Who needs Simon Cowell, or a big "American Idol" production when
Snoop Dogg can discover talent on the streets of New York.

Two random high school students hit up Mr. Dogg outside the
Eldridge lounge on the Lower East Side and one of them had an iPod version of a resume. Snoop listened to the kid's original tracks and was so impressed, he ordered his manager to get the boy's contact info.
This Dogg can hunt.
"
Jersey Shore" Season 2 is about to take off -- we're told MTV has instructed their cast of meatheads and divas to pack their stuff and get ready to destroy the innocence of another city.

Sources say MTV camera crews will start paying visits to the homes of
Snooki,
The Situation,
DJ Pauly D,
Ronnie,
Vinny,
Jwoww, and
Sammie this coming weekend to tape them as they attempt to cram their giant egos into carry-on luggage.
We're told the cast is supposed to fly out to Season 2's mystery location some time next week.
No word yet on whether Angelina made the cut ... if anyone actually cares.
Pack up the sun screen! The cast of "
Jersey Shore" is headed to Miami.

Season two of the popular MTV reality will film in Florida, according to the
Miami Herald. The production company behind the show has been scouting
locations in Miami since last month, as TMZ first reported.
A source close to the show tells TMZ they will begin filming before the month is out.
TMZ has obtained the 911 call when the mother of one of the stars of MTV's "
Teen Mom" was arrested in January for allegedly choking her daughter.
Debra Danielson -- mother of 18-year-old
Farrah Abraham -- copped a plea. If she stays clean and complies with probation, the case will be dropped.
Erica "Rikki" Mongeon is finally starting to show signs of improvement after an accident last week left her in a medically induced coma.
The "Ikki Twin" from MTV's "
A Double Shot of Love" is not out of the woods yet, but Mongeon's manager tells us her eyes are open and she's responsive. Doctors have reduced Erica's medication and replaced her breathing tube with an oxygen mask.
Erica and her sister Victoria were passengers in a car that collided with a semi-truck in Bakersfield last Tuesday. There were no other serious injuries.

The stars of MTV's "
A Double Shot at Love" were involved in a major car crash yesterday that left one girl in a medically induced coma.
We're told
Erica "Rikki" Mongeon and
Victoria "Vikki" Mongeon were passengers in a VW Jetta traveling through Bakersfield, CA at around 12:20 AM Tuesday when their car collided with a semi-truck.
We're told Vikki and the Jetta driver were not seriously injured -- but Rikki was rushed to the intensive care unit at a local hospital.
According to girls' manager, Rikki is now in a medically induced coma -- but we're told doctors are optimistic about Rikki's recovery.
Debra Danielson -- the mother of 18-year-old "Teen Mom"
Farrah Abraham -- struck a plea deal after she was accused of choking her daughter ... and as part of the deal, she wants her knives back.

Danielson agreed to a deferred prosecution at Pottawattamie County court in Iowa today -- meaning if she has no other legal issues and complies with her probation, the case will be dropped.
She also pled guilty to a lesser charge and got a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail. As part of the plea deal, the prosecution had to return two kitchen knives that were seized as evidence.
Danielson was arrested last month after she allegedly choked her daughter Farrah, who appeared on the MTV show "Teen Mom."

This is the heartwarming tale of a guido who lost his wallet ... and the celebrity news website that helped him get it back.
Turns out
Ronnie from MTV's "
Jersey Shore" left his wallet on a US Airways flight on Friday morning. A passenger found it and turned it into a flight attendant. Another passenger saw this and decided to help out ... by contacting TMZ.
One of our producers called Ronnie's people to let him know his wallet was missing (he hadn't realized yet) and he could find it at US Airways help desk at LaGuardia Airport.
The wallet was eventually returned to Ronnie and all is well in the world.
The people behind "
The Hills" are being sued for allegedly trashing the hell out of a rental home where they taped the show -- all because of a nasty war between
Doug Reinhardt and his landlord.

It all began when Reinhardt -- Paris Hilton's boyfriend --
sued his landlord back in September, claiming the guy stiffed him out of $21k from a security deposit Doug put down on a Hollywood Hills home featured on the
MTV reality show.
But now, the landlord is firing back claiming Reinhardt broke his contract when he let MTV shoot "The Hills" inside the home without permission. The landlord also claims Reinhardt and MTV caused "substantial physical and other damage" to the home when taping the show.
The landlord is going after Doug, MTV and Viacom for damaging the home and invading his privacy -- plus he's accusing MTV of trespassing. He's asking for unspecified damages and attorney's fees.
Doug's rep tells us he has photographic evidence proving he didn't trash the house ... and there was "no prohibitions to filming" in his contract. The rep said the lawsuit was filed without merit.

A "
Jersey Shore" star is at the center of an internal police investigation in New York, this according to law enforcement.
TMZ has learned the Nassau County Police Department is looking into a tip they received regarding access to
J-WOWW's personal information.
It's unclear who or what investigators are looking into -- but cops did confirm that the investigation began after someone filed a complaint on J-WOWW's behalf.
So far, no comment from J-WOWW's people.
There's a fist pump warning in Florida -- TMZ has learned the people behind "
Jersey Shore" have been checking out the beaches of
Miami for the perfect spots for Season 2.

TMZ obtained a letter sent from the producers of "Jersey Shore" to the owner of Miami's
Mynt Lounge -- asking for clearance to shoot footage inside the club in March and April.
The letter says
495 Productions is "currently researching Miami Beach as a possible location" for Season 2 and "won't be able to shoot the show on Miami Beach unless we're able to shoot in the hottest clubs."
But sources close to the show tell TMZ "Jersey Shore" has not committed to one city yet -- and even though they've sent out feelers to a bunch of different places, they're still deciding between 9 other cities both inside and outside of the US.
