"The Fosters" star Jake T. Austin was found NOT GUILTY in his criminal hit and run case ... and he didn't even have to show up in court.

Austin was charged with hitting 3 parked cars in November 2013, and then fleeing the scene. Witnesses say before leaving they saw him chuck a Ciroc vodka bottle out of the car and order an Uber to leave before cops arrived.

But the judge who heard the case concluded even though he fled he reported the incident to cops within a reasonable time.

Translation -- IF he was drinking, he couldn't be charged with DUI because cops never encountered him and by reporting the accident he protected himself from a hit and run conviction.

Wonder if Uber was his first or second call after the crash.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino -- who was once rolling in cash -- is now so desperate for money he's literally selling the tires off his car.

Sitch is auctioning off the custom wheels on his Ferrari on eBay. There's a good reason he needs the money ... he owes millions in taxes and is being criminally prosecuted for tax fraud.

Under the category "every little bit counts," there have been 67 bids at the time of this post and the frontrunner is willing to shell out $4,050.

He wants more than that before he parts with the rubber, but unclear how much.

The Dream got his gorgeous red Ferrari accessorized ... with a snappy yellow contraption.

The car was booted at the Colony Square Mall in Atlanta on Monday ... it appears he had unpaid tickets and under the law in the ATL, 3 or more delinquent citations will get you das boot.

The Dream didn't seem to mind much ... he laughed it off. He got on the phone, paid the tickets and a friendly parking authority officer came by and removed the clamp.

Justin Bieber pissed off another neighborhood Monday night ... with the help of a half-dozen buddies and a couple of skateboards.

Justin was in Downtown L.A. for the Clippers game, and afterwards he and his friends took to the streets and began weaving in and out of traffic on their skateboards.

A pissed off motorist called the cops and said Bieber and his crew were snarling traffic and creating a hazard.

By the time cops arrived ... Biebs had wheeled out.

Fun Fact ... based on what we know, the whole egging incident with his Calabasas neighbor occurred after Bieber and his friends were drinking in his backyard and doing tricks on his skateboard ramp.

The star of "Operation Repo" was Johnny-on-the-spot ... ending a L.A. car chase by blocking the fleeing suspect until cops could arrive -- but no one recognized him due to his extreme weight loss.

Lou Pizarro played the hero at the end of the chase -- which, of course was televised (this is L.A.) -- when the suspected car thief abandoned the vehicle ... and tried to run away on foot.

Pizarro -- who's been hauling in vehicles on 'Repo' for 8 years -- happened to be in the right place with the famous red pickup truck he uses on the show. Pizarro made a hard right turn to pin the suspect up against a fence ... allowing cops to catch up to the guy.

Here's the thing ... local news talked to Pizarro after the chase, but never recognized the TruTV star -- probably because he's half the man he used to be. We're told Lou's dropped about 150 pounds after getting a gastric sleeve 15 months ago!

Way to go, not-so-big guy.

Lil Wayne's daughter Reginae definitely had a ride home from her Sweet 16 party in Atlanta -- 'cause Dad bought her a BMW ... and Mom bought her a Ferrari!

Lil Wayne and his ex Toya Wright battled for their daughter's affection this weekend -- and Toya was the clear winner ... because she got their daughter a much cooler ride.

As we previously reported ... Weezy's daughter Reginae Carter was gifted two cars for her 16th birthday -- a Ferrari GTO and a BMW SUV -- but the big question, which parent bought which ride?

Sources close to the family tell us Toya and her husband Memphitz purchased the GTO ... and they had Wayne's blessing before making the purchase.

We're told Wayne, Toya and Memphitz all agreed Reginae was a capable driver who could handle such a powerful car -- even though her day-to-day whip will be the BMW Weezy bought.

Angelina Jolie had a big scare Sunday when her SUV skidded on an oily L.A. road, hitting a median and blowing 2 tires.

Jolie was on the way home from a screening of her new film, "Unbroken." The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept tells TMZ ... the driver was on Santa Monica Blvd when he lost control. The impact was significant when the SUV hit the median and according to one report at least one tire exploded after slamming into the curb.

