Amanda Bynes Troubling Behavior

Amanda Bynes secretly wants to be just like Miley Cyrus ... at least in the grill department ... so says the man hired to construct her gangster bling, Ben Baller.

Ben is the artist making Amanda's mouth piece -- which he says cost her $10,000 -- and recently Instagrammed a mold of the actress' chompers. So when our pap saw him out in NYC ... he HAD to ask ... what was it like working with crazy the future rapper?

Ben says it was a trip -- watch the video -- he goes into detail about her nutty behavior.

But more shocking ... Ben also revealed Amanda's number one request for her grill, explaining how she wanted it to be just like Miley Cyrus'. Interesting considering Amanda previously blasted Cyrus on Twitter as "Ugly."

Talk about a 180.

The Comedy Central star was at LAX recently -- where she seemed shocked by her meteoric surge in fame -- but still took time to talk to TMZ about vaginal homicide ... a la Amanda Bynes.

Amanda Bynes rolled into a New York courtroom today dressed more for a rave than a court hearing -- sporting an aqua-colored wig, sweatpants, a tank top ... and sneakers!

... and no one was surprised.

Bynes was in court to fight allegations she threw a glass bong out of her NY apartment window back in May.

According to police, Amanda threw the bong out of her window before they arrested her, but she has denied the accusation ... in fact, she says the arresting officer sexually assaulted her by slapping her vagina.

She also said cops entered her apartment illegally.

Aspiring rap star Amanda Bynes doesn't need street cred, 'cause she's got something way more powerful -- DISNEY CRED ... this according to her new hip hop partner Waka Flocka Flame.

WFF was heading into the WME agency in Beverly Hills yesterday when we asked about his plans to help launch Amanda's rap career into orbit.

FYI -- Bynes was a Nickelodeon star, not Disney, but we think we get Waka's point.

According to Flocka, things are going so well ... he's already given Bynes an official RAP NICKNAME!!

Forget Wyclef Jean ... Amanda Bynes is hashing out a record deal with rapper Waka Flocka Flame for her upcoming hip hop album -- and Waka tells TMZ, it's going to be legendary.

Waka -- who runs Brick Squad Monopoly records -- tells us, the deal hasn't been signed yet but it's basically in the bag ... in fact, he's already hired people to start penning Amanda's songs.

Waka says he and Amanda FaceTime at least once a week and text every day -- mostly about her rap career ... but also about motivational stuff, like "keeping her head up from the haters."

Waka tells us the album will be called "Shots" -- adding, "It's going to be crazy hot." So far, there's no projected release date.

As for whether Waka thinks there's something a little off about Amanda ... he said, "Not at all. She has it all together to me. She is cool as hell and ready for the rap world. I think she is going to kill the game."

And just to make sure it's a success ... Waka says he'll be featured on several of Amanda's songs as well.

Amanda Bynes won't be releasing an album with Wyclef Jean's help any time soon -- reps for the former Fugees rapper tell TMZ, Clef has NO intention to collaborate with the wig-wearing tornado of confusion.

There were reports Bynes and Wyclef would be joining forces for Amanda's upcoming album on Chinga Chang records -- after the label's CEO Daniel Herman went on the record saying he was bringing the two together for an explosive collaboration.

But Wyclef's management says it's just not gonna happen, telling TMZ, Wyclef has no intention of working with Amanda.

In fact, Wyclef's people say he's never even spoken to Amanda.

And now ... "Where in the World Is Amanda Bynes?"

She's soaking in an Atlantic City hot tub -- or at least she was this weekend. Sources tell TMZ, Bynes checked in solo at the Revel Hotel ... where she stared into her phone while surrounded by strangers in the tub.

We're told she did pose for some photos with fans -- while wearing her famous blonde wig in the jacuzzi -- but if Amanda didn't like the way she looked, she demanded they be deleted ASAP.

Miley Cyrus says it's "impossible" that she's more than friends with Justin Bieber ... despite the public flirting ... 'cause she's currently engaged to someone else.

Miley called in to Hot 99.5 in D.C. this morning ... and actually responded when the DJ asked if the photos on TMZ showing Miley and Bieber flirting in public this weekend prove they're "more than friends."

Her response: "I'm ENGAGED!" she said, chuckling. "I'm engaged. That is impossible."

It's an interesting statement for two reasons -- first, it clears up the rumors that she broke things off with Liam Hemsworth.

Second, when it came to being more than friends with Justin ... her answer isn't exactly a strong "no."

Miley was also asked about Amanda Bynes -- and she says some interesting stuff.

Formerly troubled "Terminator 3" star Nick Stahl has some invaluable words of advice for Amanda Bynes ... if she wants to turn her life around, she should start by pulling the plug on her crazy Twitter account.

Stahl -- who famously struggled with drugs, alcohol and other personal issues in the last year -- tells TMZ Amanda's habit of constantly chronicling her every waking move isn't healthy ... and she should spend her time reconnecting with friends and family instead.

But Stahl's still optimistic, adding, "She'll figure it out. She's young."

"Ask Ashley" could be making a HUGE comeback ... with a dirty twist ... because TMZ has learned, Playboy is offering Amanda Bynes her very own radio show.

