Brittny Gastineau's Ex-BF Artist Arrested For Pap Slapping Pulls a Reese with Cops
Brittny Gastineau's ex boyfriend was hauled off in cuffs while doing his best Reese Witherspoon impression ... after a fight with a photographer ended with a blast of pepper spray outside Craig's.
Street artist Retna -- who had a brutal fight with Gastineau last year -- was leaving the West Hollywood restaurant Monday night when he got into an argument with an independent paparazzo ... not one of our guys.
Witnesses say Retna appeared to have been drinking, and got in the camera guy's face. When the pap complained about Retna getting in his "personal space" -- Retna allegedly slapped the guy ... who retaliated by firing a can of pepper spray.
Law enforcement sources confirm he was pretty wasted, and say he was booked for misdemeanor battery.
You gotta see Retna getting stuffed in the patrol car, and yelling things like -- "I'm a U.S. government!" Reese did it better.
Easy to see why Brittny's moved on ... and is now rumored to be seeing ex-bf, singer Luis Miguel again.

'Moesha' Star Marcus T. Paulk Pleads Guilty In Super Bowl DUI
"Moesha" star Marcus T. Paulk would love to slam the book closed on the Super Bowl partying that landed him in an Arizona jail ... but he'll have to wait another year to do it.
Paulk pled guilty to a misdemeanor DUI in court Monday morning ,and must complete an alcohol program and 12 months of unsupervised probation.
Paulk was busted in Scottsdale -- the night before Super Bowl XLIX -- for possession of marijuana and blowing well over the legal limit. The pot charge was dismissed.
He also dodged jail time in 2013 in a domestic violence case.

Suge Knight Stuck in Jail D.A. Looking at More Criminal Charges
Suge Knight will be stuck in jail for another month-and-a-half minimum, and bail seems less likely because the D.A. is looking at filing even more charges.
Suge was in court Monday morning when the D.A. announced she has a "very large stack of uncharged crimes" that relate to his bail. It's pretty clear she's looking at other things Suge did before he struck and killed Terry Carter last month. He also mowed down another man who lived.
Suge has been charged with murder, attempted murder and hit and run and is being held without bail in L.A. County Jail.

'Party Down South' Star Arrested For Drunk Driving & Drugs
"Party Down South" star Lyle Boudreaux must think Mardi Gras means, "please arrest me officer" -- because he just got busted for the 2nd consecutive year in Louisiana ... this time for boozing and driving.
Cops in Lafayette, LA confirm they pulled over Lyle Sunday night when he made a turn without signaling. Police noticed a smell of alcohol, and when the 29-year-old refused to take a breathalyzer test ... officers cuffed him and took him in for alleged drunk driving.
Bonus round -- for cops, not Lyle -- while checking him into jail ... cops say they found marijuana, and also booked him for possession. He was eventually released on $4,000 bond.
Lyle got a jump on his Mardi Gras celebration this year ... it officially starts next weekend. A year ago he got busted for burglary during a Mardi Gras celebration.
Maybe lay off les bon temps next year, Lyle.

Warren Sapp Bud Light Pulls Commercials After Prostitution Arrest
Bud Light's up for whatever ... but clearly, there's a line ... because the beer giant has officially pulled Warren Sapp's commercial after this week's prostitution arrest ... TMZ Sports has learned.
You know the spot ... Warren bursts into the home of a Tampa Bay Bucs superfan and gives the guy a Buccaneers-themed makeover ... complete with a cannon-firing pirate ship in the backyard.
But after Sapp was arrested in Arizona on Monday for allegedly soliciting and assaulting a prostitute in his hotel room ... the spots mysteriously disappeared from the air and were yanked from YouTube.
We reached out to Anheuser-Busch about the situation ... and a rep told us, "Warren Sapp appeared in one of our television commercials last fall, but he is not currently being featured in any of our advertising."
Translation -- the ads have been pulled.
For the record, the commercial was still airing during the NFL playoffs.
It's another blow to Sapp's career -- the NFL Network immediately fired the Hall of Famer from his analyst gig hours after he was taken into custody.

Suge Knight Out of Hospital Back in Jail
Suge Knight is out of the hospital where doctors treated him for a blood clot and he's back in familiar territory ... the slammer.
TMZ broke the story ... Suge suffered chest pains after his court appearance Tuesday and was rushed to the hospital, where doctors determined he had another blood clot. We're told he was given blood thinners and now his condition can be treated in the jail infirmary.
Suge's blood clots have been an ongoing problem since he was shot 6 times last summer. He almost died several weeks later from a blood clot while in a Las Vegas jail.

