Arnold's Love Child Nicest Kid You'll Ever Meet
Arnold Schwarzenegger's love child with Mildred Patricia Baena is a studious, athletic, fun-loving, charitable, yes-ma'am-no-ma'am kind of kid -- according to the boy's neighbors.
People who live next door to Patty and her son tell us, the boy "is the type of kid you just want to be around. He is so sweet, funny, and handsome."
But that's not it -- we're also told he is extremely well-mannered and smart, loves sports, and is even involved in door-to-door fund-raising for local charities.
The apple falls far from the tree.

Maury to Mike Lohan I'll Settle Your Daddy Drama!
Michael Lohan is trying to put an end to allegations he fathered an illegitimate daughter 15 years ago ... and to clear his name, he's turning to the expert in daddy DNA drama -- Maury Povich.
Sources tell TMZ ... Lohan is currently talking to "Maury" producers about going on the show and taking a paternity test to prove he never impregnated Kristi Kaufmann ... who claims she had an affair with Mike in the '90s.
Lohan tells TMZ Kaufmann has demanded child support in the past ... and even changed the child's birth certificate to bear Michael's last name ... which would make the kid Lindsay adjacent.
Who's your daddy, Michael?

Beyonce's Dad You ARE the Father
Beyonce Knowles is officially a big sister again. A DNA test has confirmed that Mathew Knowles is the father of Alexsandra Wright's brand new baby boy ... sources tell TMZ.
With the DNA test a match, we're told lawyers for Knowles and Wright are in the final stages of negotiating a settlement for baby Nixon's child support.
Wright filed a paternity suit last October against Knowles -- who was temporarily ordered to pay $8,200 in monthly child support.
Wright claims she had an 18-month affair with Knowles.
As far as we know, nothing's tricky about Nixon .... so far.

Beyonce's Dad Ordered to Pay Child Support
Beyonce's father, Mathew Knowles, has just been ordered to support baby Nixon, at least temporarily ... TMZ has learned.
An L.A. judge just ordered Knowles to pay $8,200 a month in child support, retroactive to February 1. Knowles must also pay 100% of uninsured medical costs.
Alexsandra Wright claims she had an 18-month relationship with Knowles and he's the baby daddy of Nixon -- born February 4.
Wright's lawyer, Neal Hersh, went to court today asking for support and the judge granted it.
But Knowles will take a DNA test March 1 ... and the long-term support issues hinge on the outcome.
It's interesting -- Knowles has not flat out denied he's the daddy. And in fact, he gave Alexsandra $10,000 in January to cover uninsured medical costs and baby stuff.
UPDATE: The Judge ordered Knowles to pay Wright $20,750 for the month of January.

Fitty Won't Have to Pony Up 50% to Babymama
50 Cent's baby mama won't be able to take half his loot, a judge just ruled in New York.
A Supreme Court judge just dismissed Shaniqua Tompkins' claim to half the rapper's assets, which she had estimated at $50 million. Tompkins is the mama of Fitty's 11-year-old son.
The judge said in her judgment the relationship was "an unfortunate tale of a love relationship gone sour." Both sides had filed memorable affidavits detailing their pillow talk -- she claimed 50 promised to take care of her "for life."
Didn't work for Babymama, but her lawyer says he could file an appeal.
Brett Kimmel, 50 Cent's attorney, tells TMZ, "Ms. Tompkins's claims pertaining to a $50 million verbal contract were entirely frivolous. In dismissing the case before trial, the court is sending a clear message. This is a complete and total victory for 50." 50 himself added, "I'm very thankful for this decision. I knew that once the facts were heard that justice would prevail. I hope now that we can put this behind us and move forward with our lives."
Fitty Gets About 50% of What He Wanted
Part of the 50 Cent baby mama drama actually got resolved today -- the parties agreed on a custody arrangement.
Fitty wanted two weekends a month with Marquise, but the judge awarded him one. He did however get one month in the summer and half of the time Marquise is out of school for winter and spring breaks.
All parties are simpatico ... on this. There's still a huge tangle of legal thorns in NYC, Long Island, and Connecticut.
Fiddy Gets Baby from Mama No Drama
This might be the most shocking development yet in the 50 Cent baby mama drama: An exchange between the two that didn't end -- or begin -- with fireworks!
We're told that Fiddy picked up his son Marquise yesterday from baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins -- and the drop-off went off "without a hitch"! The rapper and his boy haven't seen each other since before the house where Tompkins and Marquise were living burned down at the end of May.
Fiddy, we're told, will be spending time with Marquise at his home in Connecticut until the middle of next week, when he has to leave the country to film a movie. Explosions will likely resume in September, when the pair have to be back in family court to settle a restraining order.
Maybe Baby Mama Didn't Do It For the Money
Should anyone be surprised that Michael Lohan may be the only one trying to cash in on the half-blood princess?
Daryl Kaufmann -- husband of Michael's maybe baby mama Kristi -- says the fam went public about the unclaimed kid because Mike's been repeatedly refusing to chip in some support ... not because they wanted to make a buck.
Daryl claims that they didn't get paid to go public -- they were just using the media to get Michael to own up.
What a big, big surprise.

