Lil Za was caught red-handed with drugs in Justin Bieber's house in January ... and he bragged he gives young girls drugs to "satisfy" them ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

When Justin's house was searched in January and cops caught Za with Ecstasy and Oxycodone, he bragged to cops that he gave girls MDMA because they "love it." The Probation Dept. wrote a report filed with the court saying, "It appears he keeps the drugs to satisfy young girls that he is around."

And this is rich ... Za bragged to cops when he was arrested ... the MDMA was the good stuff, or as he put it, "Pure MDMA," which he also referred to as "purple moon rocks."

Za told cops he was Bieber's "personal assistant" ... so much for his rap career.

Police in New York are on the lookout for music producer The-Dream after he allegedly punched, kicked, and strangled his ex-girlfriend, who was pregnant at the time, law enforcement sources tell TMZ -- but the producer insists the allegations are bogus.

According to law enforcement, the alleged incident took place in April 2013 at the Plaza Hotel, roughly three months before Dream's ex-GF Lydia Nam gave birth to his infant son.

It's unclear what prompted the alleged attack and if Nam ever sought medical attention -- but for some reason, she didn't file a police report until November, which is when she described the alleged assault to police.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Dream (real name Terius Nash) is now wanted for questioning by police in connection with Nam's allegations -- which means if they find him ... he'll be taken into custody.

For The-Dream's part, he not only insists Nam is lying -- sources close to the producer tell us, he thinks she's a vengeful woman who's plotting to use this alleged crime as a way to extend her visa in the U.S. (Nam is Canadian.)

According to law enforcement sources, Dream was already arrested in connection with a separate domestic violence incident (also involving Nam) last June in Newport Beach, CA ... but Nam refused to press charges, so the D.A. rejected the case.

The woman scolded by Donald Sterling for publicly associating with African Americans was arrested for DUI ... with a black celeb in the passenger seat ... TMZ Sports has learned.

V. Stiviano was arrested in 2012 for drunk driving in Los Angeles. Her passenger was Brandon Mychal Smith ... who starred in Disney's "Sonny with a Chance."

Stiviano was driving the red Ferrari that Sterling gave her and which is now the subject of a lawsuit where Shelly Sterling claims V. deceived the old man into giving her more than $2 mil in gifts.

Coincidentally ... today is the day she has to prove to a court she did her community service.

Stiviano pled no contest to reckless driving and was put on 3 years probation ... which means she's still on the hook.

Paul Simon's gonna need a bridge ... 'cause he's in some troubled water -- after getting arrested for disorderly conduct following an incident with his wife in Connecticut this weekend.

72-year-old Simon and his wife, 48-year-old Edie Brickell -- from the band New Bohemians -- were both taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct after a heated domestic dispute.

Cops were called to the couple's house around 8 pm that night.

It's unclear why the two were fighting.

FYI -- Simon and Edie have been married for 22 years and have 3 kids together.

2:45 P.M. PDT -- The Simons' attorney just gave us this statement from Edie, "I got my feelings hurt and I picked a fight with my husband. The police called it disorderly. Thank God it's orderly now."

11:12 A.M. PDT -- Paul left court a short time ago, insisting he and his wife still love each other. Edie left from a different exit several minutes earlier ... and didn't say a word.

Jovan Clayton -- whose group The Rej3ctz made Kate Upton famous with the song "Cat Daddy" -- was busted early Friday morning for allegedly stealing more than $2,000 worth of stuff inside a nightclub.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Clayton allegedly stole "personal items" inside 1Oak nightclub in West Hollywood. A source at the scene tells TMZ the items included alcohol and the contents of another person's purse.

Someone called 911, L.A. County Sheriff's deputies raced to the scene and Clayton was cuffed and taken away.

Clayton -- who is better known as Pee Wee -- is being held on $20K bail.

A Chinese citizen living in New York -- who just got the book thrown at him for operating child porn websites -- has the worst (or most appropriate) name for someone in his line of criminal work -- Yong Wang.

Wang was sentenced today in U.S. District Court to more than 17 years in prison ... after pleading guilty to running 18 explicit, Chinese-language child porn sites out of his home.

The U.S. Attorney says Wang raked in more than $700K, running sites like "Young Young Empire" and "Empire of the Young and Innocent Fragrances."

Chris Brown will rot behind bars until June -- at the very least -- because the singer's latest bid for freedom was just DENIED.

Brown -- who was jailed last month after getting booted from rehab -- was flown to D.C. and promptly jailed as he awaited trial in his assault case.

The trial was supposed to start today ... but it was just postponed until June.

Brown asked the judge in the Rihanna beating case to release him, but the judge just shut him down.

Translation: Brown will soon be flown back to L.A. -- where he'll remain in jail until June ... at the very least. It looks like he'll be flown back to D.C. on Con air ... a trip way worse than economy.

The stakes are high ... if Brown is convicted in D.C. ... the judge in the Rihanna case could violate his probation and sentence Brown to four years in PRISON.

It's like something out of "Grand Theft Auto" -- one of the drivers from History Channel's "Ice Road Truckers" has been charged with 3 felonies after allegedly kidnapping a Vegas prostitute ... and forcing her to jump out a second story window.

According to official charging docs, Tim Zickuhr has been charged with first degree kidnapping, extortion, and coercion. But the story behind the charges is out of control. Seriously, out of control.

According to the police report, the prostitute -- who goes by Snow White -- told cops Tim hired her to perform services on December 18th. She says he gave her his ATM card to withdraw her payment, but he later accused her of taking too much.

She claims Tim arranged a meeting at his apartment the next day to settle their money dispute -- and he attacked, punching her in the face, and threatening to kill her if she didn't get him the money she'd stolen.