9:14 AM PT -- Cops tell TMZ Sports ... the woman who initially called police claimed Randle had a gun in the hotel room and was "being out of control."

As for the woman, we're told she did not have any injuries -- and Randle was not arrested for any kind of assault.
Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was arrested in Kansas Wednesday morning ... after cops say the 23-year-old had weed in his hotel room.
FYI -- Randle is the same guy who was busted for stealing underwear and cologne from a Dallas department store a few months ago.
According to law enforcement, cops were called to a hotel in Wichita after the mother of Randle's child called police around 3AM to report a domestic incident between them.
When cops arrived, they found weed -- and popped Randle for misdemeanor marijuana possession.

Paris Hilton's Brother Arrested for Going Berserk On Plane 'I Will F**king Own You Peasants'
Paris Hilton's younger brother Conrad Hilton was just arrested in L.A. for allegedly going insane on an international flight back in July ... and getting violent with flight attendants ... TMZ has learned.
According to officials, multiple witnesses on the plane say the 20-year-old went berserk on a flight from London to L.A. ... and began screaming and threatening flight attendants.
According to witnesses, Conrad was heard yelling the following things during his meltdown:
-- "If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it and I will f*cking fight you."
-- "I am going to f*cking kill you."
-- "I will f*cking rip through you."
-- "I will f*cking own anyone on this flight; they are f*cking peasants."
Witnesses say ... at one point during the flight, Conrad was ferociously punching the bulkhead of the plane ... 10 centimeters from a flight attendant's face.
Witnesses also say they could smell weed seeping out of the bathroom ... and believe Hilton was the culprit.
Conrad was allegedly so out of control, children on the plane were crying.
At one point, Conrad fell asleep ... and the captain authorized crew members to restrain him to his seat for the descent. Conrad was ultimately handcuffed to his seat.
Witnesses told officials Conrad grabbed a flight attendant's shirt and said, "I could get you all fired in 5 minutes. I know your boss! My father will pay this out. He has done it before. Dad paid $300k last time."
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Hilton admitted to taking a sleeping pill before the flight and then bragged that he "buried" the flight attendants.
"I told all of them I could get all of their jobs taken away in less than 30 seconds."
We just spoke with Hilton's attorney Robert Shapiro -- yes, that Robert Shapiro -- who confirms Conrad took a sleeping pill before the flight and he wasn't himself.
Shapiro says there are numerous news reports and cases of people experiencing adverse effects, including aggressive outbursts ... and he's suggesting that's what happened here.

The friend who helped Bobbi Kristina's husband revive her allegedly forcibly drugged his girlfriend weeks before so she wouldn't run away.
Max Lomas was arrested January 14th after the girlfriend's family called cops and said they believed he was holding Danyela Bradley against her will and drugging her so she would stay. Cops responded but the girl said she was fine and not being forcibly held.
But cops found weed and a gun and arrested him for possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. The felony was for allegedly possessing drugs with intent to distribute. And he was also busted for illegal Xanax. Cops found a stash of drugs, including 5.2 ounces of weed, 2 marijuana grinders, a digital scale and 1,000 Ziploc bags.
TMZ broke the story ... Bobbi Kristina's family claims cops told them they found drugs in her house the second time they searched. It's an interesting turn if cops are right and Lomas was dealing drugs.
Ex- Power Ranger Murder Case Deadly Brawl Was Over Girlfriend
Former Power Ranger Ricardo Medina Jr. allegedly stabbed his roommate to death during a fight over Medina's girlfriend -- but it wasn't about sex ... just personal space.
TMZ broke the story ... the "Power Rangers Samurai" star was arrested for allegedly murdering his roommate, Joshua Sutter, with a sword. Medina claims Sutter burst into his bedroom during the brawl ... and that's when he stabbed him in the abdomen.
Law enforcement sources tell us the argument started because Sutter was pissed Medina's girlfriend was hanging out at their place when Medina wasn't home. The verbal spat eventually escalated into a physical fight.
As for the murder weapon ... we're told the sword wasn't Ranger related -- it was a replica medieval style sword a la Conan the Barbarian.

