It took four years .... but "Jackass" star Chris Pontius -- aka Party Boy -- is finally free to throw on his g-string and grind on whoever he wants (guilt-free) 'cause a judge just finalized his divorce, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Chris was hit with divorce papers in 2011, two years after he had separated from his wife Claire Nolan. The two had married back in 2004.

Math Fact -- they had been separated almost as long as they had been married.

As far as assets go, the couple had two homes -- one in the Hollywood Hills (he got that) and one in Ireland (she got that) ... this, according to the judgment, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ.

As far as the other stuff goes ...

Chris got ... his 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser, his royalties from "Jackass" and "Wildboyz," everything in their American investment accounts, and an unknown amount of credit card debt.

Claire got ... a vintage 1965 International Scout (see below), her engagement ring, a check from Chris for $200,000 dollars and whatever's left in their Irish bank account.

We reached out to Pontius for comment -- so far, no word back.

Joe Scarborough -- host of MSNBC's "Morning Joe" -- quietly divorced his wife of 12 years back in January ... TMZ has learned.

The 50-year-old former Florida congressman filed the divorce docs in Connecticut back in September 2012 ... seeking to end his marriage to Susan Waren, a former aide to FL Gov. Jeb Bush. The two were married in 2001.

The former couple have 2 minor children together -- a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old.

There have been rumors for years that Scarborough has a thing for his "Morning Joe" co-host Mika Brzezinski (who is married btw). And the sexual tension between the two is so apparent, they addressed it during a media event in 2009 ... denying having any sort of romantic feelings for each other.

It's not Scarborough's first brush with divorce -- the conservative pundit ended his 1st marriage to Melanie Hinton back in 1999 after 13 years together. Joe and Melanie had 2 children together, who are now adults.

Bruce Jenner's 2 boys blame Kris Jenner for robbing them of their father and they are more than happy over the split ... sources connected to the family tell TMZ.

Brody and Brandon Jenner became estranged from their dad when he married Kris in 1991. They were raised by their mom, Linda Thompson and David Foster, who married Linda after she divorced Bruce. We're told the boys were devastated, and believed their real dad abandoned them.

What's more ... our sources say Brody and Brandon believe Kris is the one who convinced Bruce to jettison them, in favor of his new family. They have bitter feelings toward Kris, which endure even today.

We're told Brody and Brandon know ... Bruce didn't pay child support for 10 years, and after that only $1,500 a month. Again, they believe Kris was pulling the strings.

So now Bruce is living in Malibu, close to Brody and Brandon, and they are reconnecting with Bruce in what we're told is "an adult relationship."

Here's what no one will say out loud -- Bruce got sick of being alienated from his children, and one benefit of the separation is to rebuild and make good.

One final thing ... you may wonder why Brody and Brandon have appeared on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," a show driven by Kris. We're told the boys have done everything they could to get close to their dad, and they felt if the show filled that bill ... so be it.

Katie Holmes has broken out of her frumpy phase in a SERIOUS way ... strutting around the streets of NYC today looking downright sexy.

Of course, Katie has never really been unattractive, but there was a rough period ... right before she broke things off with Tom Cruise.

Khloe Kardashian wants to divorce Lamar Odom -- even though she hasn't pulled the trigger -- and there will be NO disputes because everything is predetermined by their prenup ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... Khloe is "anxious" to end the marriage but, as we first reported, she hasn't had papers drawn up because she fears it could push Lamar over the edge -- she's worried he'll OD or commit suicide.

But we're told Khloe is waiting for the right time to make her move, and when she does the divorce will go without a hitch. That's because the prenup keeps the assets of Khloe and Lamar separate ... sources familiar with the document tell TMZ.

In fact, we're told Lamar is so deep into the world of drugs, he's in no position to start haggling, even if there were something over which to haggle. As we reported, Lamar has been using crack off and on for months, among other drugs, and is probably legally incompetent to negotiate anything.

One more thing. There are stories floating around that there's an "infidelity clause" in the prenup, giving Khloe more money if Lamar had cheated. All of our sources make it clear -- NO SUCH CLAUSE is in the prenup.

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian finally came back together in public -- for the first time in months -- and all it took for them to reunite was Kris Jenner getting separated.

Khloe and Lamar were photographed driving together -- she had the wheel, he rode shotgun -- near her mom's home in Calabasas ... right around the time news broke about Kris and Bruce Jenner's split on Tuesday.

Nothing too warm and fuzzy about the look on their faces in the SUV ... but it is the first time KK and LO did anything together -- besides discussing his drug addiction -- since early summer.

Despite the fact they appear to be rallying for Kris ... our sources say Khloe and Lamar's marriage is still much closer to being over than reconciled.

Former NBA player and ESPN analyst Antonio Davis' wife wants out of her marriage, claiming, among other things, her hubby has stolen money from her by raiding their bank account.

Kendra Rae Davis filed legal docs back in June to end their 19-year marriage. Since then she claims Antonio's been blowing through money that belongs to both of them -- she claims that's a bozo no-no while a divorce is pending.

Here are the stats ... She says since July, Antonio has pulled $133,510 from their joint checking account. She says he also bought himself a house using $563,041 of joint funds.

Antonio fired back in a letter to her ... the house purchase was in the works before divorce papers were filed, so tough.

Kendra wants Antonio to pay back the loot -- and pay her legal bills, too.

It's between the wife and kids of Casey Kasem -- his kids have just filed legal docs to win a conservatorship, seizing control from their stepmom ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Casey's 3 adult kids have been blocked from even seeing their ailing dad -- who is suffering from advanced Parkinson's.

