LeSean McCoy has been hit with a lawsuit by two off-duty cops who say the Buffalo Bills running back and his crew beat the hell out of them during a bar fight in Philly.

The officers behind the suit, Darnell Jessie and Roland Butler, claim they were partying at Recess Lounge back in February when McCoy and his crew attacked them.

An attorney for the officer told ESPN both men suffered "serious and permanent injuries."

The officers are also suing Recess and 3 members of McCoy's party -- Curtis Brinkley, Tamarcus Porter and Christopher Henderson.

The Buffalo Bills are retiring Bruce Smith's jersey Thursday night -- but the most stylish tribute will come from his old teammate Andre Reed.

Reed -- who played with Smith on the '90s Super Bowl team -- hit up Billy Hobbs of True Blue Customs (the guy who made Avery Williamson's 9/11 cleats) and asked him to pimp out a pair of Nike Air Force 1s.

The result -- a nautical blue and red tribute ... complete with the Bills logo and an image of the legendary defensive end right on the shoes.

It gets better ... we're told Andre and Bruce will autograph the kicks and auction them off -- with proceeds benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Buffalo.

Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak aren't letting Kroy's release from the Buffalo Bills get them down ... and they're throwing down some casino cash to prove it.

We got pics of the reality TV couple at Harrah's in Murphy, NC on Saturday ... one day after Kroy was cut. It appears he's cashing out, which is probably a good idea -- since his NFL paychecks might be coming to an end.

He's out in Buffalo ... but Kroy Biermann says he's absolutely NOT considering hanging up his cleats for good.

As we previously reported, Kim Zolciak's hubby was released by the Bills early Friday morning -- despite the fact the linebacker signed a 1 year contract before training camp.

TMZ Sports spoke with Kroy's agent, Buddy Baker, who says 30-year-old Kroy was still impressive in camp despite getting to Buffalo "late in the process."

Baker says getting cut in Buffalo is "just another bump in the road and no reflection on Kroy and what he's capable of."

Bad news for Kim Zolciak ... the Buffalo Bills have 86'd her husband, Kroy Biermann, in their latest round of cuts.

Kim Zolciak's left arm is getting a serious workout thanks to the 11 karats worth of ice her husband just put on her for their 5th anniversary.

Kroy Biermann slipped the new diamond on her a few months early, but you know Kim's not complaining. The couple got married on 11/11/11 ... hence the karat count for the gift, we're told.

Our sources say the NFL linebacker dropped $100k on the piece and keep in mind ... Kim was already hauling a 10 karat engagement rock! Modern etiquette says 5th anniversary gifts should be silverware -- but imagine her face if he'd gone that route.

Kroy's playing for the Buffalo Bills this season, so Kim's gonna be solo in Atlanta for a few months.

TMZ Sports has obtained footage from the night Buffalo Bills rookie running back Jonathan Williams was arrested for drunk driving ... and at one point he begs the officer for mercy because he just got drafted.

Williams -- who was selected in the 5th round of the 2016 Draft -- was pulled over on July 14th in Arkansas.

The cop clearly suspects Williams is drunk and gives him various field sobriety tests including "walk the line" -- Williams bombed that.

Despite the fact he copped to drinking a 40 ounce before getting behind the wheel, Williams refused a breathalyzer and was placed under arrest.

Once in the backseat of the cop car, a desperate Williams tries to explain his situation -- saying he was with a woman who was WAY more drunk than he was ... and he tried to do the noble thing by driving so she wouldn't have to.

Williams tells the cop he doesn't want the officer to jeopardize his integrity -- but then drops the whole, "I just got drafted" line ... and says, "I'm really not trying to be in any type of trouble."

Rex Ryan's outspoken support for Donald Trump has NOT created a divide in his locker room ... so say multiple Buffalo Bills players.

Of course, Ryan introduced Trump at a rally in NY Monday night -- praising him as a guy who has the courage to say what everyone's thinking.

Some of Trump's comments have been extremely controversial ... so, we called up some Bills players to see if Ryan's strong public support would be a problem with the team.

But the guys we spoke with tell us ... they may not see eye to eye with Ryan politically, but that will NOT affect what goes on at work.

Defensive end Jarius Wynn told us, "[Coach] is a grown man. If he wants to go see him and speak at his rally, that’s fine with me. I don’t see a problem with that. It’s no big deal.”

"[Ryan is] a great man and we respect him no matter what he does outside of football. At the end of the day, he’s here to help us win games, so his views and who he votes for doesn’t matter. We’re here to play football."