Warren Sapp Released Without Bail ... Don't Talk to Victims!
Warren Sapp has just been released from custody without bail ... and is allowed to leave the state and go back home to Florida after a judge decided he's not a flight risk.
Sapp just appeared before a judge in Maricopa County, AZ to face charges of soliciting a prostitute and assault.
During the hearing the judge says there was proper cause for his arrest -- but decided to let him go on his own recognizance because he has no record of failing to appear in other court cases.
The judge told Sapp he is forbidden from contacting the victims and may not return to the scene of the alleged crime -- but he did get the green light to leave the state and go home.
Sapp is due back in court on February 23rd.

Suge Knight Charged with Murder
Suge Knight has just been charged with murder in the death of his friend, and sources say a videotape will be a key piece of evidence.
The L.A. County D.A. just filed the charges in connection with the death of Terry Carter ... who was killed Thursday after Suge ran him over in Compton.
Suge ran over an adversary -- Cle "Bone" Sloan -- and Carter was accidentally struck and killed.
In addition to murder, Suge was charged with attempted premeditated murder, hit and run resulting in death, and hit and run resulting in injury -- all felonies.
As we previously reported, deputies obtained a video of the incident. Law enforcement sources say the video captures "a portion" of what went down, but authorities tell us it significantly strengthens the case against Suge.
Suge's bail was revoked Monday ... the bail commissioner decided he's a flight risk and might intimidate witnesses.
If convicted, Suge faces life.
Warren Sapp Arrested For Soliciting Prostitute [Update: Fired by NFL Network]
2:15 PM PT -- The NFL Network has fired Sapp. He'd been with the network since 2008.
12:55 PM PT -- New details in the Warren Sapp arrest ...
Cops say two women told police they were at the hotel "as escorts" and went to Sapp's room, where an argument broke out over money.
The women claim the argument turned physical and spilled out into the hallway.
Cops say the women had injuries consistent with a struggle.
Officials say when cops questioned Sapp,"he was questioned and admitted involvement in the act of prostitution, but denied assaulting the females."
Both women involved in the incident received citations from police -- one for prostitution, the other for a violation of the City’s escort permit requirements. Both women were released.
12:49 PM PT -- Sapp has been SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY from the NFL Network without pay pending the outcome of the investigation ... so says NFL Network spokesman Alex Riethmiller.
12:47 PM PT -- Phoenix Police Chief Joseph Yahner says there are TWO female victims ... who both allegedly suffered minor injuries.
Yahner says the women contacted police officers to report the assault.
12:21 PM PT -- The NFL Network has removed Sapp's bio from the official "On-Air Talent" section of the website.
No word if Sapp has been fired from the Network yet ... but as one source puts it, "It's not looking good."
12:06 PM PT -- A rep for the hotel where Warren was arrested tells TMZ Sports, "we were contacted by the Phoenix Police Dept. today in a matter involving a guest."
"We are cooperating with police as they look into the situation since it is an active investigation. We have no further comment."
Warren Sapp was arrested in Phoenix this morning for soliciting a prostitute around 7AM ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Sapp was also arrested for assault. We're told Sapp was taken into custody at a hotel in Downtown Phoenix.
The 42-year-old "Dancing with the Stars" alum was booked just a few minutes ago.
Sapp was in Phoenix covering the Super Bowl for the NFL Network.
It's not Warren's first arrest -- he was busted in 2010 for domestic battery, but those charges were eventually dropped. He was also arrested for an alleged domestic battery in Miami in 2014.
As we previously reported, officials made it clear before the Super Bowl they would be cracking down on prostitution.

Suge Knight will be in jail for a while, because he's now being held with no bail ... and that's because of his criminal past.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... he is no longer being held on $2 million bail because authorities believe he's both a flight risk and more than capable of intimidating witnesses.
As for the flight risk ... it's hard to argue with that. Suge left the scene after hitting 2 people with his truck -- one fatally -- and someone who flees can easily be considered a flight risk.
As for intimidating witnesses ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. convinced the bail commissioner his vast criminal past is evidence enough.

Paulk was pulled over in Scottsdale for driving dangerously close to emergency vehicles involved in a routine stop. Cops say he failed a field sobriety test ... and fessed up he'd been drinking Hennessy and smoking pot earlier in the day.
It's not Paulk's first legal tangle -- the actor was arrested in 2013 for allegedly kicking and punching his ex-GF, but avoided jail time after cutting a plea deal.