Our sources say the kids gave Jean an ultimatum over the weekend ... deal with them or else they'd file legal docs today. We're told it was radio silence at Jean's house, so family sources tell us .. the kids just made their move.

Wrestling control from Jean -- who has been married to Casey for 33 years -- will be next to impossible, but they're definitely trying.

As for what caused the rift, we're hearing different stories from both sides -- pretty typical.

Khloe Kardashian has taken NO steps to divorce Lamar Odom ... because she's afraid he'll die or kill himself if she does ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... barring a miracle, Khloe thinks divorce is "inevitable." But she's afraid if she files, Lamar will overdose and die or be pushed over the edge and commit suicide.

Our sources say Khloe has put her life on hold, and at some point she has to take care of herself.

Khloe, we're told, is just too afraid to pull the trigger. So for now, no divorce papers have been drawn up and there's no plan for that to happen in the immediate future.

Usher's ex-wife, Tameka, wants a judge to punish him for being a lousy dad who does whatever the hell he pleases with their kids and makes her life a living hell ... this according to court documents she's filed in Georgia.

The problem ... she says ... back in July, Usher stormed out of a co-parenting class they were ordered to attend ... and he hasn't been back since. She says she's begged him to return -- but so far, he's just ignored her.

Usher has primary custody of their two sons ... but she says he's supposed to make important family decisions with her -- especially decisions about schooling, travel and activities.

Tameka says ... he's shut her out. She never knows where he takes the boys or what he's doing with them. She's especially pissed that he signed up one of the boys for football practice -- without her approval.

She wants a judge to hold Usher in contempt and order him to be a better co-parent.

Former pro baseball star Gabe Kapler has filed for divorce from his wife of 14 years ... and in the divorce docs he's made it clear -- he wants his maiden name back!

Kapler -- who's now an analyst on Fox Sports 1 -- filed the docs in L.A. County Superior court in an effort to end his marriage to Lisa Kapler, who he married back in 1999.

According to the docs, Gabe is serving as his own lawyer in the divorce ... and appears to have filled out the complicated docs himself ... which might explain some of the strange requests.

For example -- Gabe checked the box asking to have his former name restored ... and included the name "Jansen" ... his wife's maiden name. Oops.

Kapler also checked the box asking for spousal support ... odd, considering he earned millions of dollars over his 12 year MLB career. Again, ooops.

The couple has two minor children together. Gabe is asking for joint custody.

7:36 AM PT -- Well, our suspicions were correct ...

We spoke to Gabe who confirms there WAS a clerical error made on the document and that he's now "looking into it."

Charlie Sheen chose his current favorite ex-wife for a trip to show the kiddies how much fun it can be to stab a pumpkin in the face.

Denise Richards and Charlie took the twins he had with Brooke Mueller ... along with Denise's adopted daughter Eloise (yeah, it's complicated) to Underwood Farms in Moorpark.

Denise is the temporary legal guardian of twins Bob and Max while their biological mother Brooke tries to get clean.

Ducharme says the scaffolding was defective or damaged ... and it was the ex-WWE champ's responsibility to make sure the equipment was safe.

Ducharme wants more than $15k to cover the pain, disfigurement, loss of enjoyment of life, yada yada yada.

A rep for Cena had no comment.

Khloe Kardashian had a nuclear confrontation with Lamar Odom that could be the last straw in their marriage ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported ... Lamar went to their Tarzana house Tuesday ... to pick up some clothes and speak with Khloe. Now we know what was said ... and what she found.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Lamar told her he had been sober for 3 days and planned to stay sober on his own ... without going to rehab. We're told Khloe recoiled in anger, telling Lamar he was in denial and needed rehab. She also said she wanted nothing to do with him until he entered an inpatient program.

Our sources say at some point during the meeting, Khloe found a pipe with a stash that looked like crack in a baggie. It's not clear if she found it on his person or the clothes he was picking up from the house.

Sources close to Lamar tell us Khloe went ballistic, calling Lamar a "liar" and telling him, "I'm done with you." Khloe then threw him out of the house.

Our sources say Lamar seemed "out of it" during the meeting and even accused Khloe of stealing his stash.

As for the marriage ... we're told Khloe has "not done anything legal yet," but, as she put it, finding the stash "was the last straw."

Casey Kasem's children have issued an ultimatum to their step-mom, Jean Kasem ... she has one more chance to let them see their ailing father ... and if she doesn't she'll lose control over his life.

The former, long-time host of "America's Top 40" is very ill with advanced Parkinson's and his kids have been trying in vain to see him for the last 3 months but they say Jean has blocked them.

So Kerri, Julie and Mike have hired a lawyer to negotiate with Jean, and here's the bottom line -- if she doesn't let them see their dad, the lawyer will go to court and ask a judge to create a conservatorship for Casey and make THEM the conservators.

They've tried everything else. As we first reported, they staged a protest earlier this week in front of the house but Jean called the cops on them.

And apparently it's not what you think. We're told the kids are not beneficiaries in Casey's will. They just want to see him before it's too late.

We could not reach Jean for comment.

Big Boi from Outkast could be going to war with his estranged wife -- 'cause she just filed divorce papers against the rapper in which she demands SOLE CUSTODY of their 12-year-old kid.

Big Boi's estranged wife Sherlita Patton filed the docs yesterday ... stating her 11-year marriage to Antwan Patton is "irretrievably broken."

The two were married in Feb. 2002 and have 2 kids together -- a 18-year-old and a 12-year-old.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Sherlita is demanding sole custody of the minor ... plus child support.

She's also seeking spousal support, a split of the marital assets and attorney's fees.

We reached out to Big Boi for comment -- so far, no word back.
