Jay Z's ball handling skills are impeccable ... even if Beyonce isn't impressed.

The couple hit up the Jazz-Clippers playoff game Sunday in L.A. and Hova couldn't resist feeling Bey's bump. She wasn't looking so thrilled at the moment, but then again ... she's doing all the heavy lifting.

The 2 have become regulars at Clippers games, but after the Game 7 loss -- the twins will be born into a world where Chris Paul and Blake Griffin's squad still hasn't made it to the NBA Finals.

Or even the Western Conference finals.

Ciara and Russell Wilson are the proud parents of a new baby girl ... the couple's first child together.

The singer and Seattle Seahawks QB both posted a photo of a pregnant Ciara Saturday welcoming Sienna Princess Wilson with the caption, "No matter how big the wave, we will always be your calm in the storm. We love you." Sienna came in at 7 lbs and 13 oz.

The baby is Russell's first and Ciara's second ... she's got a 2-year-old son with rapper Future.

Johnny Manziel ... future daddy?!

That seems to be the plan according to his fiancee, Bre Tiesi.

The ex-NFL quarterback and his soon-to-be bride were at Catch in L.A. when the "Wild 'N Out" model told us there could be kids in Johnny's future.

For now, Johnny says he still plans on getting back into the NFL -- but he wasn't exactly forthcoming with the details when we asked how the comeback is coming along.

By the way, it's only been 3 years since Manziel was taken with the 22nd pick of the 2014 NFL Draft. He's still only 24 years old.

April the Giraffe is coming back online post-birth ... but she needs some serious cash flow for the sake of the animals.

The indoor camera feed that captured the birth of April's baby will be re-launched next week. This one won't run 24/7 -- it'll have set times. This time we'll see April indoors and out.

Here's the catch ... April needs new sponsors, and the zoo she's staying at is taking bids.

Folks at the Animal Adventure Park tell us they're accepting 2 sponsors to help continue their conservation efforts -- one for the live stream, and another for the live web show next Monday where they'll announce the calf's name.

A third of the proceeds will go to the park, another third to the Giraffe Conservation Fund and the remainder to a charity -- Ava's Little Heroes -- that helps families with unforeseen medical costs.

As we reported ... April's live stream pulled in some big viewer numbers, with Toys 'R' Us sponsoring the live stream.

We did some checking, and it looks like the new deal could rake in 6 figures.

Serena Williams just confirmed her pregnancy announcement was made by accident ... but was only off by about 5 or 6 days.

The tennis star admitted to the social media flub Tuesday at a TED Talks conference in Vancouver with Gayle King -- where she said she had meant to take the pic in private ... but somehow blasted it out to the world.

Serena told Gayle ... "On social media, you press the wrong button and thirty minutes later I missed four calls and I’m like, ‘That’s weird.’"

Doesn't sound like she regrets the early announcement -- she said she was gonna publicly disclose it a few days later anyway. The news also came on the heels of her rising back to No. 1 in the women's tennis rankings ... which ain't bad for someone who hasn't played since January.

Unfortunately, it wasn't without controversy either. She had to deal with haters like former tennis pro Ilie Nastase, who made a racist comment about her future baby. Serena shut him down like a champ, though.

Jay Z and Beyonce have a carefully orchestrated escape plan to hide her baby bump whenever they're in public, and they rolled it out after dinner in Malibu.

The couple slipped out of Nobu Sunday night under heavy cover ... from bodyguards to choreographed SUVs. We'll say this ... their drivers pulled some slick maneuvers during the elaborate game of hide-that-belly.

It's weird though, because Beyonce hasn't been shy about sharing preggo shots ... she just posted a bunch more this weekend.

Guess she only trusts her photographers, and her security will continue playing linemen to shield her until babies #2 and 3 arrive.

Serena Williams is opening up about her pregnancy -- with an emotional message to her unborn child describing how the experience is changing her life.

Serena Williams' baby will be one the most physically gifted super-athletes of ALL TIME ... so says Glen "Big Baby" Davis.

Here's the deal -- Serena is arguably the greatest female athlete who ever lived. Her fiance, Alexis Ohanian, is 6'5" and smart (he's one of the co-founders of Reddit).

