Sorry Dr. Spock, you will get NO LOVE from NBA star Brandon Jennings ... who says he won't be reading "no damn baby books" while his GF is pregnant.

The Detroit Pistons point guard recently announced that his model girlfriend Tae Heckard is with child -- it'll be Brandon's 3rd kid ... but his 1st with Tae.

Jennings says he's SOLID when it comes to parenting -- he changes diapers, he warms the milk, everything -- which is why he doesn't need another crash course in being a dad.

But when it comes to predicting the sex, Jennings says he's 100% certain this one's a boy -- since he's already got 2.

So, will he ever have a girl? "I don't know. We'll see. If my next baby mama's with it."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might very well be having a baby boy -- but don't read too much into those photos of them shopping for little boy clothes.

According to our sources, Kim and Kanye are playing it really close to the vest on the baby's sex right now -- maybe they know, maybe they don't ... but they're not saying.

Kimye was seen Monday afternoon purusing the boys section in a New York boutique, so the Internet collectively figured ... they must be having a boy! But we're told Kim and Kanye were shopping for something for Kourtney's daughter Penelope, and they just happened to be drawn to items in the boys section.

Not to mention ... they are holding up clothes for a toddler, not a newborn.

Kim Kardashian will be giving birth this winter ... because TMZ has learned she is three months pregnant.

According to our sources, Kim conceived some time in March ... which means she should be popping out a little West in December.

In Sunday night's "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," psychic John Edward told Kim he saw something with the number three, but wasn't sure what it meant. We're told Kim's a believer and thinks it means getting pregnant the third month of the year.

As for the mother-to-be, Kim was seen out Sunday afternoon in New York City.

BTW ... how awesome if they named the kid South West.

North West is going to be a big sister ... Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting baby #2.

After struggling to conceive, Kim made the big announcement Sunday night during "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

North was born on June 15, 2013, several weeks before her due date. Kanye and Kim have been trying for a second child for some time ... visiting several different specialists and fertility doctors.

No word yet on how far along she is or the sex of the baby.

Chris Brown just threw down a hip-hop papa challenge -- essentially putting Jay Z and Kanye West on notice ... that his baby girl is gunning for their daughters in the cute department.

It might seem like an odd way to mark Royalty's first birthday, but proud daddy Brown posted a 3-way split of Blue Ivy, North and his daughter.

Worth noting -- Chris put Royalty in the key center slot.

So, is he saying these are the cutest celeb babies out there? Or Royalty is THE cutest of them all?

By the way, Chris deleted the original post ... and added Wiz Khalifa's son Sebastian, and Tyga's son King -- so we're guessing this was just a big daddy shout out.

Pregnancy does a body good ... REALLY GOOD ... just ask the wife of NASCAR stud Kyle Busch -- who posted an UNBELIEVABLE bikini pic just one week after giving birth.

Samantha Busch posted a pic showing off her incredibly tight bod -- 6 days after popping out the couple's son Brexton Busch.

But Busch doesn't chalk up her super quick turnaround to good genes -- she worked her ass off during her pregnancy to stay fit and healthy.

In fact, Samantha blogged about her workouts ... crediting "Andrea Orbeck Pregnancy Sculpt" and "Suzanne Bowen’s Slim & Toned Prenatal Barre Workout" for keeping her fit while she was with child.

As for Kyle, he was raving about Samantha over the weekend ... saying, "She’s a champ. Samantha is my champion. No matter how well or how successful I ever am in my career, she’s got the championship trophy already on her mantle."

Robert Griffin III officially became a father Thursday, but he's going to have to wait a while for RG4 ... because his wife gave birth to a girl.

Rebecca Griffin squeezed out 7 lbs, 9 oz. of baby today ... and they named her Reese Anne.

Griffin posted a photo of the happy family, along with the Bible passage, "'For I know the plans I have for you,' says the Lord. 'They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.'"

Hope RG3 got a really, really good night's sleep last night. As he himself told us ... it's gonna be hard to come by now.

Bobby Brown shook off his legal battle with Whitney Houston's family, and spent some time celebrating his expanding family ... at a coed baby shower for his wife.

Bobby and Alicia Brown had about 60 people at their Woodland Hills home over the weekend for some traditional baby shower games, including that clothes pin thing -- whatever ya do, don't say "baby" at the baby shower. Seriously?

Anyway, we're told it was a welcome change of pace for Bobby following his fight to be named Bobbi Kristina's legal guardian. As we first reported ... the judge eventually named him co-guardian with Pat Houston.

At the shower ... Alicia proudly showed off her belly, which got a henna tattoo makeover during the party. As for the sex of the baby -- we're told the couple wants to be surprised.

Alicia is due some time this summer.

'Coach' and 'The Chin' weren't enough ... so now Bill Cowher can also go by 'Grandpa' -- his daughter Lindsay and her husband, Lakers forward Ryan Kelly, just had their first baby.