She claims Tim tied her up with backpack straps, continued to beat her, and then poured cold water on her from a mop bucket. She claims Tim then locked her in his closet and demanded a phone number for someone who could get him the money.

Stroke of genius from Snow White -- she gave Tim the phone number of a police officer she knew ... and according to the report, Tim actually called it, claiming he'd kill Snow White if $1,000 wasn't delivered to him.

Tim and the officer arranged a meeting -- but rather than leave his apartment through the front door, Tim allegedly forced Snow White out his second story window.

Long story short, the cop met Tim and immediately arrested him. The officer claims Tim sang like a canary, admitting everything ... placing the phone calls, dousing Snow White in water, locking her in a closet, and pushing her out a window. Just ... crazy.

Tim is due in court in May.

A rep for History channel had no comment -- but told us Tim hasn't been on any "Ice Road" programming since 2011.

Porsha Williams is gonna have bitches clamoring for jailhouse makeovers after they see the mug shot she just took in Atlanta.

TMZ obtained the mug shot -- taken with full hair and makeup -- when the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member turned herself in to the Fulton County Sheriff to be booked for simple battery ... a misdemeanor.

As TMZ first reported ... an arrest warrant was issued for Porsha stemming from the brawl she had with Kenya Moore while shooting RHOA.

Porsha was released immediately after posting her $2,000 bail. She paid cash.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams is a wanted woman ... as in we've learned there's a warrant out for her arrest.

ATL cops are going after Porsha over a fight she had with Kenya Moore on the set of the show. Porsha allegedly attacked Kenya, who filed a police report. The show has the raw footage, and that was enough to charge Porsha with misdemeanor battery -- thus the warrant.

Porsha's lawyer, Joe Habachy, tells TMZ she will surrender Thursday.

We're also told Porsha plans to go after Kenya ... she wants the D.A. to file felony aggravated assault charges against Moore.

The man charged with vandalizing Banksy art has been ordered to stay clear of the famous vandal's handiwork.

David William Noll just pled no contest today to 2 counts of FELONY vandalism ... for defacing 2 of Banksy's most famous works -- Girl on Swing and Peeing Dog.

Noll avoided jail but is now on felony probation for 3 years. And he has to stay 100 yards away from all Banksy artwork.

It's a bizarre ... almost incredible sentence. A vandal has now been prohibited from going near the work of another vandal. Beyond that ... if Noll walks down a street and passes a building that Banksy defaced ... he risks being thrown in the slammer.

TMZ broke the story ... Noll was accused of painting over the artwork ... and stupidly recording his stunt and uploading it to YouTube -- which is how cops caught him.

Noll was also required to perform 60 days of community labor. Wouldn't it be great if he had to do graffiti removal?!!

It only took 2 Chainz 2 minutes in court to do his business ... pleading not guilty to FELONY drug possession.

TMZ broke the story ... 2 Chainz was busted last June at LAX after TSA officers allegedly found codeine in one of his checked bags. Codeine is one of the main ingredient in sizzurp.

He was hit with the felony charge last week and appeared briefly in an L.A. courtroom today for his arraignment.

The man who broke into Selena Gomez' property twice in a matter of days has been charged for a second time -- problem is ... it's hard to keep this guy in custody.

Che Cruz was arrested Friday after jumping Selena's fence at her Calabasas home. He was arrested and taken to jail, and this all happened just hours after he was released from jail for doing the exact same thing less than a week earlier.

Cruz was busted on March 31 after actually entering Selena's home. He pled no contest to the misdemeanor of unlawfully entering a dwelling and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. Problem is -- he was released less than 2 days later and made a beeline for Selena's home.

One of the "Ying Yang Twins" -- Deongelo Holmes -- is already a free man ... after serving just 24 hours behind bars for beating his wife.

According to Georgia court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Holmes made a deal and pled no contest to domestic violence for hitting Porsche in the head last November.

Under the deal, Holmes served a single day in jail and he's on probation for a year.

Two stars of "Hardcore Pawn: Chicago" were busted for allegedly stealing from the pawn shop where they worked and re-pawning the loot for gambling money ... according to store owners.

Jeremy Jackson and Karl Bell were arrested last month by Chicago cops and charged with one count each of felony theft.

The owners of Royal Pawn Shop -- where the show is taped -- told us they called the cops after noticing Rolex watches, jewelry and other valuables disappearing from the store.

The owners say they became suspicious of the two men because they always had money for gambling ... even though Karl never seemed to win and Jeremy was just a part-time employee.

Jeremy Piven might be in for a big surprise -- a hot blonde Australian model whom he's rumored to have dated is MARRIED with a DAUGHTER ... and she was arrested after allegedly attacking her husband when he confronted her.

31-year-old Sophie Turner was busted March 23rd for felony domestic violence after an argument with her husband Gianmichele Gennari allegedly erupted into violence.

Gianmichele claims he confronted Sophie last month with what he called her "sexually provocative choices" ... including abandoning both him and their daughter on February 8 ... allegedly hooking up with Jeremey at a Santa Monica hotel. She eventually came home at 3:30 AM.

Gianmichele claims Sophie often leaves the house in slutty dresses and doesn't wear her wedding ring, flaunting to the paparazzi she's single and available ... often staying out all night.

Gianmichele says Sophie responded to his complaints by attacking him ... causing facial cuts and scratches on his arm and neck. He says she was so crazy she ripped the shirt right off his body.

Jeremy Piven has been linked to Sophie for years -- as early as 2010. Sophie says they're just friends. We came across a couple of video clips over the last few years that show Jeremy and Sophie awfully cozy.

Sophie's been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Gianmichele and their daughter until a court hearing later this month.

Sophie's attorney Tiffany Feder says the model maintains her innocence, adding, "Sophie has always maintained a distinction between her public persona and her private life for the benefit of her family."
