Christian Bale lived in a home where a human body was buried ... and he had no idea, cops tell TMZ.
We've learned in 2008 while Bale was filming "Terminator: Salvation" in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the body of Michael Snyder lay in the front yard of the home he was renting.
Snyder had been missing for 8 years ... buried at the home the entire time. The body was discovered last week after cops received a tip. Snyder's ex-wife has been arrested and charged with murder.
Bale obviously had no idea the body was in the yard.
Thomas Dekker -- who played John Connor in "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" -- just got a deal he couldn't refuse in his DUI case.
Dekker just pled no contest to misdemeanor reckless driving in connection with an accident in which a 17-year-old bicyclist was injured. Dekker was arrested on two counts of felony DUI and placed on $100,000 bail. He was eventually charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
But apparently the case fell apart when prosecutors learned the bicyclist was at fault -- riding without reflectors the wrong way on a freeway on-ramp.
Dekker was placed on two years informal probation and agreed to take a 12-hour alcohol ed class and pay a $300 fine.
Dekker's lawyer, Blair Berk, could not be reached for comment.
Thomas Dekker -- the guy who played John Connor on the "Terminator" TV show -- has been charged with two counts of DUI stemming from his arrest last month.
The L.A. County City Attorney has decided to charge Dekker with 2 misdemeanor counts of DUI after he allegedly boozed up and crashed his car into a 17-year-old who was riding his bike near a Freeway on-ramp.
The victim was treated for minor injuries -- Dekker was hauled to Van Nuys jail, where he eventually bailed out.
TMZ has obtained a 911 call made by Edward Furlong's estranged wife on Sept. 23 -- after the "Terminator" star warned her that he was going to commit suicide.
During the 911 call, Rachael Kneeland explains that Furlong "left several messages threatening to kill himself and that it was all [Rachael's] fault."
A local fire unit was immediately dispatched to Furlong's home. No word on Furlong's condition.
One week after the incident, Kneeland filed a restraining order against Furlong.
There are perks to playing John Connor in the "Terminator" franchise besides fame and fortune ... like DUI arrests, trips to rehab and expletive-filled tirades.
The DUI bust of "Sarah Connor Chronicles" star Thomas Dekker is just the latest in a series of bad luck incidents to befall an actor playing John Connor.
After Edward Furlong starred as Connor in "T-2", the young actor was arrested for DUI, went in and out of rehab ... and just last month got a temporary restraining order filed against him by his estranged wife.
And when Christian Bale took the role of JC in "Terminator Salvation," an audio tape surfaced of his on-set F-bomb rant towards a crew member.
"Terminator 3" star Nick Stahl has so far eluded the hex, but he better be careful because the Connor curse ... will be back.
TMZ has obtained the police report from Thomas Dekker's DUI bust in North Hollywood late last night -- which states the actor hit a 17-year-old kid who was trying to ride his bike past a freeway on-ramp.
According to the report, CHP officers who arrived to the scene claim they observed "a collision involving a silver Toyota Matrix and a bicycle blocking the #2 lane on the on-ramp."
The report explains that the victim was "ejected" from his bike and fell onto the street. Cops say he was eventually transported to a nearby hospital for minor injuries.
Cops then suspected that Dekker had been drinking and arrested him for "DUI resulting in an injury to a party involved in a traffic collision."
Dekker was arrested and transported to Van Nuys jail where he was released early this morning on $100,000 bail.
Thomas Dekker -- the guy who played "John Connor" on the Terminator TV show -- was arrested last night on suspicion of DUI after allegedly hitting a bicyclist.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the 21-year-old "The Sarah Connor Chronicles" actor was busted around 9pm Wednesday in the San Fernando Valley.
On his booking sheet, Dekker is listed as being 5'11", 155lbs.
He's currently being held on suspicion of felony DUI and causing bodily harm. His bail is set at $100,000.
TMZ just obtained the temporary restraining order filed against former "Terminator" star Eddie Furlong by his estranged wife -- claiming the actor threatened to hire people to beat her with "chains and bats."
In the documents, Rachael Kneeland -- who filed for divorce from Eddie in July -- claims Eddie "grabbed me, bruised me, pushed me, made threats of more violence, left messages saying he would hire people to come and beat me with chains and bats."
Kneeland also claims Furlong "is smoking cocaine and doing other various drugs. He is very unpredictable."
The restraining order was granted -- Furlong has to stay 100 yards away from Kneeland.
This creepy footage of Toyota's new humanoid running robot is undeniable proof -- it's only a matter of time until Skynet becomes self aware and machines take over the world.
Promoting the new "Terminator" flick isn't gonna be easy for Christian Bale -- because it's impossible to talk about the movie without reporters bringing up that now infamous "la da da da" tirade. He was on "Good Morning America" this morning, where he was asked the million dollar question: Do you have an anger problem?
Fighting against Skynet is one thing -- but when it comes to screaming at a DP on set, certain "Terminator" stars don't always have each other's backs.
Michael Biehn, who played John Connor's dad in the original "Terminator," says Christian Bale's "T4" tirade never would have flown with him -- and that Bale's gotta remember he's only playing "f**king John Connor."
