Jim Kelly My Cancer Has Returned ... 'Pray For Me'

Sad news for Buffalo Bills legend Jim Kelly ... who just announced his oral cancer has returned.

Kelly was initially diagnosed with oral cancer back in 2013. He beat it once -- and then it resurfaced. He beat it again. Now, Kelly says he's facing round 3.

"The oral cancer we hoped would be gone forever has returned," Jim said in a statement.

"As our family has faced many trials and triumphs throughout the years, you have blessed us with your prayers. We are asking for those prayers once again."

"Although I was shocked and deeply saddened to receive this news, I know that God is with me."

He added, "With all of you by my side, we will fight and win this battle together. Staying 'Kelly Tough' and trusting God, will carry us through this difficult time."

Jim's wife, Jill, also commented ... saying, "The cancer is back. We are shocked, heartbroken, sad, angry, confused, and just darn tired."

"Yet, despite how we feel, we KNOW that God is a promise maker and keeper."

"The more life and heartbreak I experience, the more I realize that this is not the end of the story. Life is temporary. And short. But eternity...is FOREVER."

Ex-NFL Linebacker Murdered By Cocaine Dealers ... Officials Say

Ex-NFL linebacker Robert Eddins -- who played briefly with the Buffalo Bills -- was shot to death in a basement by 3 drug dealers ... officials say.

Eddins and another man, Ricardo McFarlin, were murdered in 2016 in an "execution style" shooting at Robert's grandmother's home in Detroit.

Now, officials have charged 3 men in connection with the killings -- Michael Griffin, Dennis Epps and Mariano Garcia. Officials say all three men were part of a plot to deal more than 5 kilos of cocaine and heroin.

Prosecutors say the suspects traveled from Alabama to Detroit specifically to kill Eddins -- and in the process, killed the other man as well.

Cops say both victims were found with gunshots to the head.

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration issued a statement on the case ... saying, "The murders of Eddin and McFarlin is just another example of how violence is intertwined with drug trafficking."

Eddins signed with the Bills in 2011 after going undrafted out of Ball State. He also played with Buffalo in 2012 but only appeared in 1 regular season game.

He later went on to play in the Canadian Football League.

O.J. Simpson Back Rooting for the Bills ... And Guess Where?

1:28 PM PT -- The Bills lost and are out of the playoffs. Looks like O.J. isn't that much of a good luck charm after all ... whodathunkit?

O.J. Simpson was seen rockin' a Buffalo Bills jersey as his ex-NFL team took on the Jaguars in the playoffs this weekend ... but the Juice isn't loose in Florida.

A bunch of pics featuring O.J. in the ol' blue and white were posted Sunday, showing the former running back hanging with some fellow fans as the Bills/Jaguars game started.

At first, a lot of people speculated Simpson had left Nevada and was on the ground in Jacksonville, FL -- where the game is being played ... which mighta been a problem considering he's out on parole, and presumably can't leave the state on whim's notice.

However, upon closer inspection ... we've found that Simpson has not left Nevada. In fact, it appears he's still in Vegas ... having mugged at a local bar called Moon Doggies. There's even a sign in the back that says "Go Rebels" ... which is UNLV's football team name.

Coast is clear, Jacksonville ... back to the second quarter action.

The job -- bring the pain to Bills QB Tyrod Taylor along with the rest of the Sacksonville "savages" ... and get the Jags into the next round of the playoffs.

But if they fall short -- will Marcell and co. be satisfied with ending the team's 10-year playoff drought?

HEAT OF THE MOMENT
"Kirk and Callahan" WEEI

TB12 spoke with 'Kirk and Callahan' on WEEI Monday morning and addressed the hit on Tre'Davious White -- resulting in a concussion -- saying Gronk lashed out after growing frustrated with unfair calls earlier in the game.

"It's an emotional game and these are like spur of the moment things, they just happen," Brady says.

"You always love to keep your cool all the time but you're in a sport where you're trying to run and block and hit and tackle and be physical and aggressive. That's why people tune in."

"I think if it was a pillow fight, people wouldn't tune in to watch."

When he was asked whether Gronk deserves to be suspended, Brady defended his teammate ... saying, "I certainly hope not."

Troy Aikman Super Bowl Jersey Hits Auction Block ... Could Fetch $100K!! (Update)

1:45 PM PT -- We've spoken with a rep for Grey Flannel Auctions who tells us they've done their homework authenticating the jersey. They say unique features of the jersey -- rips, stitching pattern, etc. -- have been matched with high-quality photographs from the game.

"We believe photos show this is the same jersey," GFA says.

8:45 AM PT -- Troy Aikman says the jersey is not authentic. The auction house believes it is. We are going to make some calls and try to clear it up.

Start saving up, Cowboys fans ... 'cause Troy Aikman's GAME-WORN Super Bowl XXVII jersey is hitting the auction block ... and it ain't gonna come cheap!!

Aikman's threads -- which he wore during his 4-touchdown MVP performance against the Buffalo Bills -- have remained in original condition (unwashed) since the 1993 game.

If that ain't enough to make you reach for your wallet ... O.J. Simpson did the coin toss, and Michael Jackson performed at halftime.

A scofflaw tried inserting himself in the Patriots / Bills game Sunday by firing a dildo on to the field.