Daddy Lohan Loves Lindsay's Half $i$ter
Michael Lohan should be named father of the freakin' century. Now Daddy Trainwreck wants to cash in on his might-be illegitimate daughter, whether he's the daddy or not.
We're hearing MiLo tried to seal the deal with at least two celeb weeklies over the results of his paternity: He's asking $10K for the story if he's not the dad -- and $20K if he is the dad. That's because he's also talking about selling the pictures of the first meeting between Lindsay and her new half-sister. People and OK! have politely declined his effed up offer.
And this was the guy who was slamming the girl's mom for selling pics to the tabs? Ma and Pot Kettle!
UPDATE: Michael Lohan tells us he never offered to sell anything to anybody, and calls our story "defamatory."

Lohan Maybe Momma Media Ho-han
The woman who's claiming she mothered Michael Lohan's illegit kid is milking the media for everything she can.
We're told that OK! magazine is actually paying for the DNA test that may prove Mike's the dad, and that Kristi Kaufmann is hawking pictures of the girl in question to other mags -- even though she proclaimed she wasn't going to. Yesterday, Michael Lohan snitched to us that Kaufmann's got a lot of skeletons in her closet, including a possible insurance fraud, though he didn't go into specifics.
For his part, Lohan tells us if the result is negative, the results will be released immediately. If the result is positive, he will take the time to speak to his children about it, face-to-face. Then he will release the information to the media. He is adamant that his children hear from him first.
OK!'s Executive Editor Rob Shuter says the mag has "no interest" in buying the test results.

50 Cent to Ex: G-G-G-Get Yo S**t and Get Out!
Victory is in the air for Fiddy once again as he wins another battle, but this time it ain't on the mic -- it's in court.
50 has won in his eviction case against his ex-girlfriend/baby mama. Even though they split up years ago, Shaniqua Tompkins, thought she had the "right" to stay in a house that 50 Cent purchased -- without consent! Reports revealed the judge presiding over the case ruled in favor of 50, denying Tompkins motion to stay in the house and granting Fiddy 9,000 bucks in court fees -- which Tompkins has to pay.
Also being kicked to the curb along with his ex is 50 Cent's 10-year-old son. Don't feel too bad for Shaniqua -- she gets a whopping $6,700 a month in child support payments. 50's ex is gonna get rich -- or die tryin'!
Ex to 50 I'm Squattin' in Da House!
50 Cent's baby mama thinks she has the "right" to stay in a house that he bought -- even though they split up years ago, and she's takin' his coin every month anyway.
Radar reports Shaniqua Tompkins wants to stay in her $2.4 million Dix Hills, Long Island mansion, and, in a new lawsuit, she's whining that the rapper is trying to kick her and their 10-year-old son to the curb. Tompkins already gets court-ordered child support every month from the rapper.
Shaniqua wants the court to "declare" that she has a "right" to live in the house. Fitty's reps didn't have any comment.
Nicole Richie Checks into Jail
Talk about a smart move! Nicole Richie snuck into jail today to serve her sentence for DUI.
She was booked at the Lynwood Jail, where Paris did her time, at 3:15 this afternoon. Great move by her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley. While all the attention was focused on Lindsay, no one was watching Nicole.
Nicole is being processed right now. Her photo hasn't even been taken. A Sheriff's guy says she's still being processed.
Nicole was sentenced to four days in the pokey for driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway while under the influence. She was given credit for 1 day because she was in the slammer for 6 hours after her arrest.
Because of overcrowding, it's possible -- but not certain -- Nicole will be a free woman when we all wake up tomorrow.
Miss Richie is pregnant with her first child.
Matt Leinart -- 'Acting' Like a Good Dad Should?
NFL stud Matt Leinart has scored himself another high profile job -- but TMZ has learned the pretty boy QB is busting his ass to make sure his new Hollywood gig doesn't interfere with his daddy duties.
A spy on the L.A. set of a new Adam Sandler project has confirmed that Leinart landed an acting role in the untitled flick, featuring "Scary Movie" star Anna Faris. While sources claim Leinart is serious about the part, we're told that he's only shooting on days he's not scheduled to visit his 9-month-old son with baby mama Brynn Cameron, and when he's free from any football obligations with the Arizona Cardinals. But according to Brynn, Leinart's "Hollywood stuff" is taking his focus away from being a good parent, as she complained to the Ventura County Star, "It's kind of hard for me as the mom ... he comes and goes whenever he wants."
When contacted by TMZ, Leinart's rep wouldn't talk about the movie, but assured the Cardinal faithful that "Matt is focused right now on his way to training camp. He has a job to do with the Arizona Cardinals. That's all we have to say about that."
As TMZ first reported, Leinart is embroiled in a nasty legal battle with his Cameron, who is asking for more than $30K a month in child support from the $50 million-contract jock.
