Kylie Jenner has an admirer so desperate to get at her, he's tried to bust through her security gate multiple times ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the uninvited man showed up at The Oaks -- the gated community where Kylie, Khloe and Rob Kardashian all live -- and told security guards he was there for a meeting with Kylie.

When guards turned him away ... the man rammed into the gate, cracked it and then sped away.

We're told he returned a couple weeks later and pulled the same routine -- once again cracking the gate and fleeing, but it wasn't a clean getaway.

Security cameras captured his license plate, and cops tracked him down. We're told they interviewed the guy, and he admitted to ramming the gate out of frustration because the guards were "rude."

He's now been charged with 2 misdemeanor charges of vandalism.

North West's 3rd birthday train rolled on Saturday in fancy Bel Air ... and she definitely made a splash with cousin Penelope Disick who's also celebrating a birthday soon.

Kim and Kanye threw the shindig for their daughter, continuing the Disney-themed celebration ... mimicking "The Little Mermaid." Penelope will celebrate her bday early next month and we're told the bash was a combo for both girls.

The fam hit up Disneyland Thursday. Walt would be pleased.

Kim and Kanye gave Mickey and Minnie Mouse a break when they rolled through Disneyland Wednesday ... because all cameras were trained on them.

It was North's 3rd birthday and going to Disneyland to celebrate is kinda a thing.

Scott and Kourtney were there too with Penelope and Mason, so it was quite the attraction for everyone who thought they'd be bored waiting an hour to get on Space Mountain.

We doubt Kim and co. had to wait for any rides.

3:10 PM PT -- Attorney Todd Wilson, the Kardashian/Jenner General Counsel, has released a statement in response to the lawsuit, claiming -- "APA's lawsuit is frivolous and the height of dishonesty. The Kardashians and Jenners terminated APA in March 2015 for being incompetent and breaching their fiduciary duties, which cost the Kardashians and Jenners hundreds of millions of dollars. Now the real story of how APA totally failed its clients will be told and APA will have to answer for its incompetence and wrongful acts."

The Kardashians and some Jenners made untold millions and aced out a company that did nothing but help ... so claims the company that is now suing the family.

Agency for the Performing Arts caters to huge brands like Marriott hotels and Lamborghini. They claim they had a verbal agreement in 2009 with Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie, Kendall, but no Rob -- to help make deals. The Agency was supposed to get a 15% cut.

APA says the Kardashians made millions after they locked deals for clothing, footwear, accessories, and hair products.

The suit claims the family pulled the plug on their deal back in March 2015, and since then the APA claims it hasn't seen a dime.

Cops are virtually certain the Kardashians' clothing store was hit by a lone suspect, but his race is not nearly as certain ... based on the 911 audio we obtained.

A woman driving past the West Hollywood DASH store called in, describing the suspect as tall with a skateboard, throwing "something on fire." Check out the audio, there's a funny exchange about what that something was. However, the caller was sure the would-be fire starter was black with a baseball hat.

But hold off on that APB ... you gotta hear the second witness paint a much different picture. As TMZ first reported ... the store was targeted June 6 and there's still no suspect.

Kylie and French hit up The Nice Guy for a few hours during L.A. Pride. Yes, Kylie's a free agent, but don't get any ideas ... French just seems to be the go-to for a good hang.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have made a radical sea change ... they now want a TV special for their wedding, more than a million bucks, and they want the Kardashian girls there in force.

The Kardashians' Dash store was the target of an arsonist who threw a burning rag through the window of the store late Monday night ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... witnesses saw a man throw a weighted, burning rag through the West Hollywood storefront window just after 11:15 PM.

The rag burned itself out inside the store without incident.

Cops found a bottle of lighter fluid outside the store. They're hunting for the suspect.

Kylie Jenner is starting the summer off grilling with a new 18-karat rose gold mouthpiece.

If you recall ... Kylie was gifted a bottom grill by ex Tyga, but like her men -- she's moving on to a new piece.