We also spoke with cornerback Corey White who joked that Ryan's speech will be "entertainment to us for a couple days and then it’ll be over. We’ve all got our strong views. It’s just fun locker room talk.”

"Honestly, we’re just focused on beating the Patriots. We’ve still got coach’s back 100%."

The 'Real Housewives' shows have a big problem ... they build their seasons around romances that blow up before the shows air.

Porsha Williams is the latest R.H. star who happily filmed burgeoning love that flamed out. She hooked up with Buffalo Bills star Duke Williams and they cavorted for season 6 shows, but when the cameras stopped rolling they stopped too, only after a few months of dating.

The problem ... viewers know the relationship is history, so the storyline doesn't ring true.

Porsha doesn't have a problem scoring a touchdown on the playing field ... she just can't hold out for the win.

It also happened on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," when Brandi Glanville dated a real estate agent but they were dunzo before the shows aired.

This is pretty cool ... Buffalo Bills safety Aaron Williams received an outpouring of love from teammates and Patriots players after suffering a neck injury on Sunday -- with one teammate bringing over a home cooked meal ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Williams was hospitalized after a nasty collision with Julian Edelman on Sunday -- but was released a short time later.

We spoke with Aaron's mom, Val Williams, who tells us she was "terrified" during the incident -- especially because she was at the game and tried to get to her son while he was down on the field.

"I was at the 28th row and ran all the way down to the 1st row when I saw he wasn’t moving ... people were just praying with me."

The next day, Val says Aaron's teammates went above and beyond to show their support.

"Corey Graham (safety) came over to his house and his wife made some food for Aaron, and the whole team has just been coming in bunches checking on him just seeing what he needs offered him rides to work."

Aaron's dad, Anthony, says his son's even getting love from the enemy -- Patriots players and fans ... including Pats DT Malcolm Brown, who called to check in.

The Buffalo Bills are NOT taking shots at Tom Brady's Deflategate debacle ... they're just innocently trying to sell some ball pumps, and it just happens to be the same week Brady's coming to town.

Yes, the citizens of Buffalo know a joke when they see one, because the Bills team store can barely keep the pumps on shelves. Of course, it looks like a brilliant piece of trolling, but the store insists it's not.

The manager tells TMZ Sports it's not like they started selling the pumps this week -- they've been doing it since the start of the season ... when they knew full well Brady and the Pats were coming to town in week 2.

He does admit, "No one bought them until this week. Now they're going fast."

Rex Ryan is 100% sticking it to his old team by signing the player who broke Geno Smith's jaw ... according to former NFL stud Shawne Merriman.

IK Enemkpali was signed by the Buffalo Bills yesterday -- 24 hours after the Jets booted him for tuning up Smith, and when we got former Bills star Merriman at LAX ... he said it's totally gamesmanship on Rex's part.

He added, "I should have never posted it and I take blame for it. But for the record, it was no weird orgy thing going on."

The dude sounds sad about the whole thing ... but not as sad as Bills head coach Rex Ryan who told reporters he's bitter ... because he wasn't invited!!

"I did not get an invite," Rex said ... "I'm a little disappointed about that. But maybe next year."

Buffalo Bills lineman coach Aaron Kromer just plead NOT GUILTY to beating up a young boy at a Florida beach earlier this month.

As we previously reported, Kromer was arrested for allegedly confronting a group of kids at a beach and accusing them of taking his beach chairs.

Kromer allegedly pushed one of the kids to the ground and punched him in the face -- and then threatened to kill their families if they told anyone about the incident.

Kromer and his son were charged with misdemeanor battery. His son also plead not guilty.

LeSean McCoy will not be denied access to smoking hot chicks -- even though the Buffalo Bills are crapping on his "females only" party -- he found plenty of hot chicks on the Vegas Strip.

'Shady' looked like the main attraction while partying last week at Encore Beach. We just got these pics of him hanging out shirtless and posing with every bikini babe within arms reach.

The Bills new RB got in hot water with team officials on Thursday for using the Bills logo on an Instagram invite to a party -- strictly for chicks. The party was scheduled for Sunday night, but it's unclear if it's still a go.

Rex Ryan is about to jump out of a plane ... and shockingly it has nothing to do with his 4-12 record last season.

The Buffalo Bills coach hooked up with the U.S Army Parachute Team -- aka The Golden Knights -- to do a little thrill-seeking up near Niagara Falls.

Before the jump, Rex told the media ... "This is no big deal to me. I just like doing stuff like this ... thrill-seeking and things like that."

Ryan said the soldiers had given him 3 important pieces of advice when jumping -- but forgot the last two.
