New surveillance footage has surfaced appearing to show NFL star Adam "Pacman" Jones bashing a woman in the face outside of an Ohio nightclub after she seemingly poured a drink on him.

Pacman insists he was merely "protecting himself" during the Wednesday night altercation outside of a Cincinnati nightclub ... and judging from the video, it seems the woman made the first aggressive move.

The footage (around the 1:55 mark) shows a woman reaching over to Pacman with what appears to be a drink in her hand. It seems the woman poured her drink on Jones ... and he reacted by unleashing a punch to her head.

The woman filed a police report accusing Jones of assault -- and earlier today, the Cincinnati Bengals player turned himself in.

"Basketball Wives" and former NBA star Eric Williams is about to learn a hard lesson -- babies can cost you your freedom.

A judge just issued an arrest warrant for Williams ... because he's completely blown off a paternity case which required him to both appear and submit a DNA sample.

As TMZ first reported, Williams -- who is in the process of divorcing "Wives" star Jennifer Williams -- was slapped with a paternity suit last year by a woman who claims he knocked her up. The woman's son was born in October, 2011, while he was still living with Jennifer.

Williams has been pretending the case doesn't exist -- he hasn't even hired a lawyer. We're told he's ignored phone calls and texts from the baby mama.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... 25-year-old Longo -- who's also appeared on "Days of Our Lives" and "Piranha 3D" -- was driving in Hollywood around 2:30 AM Thursday morning when cops noticed him driving like a complete d-bag.

Sources tell us ... Longo was driving aggressively ... following too close to another car and flashing it with his high beams.

Once cops pulled the guy over, we're told officers noticed Longo reeked of booze -- so they performed various field sobriety tests ... which he bombed.

One source tells us ... Longo's blood alcohol level was .19 and .20 ... more than twice the legal limit.

Longo was arrested and hauled to a nearby police station where he was booked ... and later released after posting $15,000 bail.

"Teen Mom" turned porn star Farrah Abraham won't serve a day behind bars for DUI ... assuming the judge approves a plea deal she just struck with prosecutors, TMZ has learned.

An official at the Douglas County D.A.'s Office tells us, Farrah has agreed to plead guilty to aggravated DUI on June 20th ... in exchange, prosecutors agreed to ask for probation instead of jail.

As we reported, Farrah was popped for DUI in Nebraska back in March ... allegedly blowing a .147 ... nearly twice the legal limit. Farrah originally pled NOT guilty.

In addition to probation, prosecutors will ask the judge to suspend Farrah's driving privileges and order her to pay $500 in fines ... but that's it ... zero time in the pokey.

Kasey Kahl finally got a chance to put his TV skills from "The Bachelorette" to use again -- in a taped apology to the man and woman he decked outside a nightclub -- and his delivery is hysterical.

TMZ obtained a copy of the videotaped mea culpa Kahl agreed to make as part of a settlement in his civil lawsuit with the two people.

You gotta see Kasey's emotional (we're kidding) description of the attack, saying ... "He called me a douchebag, and I became upset. I sucker-punched (him)."

Honestly, we've seen porn stars deliver better lines.

We now know why former Broadway star Pia Zadora was arrested in Vegas over the weekend ... she allegedly tried to choke out her son ... TMZ has learned.

Zadora -- who famously appeared in the Academy Award disaster scene in "Naked Gun 33⅓" -- got into an argument Friday night with her 16-year-old son Jordan because he refused to go to bed at a timely hour.

Jordan told police he wanted to stay outside and talk to his stepbrother, so Zadora sprayed them with a hose to force them inside.

Jordan told cops his stepbrother tried to calm Pia down and she attacked him, punching him and scratching his face.

An hour or 2 passed, and -- according to the police report -- Jordan tried calling 911. He claims Pia tried to take his phone away, choking him in the process.

When cops arrived, they say everyone in the house -- Pia, her son and stepson, as well as her husband -- refused to come out to speak to them ... so SWAT formed a perimeter around the house.

"The Devils Ride" star Chris Boultinghouse just dodged a bullet (metaphorically speaking) -- the roughneck biker struck a deal in his DUI case and only had to serve ONE day in jail.

Chris -- known as "White Boi" on Discovery's show about real life biker gangs -- was trying to cut a deal following his November DUI arrest ... in which cops say he drunkenly smashed his Escalade into a Prius and then fled the scene.

Chris faced two charges of DUI and one charge of Hit-and-Run.

Now, we've learned ... White Boi got his wish and struck a deal this week. The terms: in exchange for pleading no contest to two of the charges -- driving with a B.A.C. level of .08 or higher and Hit-and-Run -- his second DUI charge was dropped.

As for the punishment part ... 3 years probation, $390 in fines, 3 months first offender alcohol program, 80 hours of community service and ONE day in jail ... which he already served.

Now he can get back to doing this ...

Former Broadway star Pia Zadora was arrested at her home in Summerlin, NV (a suburb of Las Vegas) yesterday on charges of domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

Zadora was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges of domestic battery and coercion. She posted $4,000 bail and was released.

