9:38 AM PT -- Brandi Glanville has responded to fans asking what happened to her -- saying she's not entirely sure. The 'Real Housewives' star says she's been to doctors to figure it out.

Brandi Glanville has left her fans concerned and puzzled after sharing a selfie of herself with a very cryptic caption.

The former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum took to X (formally Twitter) on Saturday where she posted a selfie of herself makeup free, looking exhausted. The post was vaguely captioned "Sick it!"

Brandi's post quickly garnered attention, with many fans expressing worry for the reality star's well-being. One user commented, "Brandi, this just breaks my heart for you," while another wrote, "What happened? Praying for you!"

Barry Keoghan has had enough of the online abuse he had put up with ... issuing a fiery statement on Saturday afternoon after deleting his Instagram earlier in the day.

In a lengthy statement post on X, the Irish movie star said he deactivated his IG because it had become a distraction ... a poisonous one.

Barry says he did not usually let gossip and trolling get to him, but "too many lines" had been "crossed" ... and he was done.

Sophie Rain has been inundated with opportunities since going viral over her massive OnlyFans paycheck ... but a high-end sex doll of her likeness is an offer she can refuse.

RealDoll -- the same sex doll company Lamar Odom purchased a model from -- reached out to the 20-year-old brunette bombshell a couple of times with an offer to recreate her nude torso.

She likely could have made a serious chunk of change for the mold, as those torsos usually retail for $1,900 ... but the company is pretty damn sure they could sell hers for $3K!

But, the butt offer ain't happening ... at least, not anytime soon, as a source close to SR tells us she is not interested right now.

As TMZ exclusively reported ... Sophie has been flooded with different offers since she went viral after claiming she made more than $40 million on OnlyFans this year.

Sophie joined us on "TMZ Live" earlier this week, and told us she's still a virgin and marketing herself as one is a big draw for men.

A source close to Sophie told us she's been getting offers to get her virginity taken on camera for big bucks ... but she isn't interested and passed on all the asks.

Ice Spice is having none from the haters giving her grief about toning up her figure ... and she used a hilarious SpongeBob meme to drive the point home.

The rapper posted some snaps Friday, showing off her new toned look ... and, of course, some clowns just had to say something ... like one who replied, "I liked u when u was bigger."

Clearly, she saw the popping off and seemingly responded on her IG story -- with a meme of a bloated, gross SpongeBob SquarePants with the caption, "nah she mid bro" -- signifying those criticizing her ain't exactly Brad Pitt.

Ice has really gotten after it in the gym ... posting a vid last month of her doing her first pull-up -- after strutting her stuff at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

She went off back in August, shutting down Ozempic rumors in a chat on X Spaces, saying ... "I wish y'all never learned the word Ozempic. That's one thing I wish. Oh, my God, like, what even is Ozempic? What the f*** is that? Genuinely, what is that?"

Ice has made it clear ... her fire look is thanks to the gym, clean eating, and nonstop touring.

Barry Keoghan has gone off the grid ... or at least the Instagram grid, 'cause his snaps page is gone in the wake of his high-profile split with Sabrina Carpenter.

The actor's IG merely showed an error page Saturday morning ... along with a note that the "page may have been removed."

BK did not ditch all his socials, though ... his X account is still up and running ... but he hasn't posted anything on there since Nov 24.

"Shazam!" star Zachary Levi and his girlfriend, Maggie Keating, are preparing for a very special delivery.

The couple is having their first child together and the two couldn't be happier!

Taylor Lorenz -- a controversial journalist formerly of the Washington Post -- shared a photo of the Blue Cross Blue Shield CEO on the same day UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was murdered.

Ellen DeGeneres is denying rumors that her new home with Portia in the UK flooded ... tacking on the news to a loving 20th-anniversary post for her wife.

The former TV talk show host shared a picture alongside her better half ... a selfie with green rolling hills behind them -- and, she wrote a sweet caption all about their relationship.

Ellen writes they began their relationship 20 years ago ... not truly realizing what a beautiful adventure their romance would become. Ellen tells Portia she's the best thing that's ever happened to her -- and, thanks her for navigating their crazy lives together.

Martha Stewart's not blowing off anyone trying to reach her via social media ... she says she just doesn't know how to look at her DMs!

The lifestyle guru stopped by TalkShopLive -- a video commerce platform that lets people buy and sell products using platforms like Instagram Live -- to promote her 100th published book.

While the host explained that people could apply to have direct messages with offers sent to their accounts, MS revealed she doesn't know how to check her own DMs.

Josh Allen's ex-girlfriend says her Instagram was hacked after screenshots floated around X of her allegedly taking a serious jab the NFL star ... amid his engagement news.

Here's the hut, hut, hike ... Josh announced Friday that he's engaged to singer and actress Hailee Steinfeld ... and his ex Brittany Williams allegedly took a shot at him in her own comments.

On one of her IG posts ... someone commented a few days ago ... "found the next pro athlete yet?" -- to which she allegedly clapped back, post-engagement news, "Luckily my boyfriend owns a team and doesn't play for one. 🙏 don't have to be with another brain dead CTE athlete."

Lizzo continued to wow fans with her dramatic weight loss ... this time while preparing to host Thanksgiving dinner.

The singer showed off her trimmed-down physique in a skin-tight dress with flowers, writing ... "Y'all wasn't the only ones eating yesterday."

Juice WRLD's posthumous release isn't getting a lot of love from his fans ... with many taking to X and calling the record an affront to his legacy.

"The Party Never Ends" -- JW's newest release -- dropped Friday ... and, while many were looking forward to the new record, some didn't feel it lived up to the late rapper's rigorous standards.

Look at some of the social media comments ... people are slamming every part of the production -- from track selection to underwhelming features and everything in between.

OnlyFans model Sophie Rain clearly has someone to be thankful for -- her subscribers ... because she's claiming she made an insane amount of money on the platform this year.

Sophie shared a look at her earnings on Thanksgiving -- tweeting a cropped screengrab of what she made from last Turkey Day all the way to Thursday.

It's pretty zoomed in, so fans aren't able to see the specifics, but the big $43.47 million gross earning is front and center -- showin' everyone the impressive amount of moolah that's supposedly made it to her bank account.

Donald Trump's seating chart for Thanksgiving is as telling as it gets ... if you wanna know who's gonna have the biggest influence on him come Jan. 20th.

Trump hosted a Thanksgiving shindig at Mar-a-Lago, and at his table, Melania, Barron, of course, and then Elon Musk.

The video is pretty hilarious ... "YMCA" is blasting through the room as Elon busts some pretty weak moves ... no offense, but the Village People would not be impressed.

Alexis Ohanian, tennis legend Serena Williams' husband, detailed a recent health scare in a post on Instagram ... in which he says he got half his thyroid removed.

The Reddit cofounder and entrepreneur explained it all in a post put up on Thanksgiving day ... showing a snap of him with a scar on his neck while gowned up in a hospital bed -- saying the procedure came after "tracking some suspicious nodules on my thyroid for the last 4 years."

Alexis says the nodules kept getting bigger over time, and his most recent biopsy revealed "they’d very likely turn cancerous" -- adding he wasn't going to take a chance.
