Michaele Salahi and Journey guitarist Neal Schon have announced plans for a quiet wedding with their closest family and friends ... and a LIVE Pay-Per-View audience -- available in 90 MILLION homes.

The PPV event/wedding is going down Dec. 15th at the Palace of the Fine Arts in San Fran... and if you didn't get the invite ... you can watch the three-hour TV special dubbed the "Winter Wonderland Wedding and Music Event" for just $14.95!!!

The event will be hosted by a veteran TV crew including Debbie Matenopoulos, Cameron Mathison, and Karyn Bryant ... and will feature live performances by (of course) Journey.

Sources close to the regretful couple tell us ... the notion of getting hitched was fueled by alcohol -- and lots of it. Francesca and Jordan Feldstein ended up in a cheesy Vegas wedding chapel and took their vows amidst faux greatness -- an Elvis impersonator.

Francesca had immediate regrets. We shot her the day after the nuptials and she wasn't wearing a wedding ring.

We shot Clint Eastwood a few weeks ago asking for marriage advice and he told our photog to not rush into anything.

Guess Francesca should have listened.

Clint Eastwood's daughter got super bad in Vegas last week ... the reality star got hitched to Jonah Hill's brother ... TMZ has learned.

We got hold of the marriage license -- filed with the Clark County Recorder's Office -- showing Francesca Eastwood and Jordan Feldstein sealed the deal Sunday.

Our sources say vows were said at the Simple Wedding Chapel ... a quickie marriage spot that offers Elvis witnesses.

But the marriage is shrouded in mystery! Francesca was out in Hollywood Thursday night and she wasn't wearing a wedding ring. So was it a drunken escapade or the real deal? Only Elvis knows.

BTW ... Jordan isn't just some Jonah Hill hanger-on, he manages Adam Levine and Robin Thicke.

Sources close to Brooke tell us Hulk's daughter ended her engagement to Dallas Cowboys center Phil Costa a few weeks ago ... after he proposed in Vegas back in June.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's former bodyguards are finally facing the music after shooting at two photogs during the couple's Costa Rican wedding in 2009 -- the hired muscle was just sentenced to 5 years in prison.

The two bodyguards Miguel Solis and Colombian Alexander were convicted of attempted murder today in a Costa Rican court.

As we reported, the pair opened fire on a couple paparazzi who had been snapping photos of the nuptials. The photogs attempted to drive away, and the bodyguards shot at their car, shattering the back window. Neither pap was injured.

After the shooting, one of the photogs told a reporter, "I could have lost my life for the sale of some pictures that Gisele didn't want published. Are they insane?"

Tom had denied their bodyguards had guns.

Former "Family Ties" star Meredith Baxter -- who played the mom Elyse on the 80s sitcom -- is now this much closer to tying the knot with her longtime girlfriend ... TMZ has learned, she just got her marriage license.

Sources tell us, Meredith and gf Nancy went to the Beverly Hills courthouse Friday to get the official paperwork to pave the way for their upcoming nuptials.

The wedding date (and wedding details) haven't been announced, but the invites have already been sent to guests -- so it's definitely happening.

Bruce Jenner will walk Kim Kardashian down the aisle at a lavish wedding, formally presenting her to future hubby Kanye West ... TMZ has learned.

Kim considers Bruce to be her dad, and she always planned on having him give her away ... just like he did when she married Kris Humphries.

Sources tell us as far as Kim is concerned ... it doesn't matter what Bruce's relationship is with Kris ... she would never consider excluding Bruce from such a position of honor.

So let's review the irony. As TMZ first reported ... Bruce was not invited to the surprise engagement -- it's still unclear whether Kanye or Kris made that decision -- although it seems like it was Kris.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have already agreed ... they will keep their assets separate by drawing up a prenup before they tie the knot ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources connected with the couple tell us ... both Kanye and Kim are committed to the marriage and they are NOT signing a prenup because they're worried the relationship might fall apart. But they're both business people and know given their vast wealth it's just the smart thing to do to have a prenup.

Kim especially understands the importance of a prenup because her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian, told her over and over about the necessity of having clear contracts when it came to money.

We're also told ... even though they will keep their assets separate, they will have a fat joint account for living expenses that will probably approach the gross national product of a small country.

As for how much they have ... some reports place Kim's wealth at $40 mil and Kanye's at $90 mil. But we're told Kim's actually worth more than Kanye.

Go figure.

Bruce Jenner was NOT invited to AT&T Park when Kanye West popped the question to Kim Kardashian ... in fact, he had no idea his step-daughter was getting engaged until AFTER the fact -- TMZ has learned.

Family sources tell us ... Bruce and Kanye have never had a "real conversation." As we previously reported, Bruce was not happy when Kim hooked up with Kanye so quickly after she left Kris Humphries.

We're told Kanye is the one who planned every detail of the surprise proposal. We do not know exactly why Bruce was not invited -- whether it was because of Kanye or because of Bruce's separation from Kris.

We do know ... Bruce didn't even know Kanye was popping the question until he got a call from Kim immediately after she got engaged. We're told Bruce was Kim's first call, because Kim considers him to be her father.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will not have a long engagement -- sources close to the couple tell TMZ the engagement will be very short and the wedding will happen quickly.

We're told it's Kanye more than Kim that wants the wedding to happen STAT.

As for what kind of wedding ... we're told it's going to be "a blow out."

But Kim and Kanye aren't all smiles. Our sources say they are PISSED OFF that someone present at AT&T Park secretly taped the proposal and leaked it. The couple thinks they know who did it, and that person signed a confidentiality agreement. We're told a lawsuit is imminent.

Kanye and Kim were planted on the infield at AT&T Park in San Francisco Monday night when he got down on his knee and popped the question, while an orchestra played in the background.

The hug that ensues tells the story ... Kim said yes, she got a 15-carat diamond ring and they went off into the sunset and drank a lot.

Lamar Odom tells TMZ he hasn't been blackballed from the Kardashian family -- and WAS invited to Kanye's big proposal to Kim -- but he CHOSE not to go because he had better things to do that night.

It was just one of the topics Lamar addressed on his way out of the Spitting Chicken Cantina in Sherman Oaks, CA last night ... telling us about his friendship with Kobe, his relationship with his dad and his battle to get back into the NBA.