Police would not release the name of the victim, but Zadora has been married to a Las Vegas police officer since 2005. The two met after Zadora contacted the Las Vegas Police to report a stalking incident.

Nicolas Cage's son Weston and his wife Nikki Williams are officially divorced, TMZ has learned -- but the crazy part ... she gets to keep her wedding ring, despite promising to PAWN IT OFF.

As we reported, 22-year-old Weston filed for divorce back in 2011 -- not really shocking, considering they were both arrested for domestic violence against each other after they tied the knot earlier that year ... following a two-week engagement.

The divorce is now final -- but according to the order, obtained by TMZ, 24-year-old Nikki gets to keep her wedding ring ... along with the rights to her entire song catalog, including a track called "Pawn My Wedding Ring."

The song was written last year, after Weston filed for divorce, and it contains the lyrics -- "It started perfect, you were a different person / But you changed on me after the honeymoon was done."

It continues ... "And because it's not worth anything / I'm about to pawn my wedding ring / Get rid of everything that was right or wrong." See? It's right there in black and white.

Meanwhile, Weston gets to keep his musical equipment, bank account, and songs ... including fluffy uplifting hits like "Souless Eyes," "Vampire Sentiment," and "Heathen Sanctuary."

Crazy week for celebrities ... and speaking of crazy, we gotta ask ...

Scott Thorson -- Liberace's former lover who was just portrayed by Matt Damon -- has been bailed out of jail by Dennis Hof, the owner of the Bunny Ranch brothel ... TMZ has learned.

Thorson's life with Liberace is the subject of HBO's "Behind the Candelabra" -- but not covered in the movie is the fact Thorson has been sitting behind bars in Reno since February 22 ... waiting to be sentenced on burglary and identity theft charges.

Thorson pled guilty last month after getting busted for using stolen credit cards. Attorney David Houston is representing him at sentencing in July.

Hof tells TMZ he decided to help because he felt Thorson -- who has stage II colon cancer -- was not getting proper treatment in jail.

A man impersonating One Direction's Harry Styles was busted Wednesday for making underage girls a deal -- concert tickets for sex.

Authorities say John Eastman gave the girls options -- they could either pose naked or perform sex acts online.

Eastman was arraigned Thursday on a bunch of charges, including employing a minor in an obscene performance.

According to the Waterbury Republican-American Eastman would go online under the Skype name Harry.Styles888 and used photos of Styles to convince the girls he was the One Direction singer.

Authorities say Eastman used his web cam to record the girls performing sex acts and saved them on his computer. Some of the photos recovered feature girls believed to be as young as 5.

Cops have arrested a man in connection with the mysterious hit-and-run involving Soulja Boy's Bentley. TMZ has learned ... a rapper was busted, but it wasn't Soulja.

TMZ broke the story ... a man was seriously injured January 9 in Hollywood after colliding with a Bentley that was making an illegal turn. After some crack investigating by the motorcyclist's friend, cops got wind that the phantom car may have belonged to Soulja Boy.

Cops then checked a secret network of cameras that take photos around L.A. and capture cars on the road. They punched in the license plate number of the Bentley and found multiple pics of the car with damage that corresponded to the accident. But they did not have pics capturing the accident.

Police have arrested Abrahim Mustafa ... we're told he's one of Soulja Boy's hangers-on. He's a rapper who goes by Arab. He's been arrested for felony hit-and-run.

17-year-old Chief Keef was caught ON TAPE shattering the speed limit in Illinois this week -- allegedly doing 110mph in a 55mph zone -- and TMZ has dash cam footage of the subsequent police chase ... and arrest.

The video starts out pretty tame -- until out of nowhere, Keef barrels past the idling police cruiser in his BMW X6 M ... and the cops peel out after him. It takes roughly two minutes for officers to catch up to Keef and pull him over.

As we reported, Keef was eventually arrested for speeding and having too many people in his car (he only has a driving permit). The arrest is also on tape.

17-year-old Rapper Chief Keef already has a handful of arrests, and his latest sparked a heated debate at TMZ -- is 19-year-old Justin Bieber getting a pass on his screw-ups because he's white?

It's about to get real ... angry.

17-year-old rap sensation Chief Keef had $8,000 in CASH rolled up in his pocket at the time he was arrested for speeding in Illinois this week ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.

Cops say Keef was driving a black BMW SUV at 110 mph when he was pulled over around 3:18 AM on May 27.

During the arrest, cops say Keef explained, "I just got back from doing a show in Iowa, I'm a rapper."

Cops proceeded to put Keef in handcuffs and conducted a search. They found a bulge in his front left vest pocket -- which turned out to be a "large roll of dollar bills" ... $8,000 to be exact.

Cops say they informed Keef the money would not be removed from his pocket during the arrest.

Eventually, Keef was booked for excessive speeding and for driving with too many passengers in the car (Keef's permit only allows him to have 1 passenger, he had 3).

According to the police report, Keef is listed at 5'8" and 145 lbs.

Keef's due back in court on June 17 -- and cops have reminded the rapper that since he's a minor, he's got to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