A source tells us Kylie's new mouth bling was made by Nick Bhindi of Bhindi jewelers.

Kim Kardashian's ex-bodyguard ... whose big mouth might have already cost him $30 million, is blabbling again -- this time claiming he'll gladly stop talking for the right price.

As TMZ first reported, Kim and Kanye West are threatening to sue Steve Stanulis into the stone ages for breaking his confidentiality agreement. You'll recall he did a bunch of interviews claiming he was fired for chatting up Kim on the job ... which they deny.

Stanulis seemed to laugh off the threat Thursday in Staten Island, saying he's still owed money from his last gig with the Wests -- and insinuating he never signed any agreement.

Check out the video ... which, by the way, might end up costing him another $10 million! Not smart.

Khloe Kardashian told Lamar Odom she needed to end their marriage once and for all ... because the clock is ticking and she wants kids ... sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ.

Our sources say Khloe sat Lamar down recently and explained she wanted a family, and couldn't even start the process of looking until she was single again.

We're told Khloe made it clear to Lamar from the time he almost died last year ... she was dropping the divorce because she wanted to help him get better. She vowed not to re-file until he was able to run his own life day-to-day, and she believes he's at that point right now.

Khloe has made it clear to friends and family ... there has never been a romantic relationship since she filed for divorce the first time around in December 2013.

Lamar, we're told, completely understood, and the 2 vow to remain friends, and Khloe has promised she'll help him whenever he needs it.

Kim Kardashian and her family just dropped the hammer on a plastic surgeon who's been cashing in with something called the "Kardashian Facelift."

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... the Kardashians sicced their attorney on Dr. Gary Eldridge, demanding he quit using their name to promote his product, or else.

TMZ broke story ... the Australian doc had filed docs to trademark the fibrin protein treatment in the U.S. He even claimed it was named after his family dog, and NOT Kris Jenner's krew.

But the letter to Dr. Eldridge informs him the family already holds countless trademarks on its name for beauty, cosmetics and all sorts of advertising, upon which he is infringing.

In plain English: Beat it, doc ... we're working this corner!

Khloe Kardashian showed up at a family shindig ... looking like she's fully back in the game after filing for divorce.

The family weirdly went to Nobu in Malibu to celebrate Scott Disick's birthday ... with 'KUWTK' cameras rolling. It's unclear why the family is embracing him ... but on the other hand it's perfectly clear, right?

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar Odom Thursday ... her second attempt.

7:57 AM PT -- A rep for Kim and Kanye tells us the money won't be enough ... they also want a full retraction of everything he said in the interviews.

Kim and Kanye have threatened their former blabbermouth bodyguard with a $30 million lawsuit, and he's gotta drop to his knees and apologize.

We've learned Kim and Kanye's lawyer has fired off a letter to Steve Stanulis ... the bodyguard who went to anyone who would listen, claiming he was fired for chatting up Kim on the job and making Kanye jealous. Kim and Kanye have both said it's a complete lie.

Turns out, we're told that Steve signed a confidentiality agreement promising never to breathe a word about Kim, Kanye or the klan. We're told the lawyer's letter is quick to mention a provision which says Steve is automatically on the hook for $10 mil if he opens his mouth ... and they believe he did at least 3 interviews.

It's interesting. We're told Kim and Kanye's lawyer gives Steve an out, if he shuts his trap and issues a public apology to the family. Our sources say the letter does not ask Steve to admit he lied but they demand he stop talking to the press.

Kim and Kanye think Steve's MO is simple ... it's a cheap, underhanded way to get famous. A rep for the couple tells us, "This sad, parasitic maniac has violated every basic human tenet of decency with his story of lies. The Wests will explore all legal means at their disposal to silence this nonsense."

BTW ... this isn't the first time Kim and Kanye have gone after someone for violating the confidentiality agreement. TMZ broke the story, YouTube founder Chad Hurley weaseled his way into AT&T Park in SF and videotaped Kanye's marriage proposal. Chad signed a confidentiality agreement and ended up paying them $440,000.