The baby ... Nile Jeremiah Kelly was born last night, and he's a big boy ... 8.8 lbs. and 22 in. long.

It's not known if Coach Cowher was actually at the hospital when Lindsay popped, but the ex-Steelers coach took a hands on approach with Lindsay's dating life ... at least according to his son-in-law, Ryan.

So, now that they have a baby boy ... the question: Dad is in the NBA, grandpa's an NFL coaching legend -- do you play football or basketball?

Miles Teller did not rescue a pregnant woman caught in a Miami riptide -- it was the pregnant woman who gave Miles a heads up ... jaws was lurking in the water.

Model Keleigh Sperry, who was spending a fun-filled day in the sun with the "Whiplash" star, says the pregnant woman came up to them "freaking out" that a shark was in the water. And the woman had a toddler on her back to boot.

Nonetheless, you can see from the pic Miles helped the very pregnant lady out of the water and harm's way.

He's awesome, and the shark didn't bite anyone.

Forget superpowers, Miles Teller's hero game is on fleek ... this weekend the "Fantastic Four" star and his GF swooped in and rescued a pregnant woman caught in a potentially deadly riptide in Miami.

It's pretty amazing ... Teller and GF Keleigh Sperry's romantic beach day was interrupted when an extremely pregnant woman began screaming for help just offshore ... without hesitation the two darted into action and tag-teamed a rescue effort that saved the woman's life.

Once on shore, the two made double sure the woman was alright and then parted ways.

Looks like playing Reed Richards definitely rubbed off on him ... as for the romantic beach day, if saving lives doesn't get you in the mood ... nothin' will.

Kate Middleton bounced back hours after giving birth to a little girl who is now 4th in line to become England's head honcho, thanks to Prince William.

The third in line to the throne briefly left the hospital Saturday where his wife, Kate Middleton, gave birth to the 8 lb. 3 oz. baby. William returned 10 minutes later with 1-year-old George.

Daughter and mom are doing great, and William -- who was present during the birth -- did not look the worse for wear.

The baby -- whose name has not been announced -- is now 4th in line for the throne, behind Charles, William and George ... and 5th if you count Tommen Baratheon.

Anna Chickadee Cardwell is pregnant ... but this time around grandma won't be in charge.

Chickadee tells TMZ, she and husband Michael are 6 weeks pregnant. If Mama June reads this it will be the first time she'll learn she's going to be a grandma 2 times over.

June was calling the shots after Anna's first baby, Kaitlyn, was born, but this time June will be allowed to visit when Anna's around, but that's it.

Anna says she doesn't trust her mom's judgment anymore, because when she was younger, June would leave her with various people for long periods of time. One of them was child molester Mark McDaniel.

Anna says the only men who she'll trust with the new baby will be her husband and Uncle Poodle.

But Anna knows the value of a buck ... she says that there's one thing Mama June will come in handy for ... diaper coupons.

The woman loves a good bargain.

Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher have made their first bouncing baby boy ... TMZ has learned.

We've obtained a copy of the birth certificate -- filed with the L.A. County Dept. of Public Health -- and it says Montgomery Moses Brian Baron Cohen was born on March 17.

It just came out last week they'd had the baby -- but they didn't say the name, sex or birth date.

MMBBC is the third child for Isla and the 'Borat' star. They have 2 daughters ... Olive, 7 and Elula, 4.

People don't want to believe model Sarah Stage gave birth to an 8 lb. baby -- especially since her belly only looked like it had a quarter pounder with cheese in it -- but here's photo proof of the big guy.

Sarah's son, James, is looking totally comfy and snug after his arrival on Tuesday. As we first told you ... James weighed in at 8 lbs. 7 oz, and 22 inches ... all above average measurements for newborns.

Sarah stirred controversy, disbelief, and probably some hatred -- when she posted selfies looking super skinny for any woman ... much less one who was 8-9 months pregnant.

We get the feeling she didn't mind the heat -- at least based on that lingerie pic she posted ... just HOURS before she officially attained MILF status.

Sofia Vergara's ex-fiance is suing her to prevent the actress from destroying the fertilized eggs they created when they were a couple because he still wants to have her baby.

It's a bizarre lawsuit. Nick Loeb claims he and Sofia made a contract back in November 2013 where they agreed to attempt to have children by means of in vitro fertilization. Her eggs were fertilized by his sperm and then frozen and kept at a Beverly Hills facility.

Nick claims Sofia now wants to destroy the eggs because they broke up, but he says he has the right to go forward because both parties have not agreed in writing to destroy the eggs.

Here's what's weird. Nick claims in the lawsuit, she physically abused him on 4 separate occasions, punching him in the face twice, kicked him and threw her phone at his head. And he claims she repeatedly berated him. If that's the case, it seems a little strange he wants a kid with her DNA.

In the documents, first reported by In Touch, Nick makes it clear he wants a child.
