Brody Jenner is a single man after splitting from Josie Canseco, and we know what you're thinking, but ... no, the breakup has nothing to do with his freshly single ex, Kaitlynn Carter.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Brody and Josie are telling friends they've broken up, and one of their main issues was their age difference -- Brody is 36 and Josie is 22. We're told they're just on different pages in life.

The timing is interesting ... as we first reported, Miley Cyrus ended things with Kaitlynn a few weeks ago. Remember, the two women were first linked when they were kissing in Italy ... just as Miley announced she'd separated from her husband, Liam Hemsworth. Of course, Kaitlynn and Brody had also just split.

We got Brody's mom, Linda Thompson, over the weekend at the Casamigos Halloween party in Bev Hills after our photog saw her hugging and chatting up Kaitlynn. Linda told us Brody and Josie are on opposite sides of the world, but claimed they were still dating.

However, our sources say they're definitely dunzo, and their social media backs that up -- Brody and Josie have already scrubbed each other from their accounts.

As for Brody and Kaitlynn -- we're told they still communicate, but there's no chance of a romantic reconciliation. While Brody is still in party animal mode ... she's ending that phase.

As we've first reported, Brody and Kaitlynn split this summer after he wouldn't commit to giving her the two things she wanted -- a baby and a legal marriage. Although they had a big ceremony in Indonesia in 2018, they never followed up with a marriage license in the States.

Shortly after that split, Brody and Josie hooked up ... which, in hindsight, looks pretty rebound-y.

Far as we know, Brody never got a chance to hit the batting cages with Josie's pops, Jose Canseco.

Jeff Bezos can no longer claim he's the richest person on Earth ... the distinction now belongs to Bill Gates.

The Amazon honcho lost his title during after-hours trading Thursday, according to Forbes, when the company's shares plummeted 7 percent, dropping Bezos' fortune to a paltry $103.9 BILLION. How will he ever survive?!?

Bill's net worth stands at $105.7 billion, meaning Jeff is now looking up for the first time in over a year. The horror.

The stock market isn't the only reason Jeff is now No. 2 ... he could still be on top if not for this year's insanely costly divorce with ex-wife MacKenzie, who took a huge chunk of his fortune. MacKenzie's net worth now stands at $32.7 billion, placing her among the top 20 in the world.

As we've reported ... Jeff and MacKenzie split following what they called a trial separation, and Jeff is now seriously dating Lauren Sanchez.

Gates has gotta be super pumped ... he's once again the baddest billionaire on the block after losing the world's richest label to Bezos in 2018 after holding the title for 24 years.

Don't shed a tear for Bezos ... he could soon reclaim the top spot if Amazon stock is able to bounce back.

Lamar Odom says he was an "immature punk" when he broke up with Taraji P. Henson back in the day ... admitting he had no idea how to tell her he was falling for another woman, Khloe Kardashian.

Odom and Taraji dated on the low in 2009 -- Lamar has previously credited Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt for helping them get together in the first place.

During a new interview for the TV One series "Uncensored," Odom admits he was head over heels for Henson ... at first.

"She was a little older than me, but I learned a lot from her because that was the most significant relationship as a grown-up that I had with a black woman."

"I used to carry her picture on the road with me," the ex-NBA star said ... "She gave me inspiration."

Odom says just thinking about Henson used to motivate him on the court -- things like "getting to see her" would motivate him to destroy teams.

So, where did things go wrong? When he met Khloe ...

Odom has said he felt it was love at first sight with KK (they married just 1 month after meeting) ... but Lamar didn't know to handle the situation with Taraji.

"Things ended with Taraji because of me being an immature punk. I didn't know how to tell her I was falling in love with another woman named Khloe Kardashian."

Odom doesn't say in the clip if the two are still friendly -- but Taraji has obviously moved on. She's now engaged to former NFL cornerback Kelvin Hayden.

As for Lamar, he and Khloe broke up in 2013 -- but the divorce wasn't finalized until 2016.

Lauren Sanchez is about to become fully available if Jeff Bezos is so inclined, because we've learned her divorce with husband Patrick Whitesell is about to become final.

Lauren and Patrick just filed legal docs declaring they used a mediator to hammer out the terms of their divorce, and it's now all ready for the judge's signature, making it final.

They will share joint physical custody of their son and daughter. As for the property settlement, it was made easy because, as TMZ reported ... they had a prenup.

We know the drill here ... the mediator was from the law offices of disso queen Laura Wasser, who also mediated a similar divorce with Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.

We're told the divorce will be final this month.

Patrick is a super eligible bachelor ... aside from being co-CEO at William Morris Endeavor, his estimated worth is around $100 million.

Jeff has already divorced MacKenzie Bezos, who is now one of the richest women in the world.

Lauren and Jeff have been super tight since they split from their respective spouses, and now the decks are cleared for (possibly) the next step. They've already been practically living together.

Kylie Jenner's stated that she and Travis Scott's main priority after breaking up is their daughter and their friendship ... so they focused on both with a fun family outing.

The ex-couple took Stormi to an L.A.-area pumpkin patch Tuesday ... and both of them shared photos of her having a blast in a cute little Halloween-themed outfit.

Kylie and Travis didn't snap any pics together, though ... and our sources say that's because they're not back on as a couple. However, we're told they have been spending time together and believe it's important to do stuff with their daughter as a team.

The pumpkin patch is the same spot they hit up last year as a family ... so they wanted to do it again for Stormi's sake.

JWoww's ex just broke his silence with a lengthy apology.

