Boxer Adrien Broner says he's turning to GUNS to help him cope with the issues in his personal life -- saying, "Since nobody want to help me be in a better place in life I'm back on my bulls**t."

Broner just posted a disturbing video to his Instagram page -- waving around a pistol and an assault rifle.

In his caption, Broner explained ... "since nobody want to help me be in a better place in life I'm back on my bull sh*t F*CK EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY!!!!!! #GANGINTHISBITCH #AboutBullets."

Broner had been in a public feud with his close friend Floyd Mayweather -- but this weekend, insisted everything was cool.

The woman who mowed down several dozen people in Las Vegas Sunday night says she was sober but just extremely tired.

Lakeisha Holloway told police she was trying to sleep in her car on several hotel properties but security kept running her off.

In the police report, obtained by TMZ, Holloway described a "stressful period of time today where she was trying to rest/sleep inside her vehicle with her daughter."

Holloway told cops she doesn't really know how she ended up on the Strip. The report says, "She would not explain why she drove on the sidewalk but remembered a body bouncing off of her windshield, breaking it."

Holloway told cops after the crash she drove a mile on a flat tire before driving onto hotel property, telling the security officer what happened and asking him to call police.

The police report says Holloway said she was not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

Miss Colombia will suffer not only disappontment as a result of Steve Harvey's blunder, but it is "something that can harm her" ... so says the country's Counsul General to New York.

Maria Isabel Nieto tells TMZ the snafu was extremely painful for Miss Colombia and could cause long-term issues. Nieto notes that physically taking the the crown from her will likely cause psychological trauma.

The Counsul General thinks Donald Trump is right on the money ... Miss Philippines and Miss Colombia should share the crown.

Failing that, Nieto thinks pageant officials should give Miss Colombia a more expanded role in the coming year. As she put it, all the first runner up does is wait, and that's not fair.

Stitches should change his name to Punches -- the rapper got slugged less than 24 hours after The Game's manager laid him out, and now there's video.

A source close to the rapper says the people delivering this smackdown were all current or former members of Stitches' crew. We're told one guy thought Stitches was setting him up to get robbed -- so he arranged a meeting last Saturday at a Florida barbershop.

When Stitches showed up, it was on. You can see in the video ... he tried to run, but ended up catching a few solid shots to the face. Remember, he was just coming off a night in jail and the K.O. at the hands of Wack 100, Game's manager.

Did the SEC photoshop a picture of Heisman Trophy candidate Derrick Henry to get rid of his arm tattoos and give him a more clean cut image???

That's what a lot of people are saying after taking a look at the image the SEC tweeted out this week in an effort to congratulate the running back on winning SEC Offensive Player of the Year.

A rep for the SEC tells TMZ Sports the short answer is NO -- but they do admit the pic WAS modified using a filter.

"We didn't photoshop the picture that we posted on social media sites at all," a spokesperson tells us.

"The filter we used is the only explanation for Derrick Henry's tattoos not being visible in the picture. We used that particular filter because it's the same one we have used all year for our player of the week posts."

Goodwill now admits it was anything but charitable plastering Kanye West's face over its newsletter, and the org is now humbly apologizing.

Our Goodwill rep tells us they meant no disrespect when they used Kanye's mug as a way of schooling supervisors on how to react to different scenarios in the workplace. Goodwill says it felt it was being "relatable" by using the rapper's face, but in hindsight they realized it was wrong.

The newsletters has now been pulled from all its stores and donation centers.

The folks at Goodwill are telling their employees to be on the lookout for 'Kanye face.'

Honchos based in the Illinois division have fired off a newsletter instructing employees on how to have appropriate reactions and emotions in the workplace.

The bosses make it clear ... Kanye's zombie face is not the way to do business. When you're happy, show it. When you're concerned, adjust your face accordingly. Translation ... Kanye's "one size fits all" look is inappropriate and ineffective.

The newsletter has pissed off some employees who are Kanye fans, who feel it's wrong to make the rapper the poster child for emotionally vacant worker bees.

A&E Network went gunning for alleged fraudsters, but due to a ONE SECOND screwup ... a couple of DUI attorneys got burned instead, and now they're doing what attorneys do.

The snafu went down during an episode of "American Takedown" -- a Morgan Spurlock produced investigative show -- which was tracking lawyer Cory Meltzer and chiropractor Roger Bell. They were suspected of pulling an insurance fraud scam in South Florida.

Problem is, the program aired a quick shot of the wrong Meltzer & Bell signage. Instead of the counselor and the chiro's office ... it showed a sign for Larry Meltzer and Steven Bell, DUI attorneys.

Larry and Steven say the error hurt their good name (yes, that can happen to lawyers) ... and could potentially damage their business. They reached out to A&E and got an apology letter from an executive producer who admitted the mistake and said A&E would air a retraction.

Jared Leto says he's sorry for going off on Taylor Swift.

TMZ broke the story ... Jared was in the studio with his Thirty Seconds to Mars bandmates when he flipped from admiring T-Swift's 16 count, to saying "F*** her!"

Jared tweeted an apology to Taylor and her fans, saying, "The truth is I think Taylor Swift is amazing + an incredible example of what's possible," adding, "If I hurt her or her fans my sincerest apologies."

TMZ posted video of Jared in a studio session where he and a bandmate were using Taylor's songs as inspiration and in a moment of frustration hurled the f word. It's actually a compliment, if you break it down.

Jared Leto did a full 180 on Taylor Swift in a matter of hours -- first, turning to her for musical inspiration, but ultimately deciding, "F*** her!"

Leto and one of his Thirty Seconds To Mars bandmates were in an L.A. studio a couple of months ago trying to cook up some ideas for new music and thought Taylor was the perfect muse. Let's face it, the chick makes hits.

But here's why this video is amazing ... you see them listen to a bunch of 1989 tracks -- "Welcome to New York," "Blank Space" and "Style" -- and critique the music. They really dig Taylor's 16 count.

But frustration with capturing the Swifty sound eventually sets in, and Jared takes a shot ... we think at her music, not Taylor personally.

We're guessing they're somewhere listening to Adele right now.

Rich Homie Quan went OFF on a male fan he says tried to grope him, yelling ... “I don’t f*** with no f*****’ f**s.

Quan was doing a show in Tallahassee on Wednesday night, when he says a guy in the front row reached up and tried to grab his junk -- and that's when RHQ lost it.

Watch the clip, and listen closely for, "Get your gay ass away from me! I don’t f*** with no f*****’ f**s! Looking’ like Young Thug … get the f*** away from me.”

He ended the rant with, "I don’t like sissies, n***a!”

In the aftermath, Quan seemed more worried about pissing off Young Thug than any of the homophobic epithets. His DJ insisted the fan really did look like Young Thug.

Young Thug says he'll give RHQ "a pass" for the comment. Not sure the gay community will do the same.