Someone in Jolie's camp called the cops because they felt she was being harassed by paparazzi. By the time deputies arrived, Jolie had left in another vehicle.

Porsha Williams derailed her own gravy train ... and now she has to ditch her $300,000 Rolls-Royce if she wants to keep living in the lap of luxury.

Sources close to Porsha tell TMZ ... the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star has been getting ridiculously expensive gifts -- like the Rolls -- from a mystery sugar daddy. But we're told the dude (who's married) got fed up with her posting pics of the swag, and cut her off.

Our sources say Porsha's selling the RR because she needs a quick cash injection. It's not that she's broke -- she's still pulling in 6-figures from "RHOA" -- but since the BF cash flow has dried up ... she's suddenly gotta pay for more stuff ... like meals.

David Beckham and his 16-year-old son Brooklyn were involved in a car crash Saturday in England ... and luckily, they both avoided serious injury.

According to reports ... the crash went down after Beckham picked up his 16-year-old from soccer practice -- he plays for a popular youth club team -- and we're told the father/son duo were shaken up.

We're also told both passengers in the other car were unharmed as well.

It's been a year in the making, but Shaquille O'Neal finally got his massive custom bike from the guys at Orange County Choppers ... and judging by the pics, it was definitely worth the wait.

Shaq first placed his order with Paul Teutul Sr.'s shop back in January -- asking for his ride to be taller and longer than normal to accommodate his arthritic hips.

Now, we've learned the shop came through in a huge way -- delivering the 14-footer (most bikes are 10-feet long) to Shaq earlier this month -- and The Diesel LOOOVED IT.

"True Jackson, VP" star Danielle Bisutti was rammed from behind TWICE in 3 months ... and now she's dragging two L.A. drivers to court.

According to legal docs, Bisutti claims her back was injured twice in two crashes back in 2012 and 2013. She says in both cases she was stopped when the driver rear-ended her, and in both cases she says she suffered a permanent disability.

Bisutti -- who also starred in "Curse of Chucky" -- has an interesting problem. Apparently she has a hard time separating which driver caused which injury, so she's filed a single lawsuit against both drivers and she'll let the court decide what's up.

Hopefully, the jury will have her back.

Thomas Beatie believes he had every right to track his ex-wife ... so says his current fiancee, who insists the famous "Pregnant Man" LEGALLY GPS'd the woman's whereabouts.

Amber Beatie tells TMZ ... after Nancy Beatie threatened to take off with Thomas' kids ... he secretly placed the GPS tracker on the car she was driving.

We're told Thomas did his own legal research and concluded GPSing her was fair game under Arizona law. He put the tracker on 2 years ago but she didn't discover it until recently.

Turns out he was right ... he was allowed to put the device on the car 2 years ago because at the time he was the registered owner.

But Thomas transferred title to Nancy more than a year ago, and at that point cops say keeping the device on the whip is plain 'ol criminal stalking ... which is why he was arrested.

Kylie Jenner is getting to know the entire LAPD police force one by one ... because another cop just pulled her over and wrote her up.

The 17-year-old was driving her Range Rover in the San Fernando Valley when the patrol officer lit her up because her tail lights were not up to code. The whip was tricked out and the black covers over the red tail lights didn't cut it.

The non-moving violation is the latest in a string of vehicular hijinks ... she's been in 2 accidents, ticketed 3 times and sued once.

At least she's not dating a 24-year-old. Oh, wait ...

Chris Brown knows how to suck all the value out of a perfectly good $500,000 Lamborghini ... hire someone to slap lyrics from a Tupac song all over the formerly sexy ride.

Chris' inspiration for his latest paint job was Tupac's "Lord Knows" -- and it took artist Huero 16 hours to hand paint the song lyrics on the car's roof and hood.

Give CB credit for one thing -- he made sure Huero didn't use any f-words or n-words in the final product ... y'know, to keep it kid friendly. That's classy ... gangsta style.