Playboy Radio offered Amanda a guest hosting gig yesterday -- but now, a rep for the station tells TMZ, execs want her around FULL-TIME ... and have officially submitted an offer for Amanda to host her OWN hour-long daily radio show.

The offer is for a one-week trial ... but if all goes well, we're told Amanda can extend the deal to a full year.

Playboy's pulling out all the stops to make her feel welcome too -- we're told the org. is willing to provide Bynes with a driver to take her to work ... as well as her very own producer to handle the show's logistics.

FYI -- Bynes became a breakout star on "All That" back in the day thanks to the popularity of her "Ask Ashley" sketches ... when she would give crazy advice to fans.

2:36 PM PT -- We JUST heard back from Bynes ... who, unfortunately, delivered some bad news for Playboy.

"I want to [do the show]," Amanda said ... "But I can’t because I’m recording an album!"

Sidenote: Amanda says she's an aspiring rap star.

Amanda Bynes followed through on her promise to get her nose fixed after seeing it in her mug shot ... and she tells TMZ she already wants to get another procedure ... ASAP.

In one of her post-arrest Twitter rants, Bynes said she was planning on "getting in shape and getting a nose job!"

Bynes -- who previously copped to having a nose job weeks before her arrest -- tells TMZ she got the procedure done yesterday in Manhattan and explains, "I have no bandage on. It's healing on it's own like my doctor asked."

But she's not stopping there, telling us, "I'm getting one more in 3 weeks, they are short amazing surgeries done while I'm awake but under general anesthesia. It's almost perfect."

She says once her nose "doesn't look so awful in photos" she will stop hiding from the paps.

Amanda Bynes says she doesn't do drugs ... but that's not stopping one company from asking her to be the new face of their portable vaporizers ... i.e. a contraption loved by ganja-lovers worldwide.

Chris Folkerts -- CEO of Grenco Science -- sent Amanda an offer letter this week, asking her to become a celebrity spokesperson for their new line of G-Pen vaporizers ... following her alleged bong-out-the-window arrest.

Chris says G-Pens are portable vaporizers which "provide the best way to vape oils, concentrates and aromatherapy regiments" ... but we all know what they really vape.

Folkerts says in the letter, "We think you'd be a great spokesperson ... we know you will love our vaporizers so much you will never use a water pipe or bowl ever again."

Fun Fact: The Game is also a celeb spokesman for the company. Soooo yeah.

Amanda Bynes has a serious addiction and TMZ has learned she just got herself another fix -- no, we don't mean drugs ... we're talking WIGS.

Bynes recently placed an order from Couture Princess Wigs for three Disney-inspired wigs -- one Cinderalla, one Barbie, and one Belle. She placed the order the day of her arrest and three wigs cost her a total of $830.00 (that includes shipping).

TMZ has obtained video appearing to show Amanda Bynes walking the streets of Buffalo, NY moments ago -- but the strange part ... she keeps telling the photog, "We're not in Buffalo."

The footage was shot by a self-described "fan" who tells us he noticed Bynes wandering around aimlessly ... sporting huge sunglasses and a brown wig ... and decided to strike up a conversation with her.

The woman never denies that she's Amanda Bynes -- but when asked why she's in Buffalo, she repeatedly tells the photog, "We're not in Buffalo."

We reached out to Bynes via email -- but she wouldn't confirm or deny if she was actually in Buffalo.

If it's NOT Bynes in the video ... it certainly would be a helluva coincidence -- 'cause the lady in Buffalo doesn't just bear a striking resemblance to Amanda, she also has the same tattoo on her arm.

Amanda Bynes is ADAMANT ... photos taken at a trampoline facility last night in Buffalo, NY are NOT her -- but multiple witnesses think the woman DEFINITELY was the alleged bong-chucker.

It's pretty bizarre ... pics surfaced of Amanda wearing a brown wig at the upstate Sky Zone ... and she went BANANAS on Twitter, cussing out bloggers who posted them.

"THAT'S NOT ME!" she tweeted, adding: "I've never been to SkyZone! That looks nothing like me!"

But TMZ spoke with several Sky Zone employees and patrons -- and they're 100% convinced it was her. What's more ... Amanda left a paper trail.

"Amanda had to sign a waiver," Sky Zone owner Rhonda See tells TMZ. "She has the same DOB and same tattoos ... she checked in using her middle name and same last name. She did not use 'Amanda.'"

Witnesses say Amanda was disheveled, frantic and distracted when she arrived around 7:15PM, asking guests to delete pictures and bumbling around during the tutorial.

"She wasn't really listening," fellow patron Christopher Zukas tells TMZ. "She kept leaving the group to go set stuff down and would come back. During the jumping she wasn't able to follow the rules and was even knocked over by a fitness instructor teaching a class."

Other witnesses say she calmed down after 20 minutes and happily bounced for about an hour -- seemed to be having fun -- then left in a waiting car.

Amanda got pretty detailed in her Twitter rant/denial ... going so far as to assert: "I don't own a brown wig!"

Just one little problem with that story ...
