Joe Exotic and his fiancé, Seth Posey, have called it quits ... telling us the decision was mutual.

The 'Tiger King' recently sent us a letter, saying he just wasn't getting enough support from Seth to help him get sprung from prison, while also claiming Seth could no longer take the public pressure of dating such a famous figure.

In the one-page letter, Joe gave Seth props for speaking with him by phone for the last 2 years and helping him "mentally fight cancer." Joe also wished Seth and his "amazing" mom all the best in the future.

But, Joe had one more surprise, teasing that he has a new beau ... "Someone older, much more mature and supportive will be a huge part of my life soon."

As you know ... Joe has been a dude magnet in federal prison ever since he was convicted in 2020 for a murder-for-hire scheme and sentenced to 22 years.

After his split from Dillon Passage in 2021, Joe held an online 'Bachelor King' competition, accepting applications to be his new boyfriend. Seth applied and became the lucky winner, but the two broke up and then got back together. In between, Joe briefly dated fellow inmate John Graham, who cut off the relationship after he was released from prison.

Then there's Joe's very public battle with prostate cancer, which has complicated matters. As we reported in February ... Joe didn't think he had much time left on this Earth so he signed a will, leaving everything he had to Seth.

Bijou Phillips lists the estranged couple's date of separation as "TBD" in the legal docs, and says it was "irreconcilable differences" that led to the end of their marriage. She asks for spousal support, attorneys fees and that her legal name be restored to Bijou Phillips.

Bijou wants legal and physical custody of their 9-year-old daughter and is willing to allow visitation for Danny.

Bijou Phillips has made the decision to end her marriage with Danny Masterson, less than two weeks after he got 30 years to life for rape.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Bijou filed to end things Monday in a California court. Her attorney, Peter A. Lauzon, tells TMZ, "Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter."

He continues, "This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter."

Bijou stood by Masterson throughout his rape trial and re-trial ... even accompanying him at his sentencing hearing.

Danny was convicted on two counts of rape in May, but the jury was hung on the 3rd count. He was first charged back in 2020, with the 3 women saying the incidents went down between 2001 and 2003.

Bijou and Danny have one daughter together, born in 2014 ... and reports stated Bijou was devastated after his sentencing. In a letter used as a character reference in his sentencing hearing, Bijou called Danny, "a life-saving partner to me.”

As we reported, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis received a ton of heat for letters of support they wrote for Masterson, speaking to his character and their friendship with the actor. Both issued an apology in the wake of the backlash, and Ashton stepped down from his position within the anti-child sex abuse org he co-founded.

In it, Bijou said he was a "live-saving" man who spent his time during his rape allegations farming to help support his family -- and pointed out the ways he helped young actors stay away from the dark side of fame -- another thing Ashton and Mila noted in their letters.

She also said she still couldn't accept that he raped 2 women ... something he was found guilty of months before.

Bijou reportedly let out a wail in the courtroom when he was found guilty back in May ... Judge Olmedo had to tell her to keep her composure or step out of the courtroom.

It may be the most shocking turn of events this year ... the divorce war between Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner is now history, because they have SETTLED UP!!!

As improbable as a settlement seemed, there were signs it might happen. As we reported, Kevin's legal team, headed up by disso queen Laura Wasser, won a series of legal skirmishes, particularly in the child support department. Wasser submitted paperwork to the court saying Kevin's monthly obligation should be $63k a month. Christine wanted $248k a month, and after a 2-day evidentiary hearing in Santa Barbara earlier this month, Judge Thomas Anderle sided with Kevin.

The judge also made it pretty clear ... the prenup would be enforced, and if Christine challenged it she would have to repay Kevin more than $1 million and pay his attorney's fees for the prenup fight. Apparently, Christine saw the handwriting on the wall and agreed over the weekend to the terms of a 3-page settlement letter.

The 2 were married for 18 years and had 3 kids together. Christine filed for divorce back in May and asked for joint custody. Kevin also asked for joint custody. We don't know the details of the settlement, but it looks like Christine's $850,000 fee request is off the table.

Although the prenup is enforceable, our sources say Christine got more than what was prescribed in the doc ... for the sake of settlement.

Did not see this one coming.

Ariana Grande is following in her boyfriend Ethan Slater's footsteps ... because she's also officially filed for divorce from her husband of 2 years, Dalton Gomez, and he's filed too.

Ariana's lawyer, Laura Wasser, filed first Monday ... citing the boilerplate "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for divorce.

Dalton immediately followed suit, filing his response in a clearly-coordinated effort. We're told everything was worked out before going to the courthouse. Sources say Ariana will cut Dalton a check, and that will be that.

BTW ... they had a prenup. The date of separation is February 20, 2023.

As for why it took so long between the date of separation and the divorce filings, a source with direct knowledge tells us the two took their time to iron out details and settle. Our source says there are no hard feelings ..."they’ve been really caring and respectful of one another every step of this process."

As we reported, Ariana began dating her "Wicked" costar, Ethan Slater, after splitting with Dalton while filming the flick overseas ... a bombshell that sent fans wild.

Since then, Ethan's filed for divorce from his wife, Lilly Jay. The 2 were high school sweethearts and tied the knot in 2018. They also share a kid together, whom they welcomed last year.

Sources also told us Ethan "desperately" wants to co-parent their kid in the midst of their divorce ... and both of them have apparently agreed.

Neither Ariana or Dalton have commented publicly on their divorce.

"Dancing With The Stars" is always down to tap into the biggest rumors in H-Wood, and almost had a ménage à trois for the ages.

As you know, Mauricio Umansky will be puttin' his dancing shoes on for the upcoming season. What you DIDN'T know ... we've learned producers also reached out to his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, and her good friend, Morgan Wade.

Well, the ladies gave DWTS a 1 out of 10 for that proposal, but wouldn't it have been awesome? We're guessing all 3 would have had professional dancers as partners, but maybe they would have tried something new if the troika was fully on board.

We're told the 3 of them were all approached at the same time, but Kyle and Morgan passed. Both women are now in Paris, shooting Morgan's documentary.

Thing is ... there'd be no tension had it happened. We know Mauricio and Kyle are still getting along great, and even Mauricio and Morgan seem kosher.

Kyle and Mauricio are still living under the same roof, although their status is still "separated."

Check out what he had to say about it in person ... the videographer was wondering what sort of personal growth he and Deborra-lee would be pursuing -- something they alluded to in their remarks -- and Hugh actually gave the guy the time of day, in a very polite way.

For starters, HJ says he doesn't feel right discussing the matter right then and there in an impromptu interview -- which is fair. He says he appreciates the photog's thoughts, but when the guy pushes a bit further ... Hugh says flat out, they're going through a hard time.

The pap pivots to "Deadpool 3" and asks when he thinks they might be able to resume filming -- and Hugh says as soon as they're allowed to ... referencing the ongoing strike.

Like we said ... he couldn't have been more graceful here. Considering how personal of a situation it is and Hugh's private nature -- he handled this interaction as well as possible.

Hugh and Debora-lee were one of these longtime couples who everyone thought would stand the test of time ... but as we've seen a lot this year already, some of the sturdiest relationships in Hollywood are seeing their end.
