fault -- that he had the green light.

Ron Artest was stopped dead in his tracks -- after cops saw the dude rolling around L.A. in an oversized go-cart .... and realized something was wrong.

TMZ obtained this photo of the Los Angeles Lakers playoff hero getting pulled over Monday in something called an Eagle Roadster -- a custom vehicle with a top speed of 152 MPH.

Law enforcement sources tell us Artest was cited because the registration on the car was expired. But get this -- we're told the car isn't even registered to Ron ... but somebody out in Tennessee.

Ron -- who was smiling throughout the entire incident -- was eventually sent on his way ... but sources tell us cops were "very happy" he was wearing a helmet.

The Lakers should be happy too.

Cindy Margolis -- Car Impounded at Police Checkpoint

Pretty ladies don't always get a pass at police checkpoints -- in fact, TMZ has learned cops impounded Cindy Margolis' ride this weekend after they discovered her driver shouldn't have gotten behind the wheel.

According to law enforcement sources ... Cindy -- the most downloaded woman on the Internet back when people used CompuServe -- was a passenger in her 2010 Lexus SLX when her driver rolled up to a DUI and driver's license checkpoint in L.A.

We're told her driver didn't have a valid license -- so cops issued the guy a citation and seized the car.

Cindy and her driver eventually found another way home -- and Cindy went to the impound lot the next day to pick up her car. But the incident didn't come cheap -- we're told Margolis had to fork over $246.35 in fees.

TMZ spoke to Cindy who told us, "[The cops] probably could have stopped my car from being towed from the location, but everyone was busy taking photos with me and asking for autographs."

She added, "They lost track of what was happening with the car.”

AnnaLynne McCord -- Exposed on Facebook

AnnaLynne McCord gave her number out to 362 people this week: 1 guy she allegedly got into a car accident with ... and 361 of his Facebook friends.

McCord allegedly got into the accident last Tuesday with a guy named Aaron ... who tells TMZ the actress smacked into him while she was driving a Mini Cooper that belonged to her sister Angel.
In fact, Aaron says AnnaLynne accepted blame and was "very apologetic" at the scene.

That's why Aaron says he was shocked a few days later when he received a very angry phone call from Angel McCord -- who cussed him out for filing an insurance claim.

Aaron tells us he didn't get mad, he got even -- posting AnnaLynne's phone number on his Facebook page so his 361 friends could "call her and let her know what a deadbeat she is."

A rep for AnnaLynne had no comment -- but sources tell us Aaron can expect a cease and desist letter over the Facebook post.

Sources close to Harvey Levin tell TMZ he was driving in Venice, CA when he was pulled over by police. We're told Levin was texting while driving -- a huge no-no in the state of California.

Levin was given a ticket and sent on his way.

A call to Levin's rep was not immediately returned.

We're told the boys are getting the cars suped up with custom rims and sweet sound systems.

Stallone Allegedly Crabby After California Roll

Sylvester Stallone allegedly ran a stop sign in L.A. yesterday -- and according to law enforcement sources, the actor was "less than cordial" during the traffic stop ... and ended up with a big, fat ticket.

We're told a police officer watched as Sly failed to come to a complete standstill at a stop sign near the Bev Hills border ... then pulled the actor over -- and we're told that's when things got rocky.

According to sources, Sly vehemently "disagreed" with the officer's version of the events -- and was "less than cordial."

We're guessing all the talk didn't serve Stallone well -- according to our sources, the "Expendables" star got slapped with a citation.

Calls to Sly's camp weren't returned.

Lindsay Lohan's Midnight Maserati Run

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan just rolled down to the Santa Monica Department of Motor Vehicles ... in an effort to get her life back on the road.

Lohan's license had been suspended -- and the actress rolled in today so she could apply to get it back.

Sources inside the DMV -- (yeah , we got those) -- tell us LiLo was "in and out within ten minutes."

Even when the DMV is nice .. it takes longer than 10 mins to get your license ... so we're guessing she was sent home to get more documentation.

George Michael I Was on Drugs During Car Crash

George Michael rolled into a London courtroom this morning and pled guilty to being high on weed when he got behind the wheel of his Range Rover and crashed into a photo shop on July 4.

The judge immediately suspended Michael's license for 6 months and warned that he could still face prison time over the matter ... because he already has a prior conviction for driving while stoned.

After his appearance, Michael was escorted to his waiting ride by British police in funny hats.

Michael is due back in court for sentencing on September 14.