Zack issued his mea culpa Friday afternoon on his Instagram, saying he made a big mistake and taking responsibility for his actions in Vegas. Zack says he still loves JWoww and her kids, and vows to not make the same mistakes twice.

JWoww's done with her BF after the latest "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" episode ... which revealed he got handsy with Angelina in Vegas.

Sources close to JWoww tell TMZ ... she called it off with Zack Clayton Carpinello after seeing Thursday night's episode. She says she's hurt and feels disrespected by both Angelina and "someone who stated they loved me" ... Zack.

After watching the incident, which was shot 5 months ago, JWoww said on IG ... she was kept in the dark and "probably laughed at and made into a story line that will forever haunt me."

Here's the recap ... Zack, who's also known as 24 on the show due to his age, put his arm around Angelina's waist at a Vegas club. At one point, he put his hand on her leg and possibly touched her butt.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Snooki say they've tried reaching out to costar Ronnie Ortiz-Magro since his domestic violence arrest ... but claim he's gone radio silent.

The Sitch jumped on Snooki's podcast, "It's Happening with Snooki & Joey," and Mike revealed he's made multiple attempts to get in touch with Ronnie, but so far no dice. Ditto for Snooki ... who also lashed out at Ronnie's ex, Jen Harley, for being photographed showing off her alleged injuries stemming from an alleged violent encounter with Ronnie.

Mike says he fired off a stern message to Ronnie ... urging him to "wake the f**k up" before softening his tone. Snooki says she did the same before going off on Jen.

Snooki tore into Jen, "My thing is with Jen in this photo. 'Cause there’s a photo released. She’s out to lunch with Ariana. She’s wearing a tank top and shorts, and she has bruises everywhere. I feel like she went out intentionally to get a photo of her."

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley have had enough after their latest blowout -- we're being told they're finally calling it quits once and for all.

Sources close to the volatile couple tell TMZ ... both Ronnie and Jen feel like the domestic incident from last week was the straw that broke the camel's back -- albeit for different reasons. Still, we're told they realize they can't continue on in a relationship.

It sounds like they've both reached this conclusion separately, as our sources tell us, each person has been telling their own group of friends the same thing in terms of breaking up.

While there may be disagreement on who's ultimately at fault, it sounds like Ronnie and Jen are on the same page as to why they gotta end things ... their daughter's safety is jeopardized when they're together, and they can't risk that anymore.

Caitlin Upton, the former Miss Teen USA contestant who infamously mangled an answer about Americans and maps, has hammered out her divorce settlement ... such as the South Africa.

Charles McNeil filed to divorce Caitlin -- who interestingly goes by Caite Upton -- about a year ago, and according to the terms they've drawn up, Caite's biggest concerns were the family dog ... and her frequent flyer miles.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Caite's leaving the marriage, such as the Iraq, with a bank account worth $263 and their Husky, Aurora.

She also gets to keep her miles, and her personal property ... which we're guessing does not include a book of world maps.

You'll recall, Caite gained worldwide fame in 2007 when she was competing as Miss South Carolina Teen USA.

Liam Hemsworth's busting out the big guns ... in wake of his ex, Miley Cyrus, publicly flaunting her new man, Cody Simpson, and his glorious abs.

Liam's ripped arms and huge biceps were on full display Monday as he filmed some action scenes in a sleeveless tee for his upcoming new TV series, "Dodge & Miles."

Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is heading for splitsville with her husband -- for the second time -- TMZ has learned.

According to court records, obtained by TMZ, the freshman Representative -- and member of the so-called "Squad" -- filed for divorce Friday in Minnesota from her husband, Ahmed Hirsi, who is also the father of her 3 kids.

The filing comes on the heels of Rep. Omar denying a split from her husband. The breakup rumors started after her campaign consultant Tim Mynett's wife filed for divorce, alleging an affair between Mynett and Omar. She also denied the affair.

Miley Cyrus got spooked over how quickly her relationship with Kaitlynn Carter was developing ... so she pulled the plug and bailed.

Actor Danny Cooksey's wife of over 20 years, Amber, just filed legal docs asking a judge to make the split official. According to her divorce petition, obtained by TMZ, she's citing irreconcilable differences ... and says their date of separation is June 1, 2019.

Danny -- who played little Sam McKinney on the hit sitcom in the later seasons, and also starred on Nickelodeon's "Salute Your Shorts" -- got hitched to Amber in 1998 ... and the couple had 2 children together, Jackson Paul and Zoe Leigh.

Zoe is 21, but Jackson is only 8 years old. Amber is asking for sole legal and physical custody of him, with visitation rights for Danny. She also wants the court to award her spousal support, and to block any attempt by Danny to get spousal support from her.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have separated -- either temporarily or permanently -- but they don't see the need for a child custody agreement, and that follows a long tradition in the Kardashian clan.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, none of the sisters have ever put pen to paper to set the ground rules for custody. Our sources say Khloe and Tristan don't have a written custody agreement regarding True, and Kourtney and Scott also don't have anything in writing -- mind you, they have 3 kids.

When relationships hit the rocks and kids are involved, it's typical for parents to run to their lawyers and to court with a very specific custody arrangement -- how much physical and legal custody does each parent get, who gets the kid(s) for various holidays, who pays child support, etc. There are no such agreements with Kylie, Khloe and Kourtney.

We're told they've been trying to make the relationship work for a while, but several weeks ago they decided to step away -- at least for now. Worth noting ... Kylie hasn't posted anything with Travis since Sept. 10.

They were inseparable over the summer -- taking that crazy yacht trip with friends and family for Kylie's birthday. They also took a vacay together earlier this year -- in March -- after a rough patch where she thought Trav was cheating. He denied that.