And with their super-DNA combined, Davis says he's convinced the result will be an ultra-smart, ultra-talented, insanely gifted Bo Jackson-style baby.

Flo Rida has a 7-month-old baby boy in NYC, but he's not in the child's life and he's not paying support ... according to the baby mama who's now taking him to court.

Alexis Adams says in docs, obtained by TMZ, she and Flo hooked up in December 2015, and had relations into mid-January 2016. She says little Zohar Paxton was born in September.

We're told Alexis is saying the child has hydrocephalus, water on the brain, and she's struggling to cover medical expenses for his treatment.

According to the docs, Flo has yet to acknowledge he's the father ... despite the fact a paternity test in December 2016 showed a 99.99% chance the kid is his. Alexis included the test results in her filing.

Serena Williams' rep is finally confirming -- after an oddly long delay -- the tennis superstar and her fiance, Alexis Ohanian, are expecting their first child.

No shocker here ... our sources told us it was true when Serena posted the shot of herself with the caption, "20 weeks." Her rep just released this statement: "I'm happy to confirm Serena is expecting a baby this Fall."

Here's the thing ... it's been about 7 hours since Serena let the cat out of the bag on Snapchat.

Hell, she might be 21 weeks pregnant by now! In any event ... mazel tov.

Beyonce is super pregnant, but you gotta have quick eyes to know, because she's definitely not posin' for the paps.

Bey was leaving Beauty & Essex Tuesday in L.A., and made a quick exit to her SUV in under 5 seconds -- while her security scrambled trying to shield the queen.

As you know, Bey is having twins and bailed on Coachella per doctor's orders. But clearly she's not bedridden.

Looks like she's rockin' her "Lemonade" braids again. Then again ... it was all such a blur.

Carmelo Anthony was messing around with a woman who now claims she's pregnant with his baby -- and as you can imagine, his wife, La La, is pissed ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Multiple sources tell us ... the other woman often works at a gentlemen's club in NYC, and we're told she's claiming to be 6 and a half months pregnant with Melo's child.

We're also told she has made it clear to Melo she expects him to kick in for medical expenses and other baby related costs.

Sources close to both Melo and La La are telling us the marriage has been rocky for a while -- and while the pregnancy wasn't the tipping point, it certainly didn't help.

So far, neither side has filed divorce papers but we're told there's virtually zero chance of a reconciliation.

Big win for J.R. Smith this weekend -- and it happened BEFORE the Cavs' playoff game!

J.R.'s micro-preemie daughter -- born at only 1 pound -- made another huge stride on Friday and had her very first bottle!

As we previously reported, Smith's wife, Jewel, gave birth to Dakota "Kota Bear" Smith in early January almost 5 months before her due date.

Though the odds were stacked against her, Kota is continuing to fight -- and being able to feed from a bottle instead of a feeding tube is a pretty big deal!

J.R. posted about the experience -- "My boo got her first bottle today! #proudofyoubaby #kotastrong."

It's just the latest in a series of impressive feats from the littlest Smith -- her breathing tube was removed last month and she's continuing to gain weight.

April the Giraffe finally gave birth Saturday morning after weeks of anticipation ... and it was insane!!

Her calf's front legs popped out early this morning and April walked around like that for well over an hour ... until finally the rest of her baby was ready to make an entrance.

First the head ... then the body ... then the rest of the gnarly stuff. Check it out!

April is currently licking her baby clean and it -- we don't know if it is a boy or a girl yet -- looks happy and healthy. Oh ... and the live stream sponsor just changed from Toys R Us to Babies R Us.

Way to go, April!!

The day has finally arrived ... April the Giraffe is about to give birth live on camera!!!

It's been a long time coming ... April's had a live stream camera pinned on her since February, when she was first expected to pop. It's attracted more than 80 million viewers and even picked up Toys 'R' Us as a sponsor.

It'll be the 4th calf for April, the first for her boo, Oliver. Oliver has been by April's side through the whole thing in the adjacent pen at the Animal Adventure Park in upstate New York.
