"Do not worry" ... Dr. Conrad Murray was merely rocking his infant son to sleep while taking a dip in Miami today where he and baby mama Nicole Alvarez are on vacation.
As we first reported, the LAPD believes Dr. Murray sent shipments of Propofol
-- the drug that killed Michael -- from a Las Vegas pharmacy to
Nicole's apartment in Santa Monica.
Dr. Murray is due back in court to face involuntary manslaughter charges on August 23.

Former famous person Tara Reid partied the night away in St. Tropez yesteday ... kissing men, women and even geriatric former astronauts.
Included in the 34-year-old "The Crow: Wicked Prayer" star's suckfest were some random chicks, her ex-fiance Michael Axtmann (lower left) and 80-year-old Apollo 11 moon walker Buzz Aldrin (center).

TMZ has obtained never-before-seen photos of the Jackson house in Encino, CA where Katherine Jackson and her grandchildren live -- and according to our sources, it was personally decorated by Mama Jackson herself.
Katherine definitely has a flair for pretty things -- but we can't help but raise our eyebrows at that creepy toy display case.

It appears the real estate bubble exploded all over Chris Tucker -- the tax-troubled star is trying to sell his Florida mansion for $2 million ... even though he paid $6 million for it just three years ago!
According to public records, Tucker took out a $4.2 million loan to score the 8861 square foot home back in 2007 ... a home that includes 5 bedrooms, a wine cellar, pirate ship-themed home theater and a library with a SECRET ROOM! The home is located in swanky Montverde ... a suburb of Orlando.
Tucker owns multiple properties in California -- according to RealEstalker.com -- but it's unclear if he's looking to unload any of those as well.
As TMZ first reported, Tucker is dealing with some serious tax issues at the moment -- the IRS claims he owes more than $11 mil ... which makes the timing of this sale much more relevant.

TMZ has obtained several photos of the moments before and after NASCAR team owner Jack Roush crashed his airplane yesterday in Wisconsin ... a crash Roush was lucky enough to walk away from.
In the photos -- which were taken around 6:15 PM on Tuesday at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh -- you can see the plane veer to one side while attempting to land ... and then violently crash.
Roush -- who's the owner of Roush Fenway Racing -- and his only passenger Brenda Strickland were both transported to a local hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Incredibly, this is the second time Roush has crashed a plane and lived to tell about it ... back in 2002, his aircraft ended up in a lake in Alabama, where he was rescued by a retired Marine who lived close by.

Jon Bon Jovi never wanted the world to see these incredibly awesome photos of him and half-naked women from the '80s -- but they're coming out now ... and TMZ has this peek inside the vault.
According to a new book -- "Sex, Drugs and Bon Jovi" -- the bodacious pics of the band cavorting with topless women on a bed are from a 1985 photoshoot that was deemed way too risqué for the public. So, the sexy snapshots never saw the light of day ... until now.
The guy who wrote the book -- Bon Jovi's tour manager at the time -- claims Jon went ballistic trying to keep the photos under wraps ... because he was afraid they'd ruin his reputation. It's unclear if he was more worried about the bedroom shots or the pose with Michael Jackson.
No need to fear, Jon. The pics just prove what everyone already assumed -- being a rock star is AWESOME.
