Columbus Short was flush with cash before he got canned from "Scandal" -- banking nearly $65K an episode -- but was a cheapskate when it came to buying jewelry for his wife ... according to his wife.

His soon-to-be-ex, Tanee Short filed new docs in their nasty divorce ... in which she says Columbus earned more than $2.3 million over the last 3.5 years ... the biggest chunk of that from "Scandal" -- which paid him $64,900 per show.

She also claims he raked in an average of 10 grand a pop for nightclub appearances.

Tanee says she's unemployed and lists very limited assets -- some gym equipment and a couple of pieces of jewelry ... a watch and the wedding ring Columbus gave her, worth $3,500.

Lamar Sally got a slew of baby gifts from just about everyone in his life except one person ... the woman who had signed on to be the mother -- Sherri Shepherd.

The baby was due Thursday. It's being carried by a surrogate and Lamar and Sherri were once looking forward to raising the kid together ... until he filed for separation and she filed for divorce. Now she wants a clean break from Lamar and the kid.

Lamar's friends have given him gift cards, baby clothes and lots of stuff for the nursery. Lamar has dropped $5K on a changing station, crib, baby swing and rocking chair. But Sherri has not so much as given him a diaper on which the kid can crap.

Sherri believes Lamar defrauded her into signing on with the surrogate, claiming he always planned on leaving her and this was just a transparent ploy to get child support.

Sources connected with the Kardashian family tell TMZ ... Rob was devastated when his dad -- famed O.J. lawyer Robert Kardashian -- died back in 2003. We're told he took it much harder than his siblings and never really got over it.

When Khloe married Lamar ... the bballer became a father figure to Rob. Sources close to Khloe tell us Rob thrived around Lamar, inspiring him to start a business and get in awesome shape. They became best friends, but Rob idolized him.

Khloe has said on the Kardashian's show, Rob's recent troubles were triggered by the dark things that happened in the house. But we're told it's not about drugs -- Lamar compartmentalized his drug use and mostly kept it out of the family home. We're told Khloe was referring to the arguments and breakdown of the marriage.

Our sources say when Lamar cut off the entire family and went radio silent ... Rob went into a tailspin because he felt abandoned by the only person who measured up to his dad. And that's when Rob got deep into lean and other drugs, which resulted in a dramatic weight gain.

Linda Hogan treated her 19-year-old boyfriend like a guy holding up a sign at Home Depot ... this according a lawsuit he filed against her for $1.5 MILLION for his menial labor.

You'll recall ... Linda -- then 48 -- started dating 19-year-old Charlie Hill after she split from hubby Hulk Hogan.

Charlie claims in his lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Linda took advantage of their relationship and made him do all sorts of things, including wax the yacht, dig a creek and fertilize 25 acres of avocado trees.

Charlie's list of laborious chores goes on and on ... pulling reeds from the lake, construction, landscaping and running a chain saw team.

Charlie does not mention in the lawsuit ... he was living off Linda in a Simi Valley mansion on a lake.

But there's a twist. We've learned Linda and Charlie struck a settlement when they split -- he promised confidentiality and she let him keep his truck, dirt bike and the engagement ring he gave her. And he got $9K.

We're told Linda is now furious ... because Charlie did an interview violating the confidentiality agreement.

So Linda's lawyer, Ray Rafool, has filed a lawsuit against Charlie asking for an order gagging him. We reached out to Linda's rep, Gary Smith ... he had no comment.

The tangled and convoluted apparent romance between Orlando Bloom and Erica Packer continued Thursday as the pair hung out at a restaurant in Formentera, Spain.

As TMZ previously reported, Bloom and Packer have been spending lots of time together this week, which wouldn't be weird ... except for the fact that late last year their exes, Miranda Kerr and James Packer, were reportedly romantically linked.

And all 4 of them were friends when the marriages were in tact.

Khloe Kardashian clearly blames Lamar Odom for contributing to her brother's drug problems -- and says she feels guilty for not being able to protect Rob from L.O.'s influences.

As we previously reported, Rob had gotten deep into sizzurp and weed -- and his family was pushing for him to go to rehab.

Now, Khloe is talking about Rob's issues -- and without specifically mentioning the drugs -- says Rob's problems stem from the time he lived with Lamar Odom, who has serious drug problems of his own.

"Rob has said, 'Being in that house it was so dark and it made me do dark things,'" Khloe said on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

Khloe added ... "Only Rob and Lamar know what happened in the house and know what's going on."

Selena Gomez says she's never done the nasty with Orlando Bloom ... and she has absolutely zero to do with his raging battle against her ex-BF Justin Bieber.

Sources directly connected to Selena tell us ... the reason she was with Orlando back in March is because their manager organized an event for his clients at We Day in Oakland.

Justin Bieber has declared Instagram war on Orlando Bloom ... with a pic of the Brit dissolving into tears.

It's Bieber's second Instagram salvo ... hours after Orlando took a swing at him at Cipriani restaurant in Ibiza he posted a sexy pic of Miranda Kerr and then quickly took it down.

Miranda -- the Helen of Troy in this war -- was the trigger for the bar scuffle. It's clear Orlando felt Justin was banging her while they were still man and wife.

We'd say there's no use crying over Miranda, but then again ...

Miranda Kerr did NOT sleep with Justin Bieber after the 2012 Victoria's Secret fashion show ... so Miranda claimed at the time as did her lawyer.

Miranda's lawyer sent out a letter at the time rumors swirled that Miranda and Justin hooked up at a hotel after the show ... when she was still with Orlando Bloom. The letter calls such claims "false and defamatory."

We're told Kerr was as adamant as her lawyer at the time ... that she did NOT hook up with Bieber.

Apparently Orlando Bloom didn't buy the story. The couple separated the following year. And it's very clear from the story we posted Tuesday night ... there's beef between Justin and Orlando over Miranda.

As for Justin ... sources connected with the singer say he got all braggy when he talked about Miranda ... which of course does not necessarily mean he was telling the truth.

Miranda posted a photo this afternoon on Instagram of herself topless in a bathtub ... just in case you forgot what all the fuss was about.

8:30 AM PT -- We're getting different versions of what incited Orlando, and people are taking sides. One account is Justin extended his hand to Orlando, who refused it, and when Justin asked what's your problem ... Orlando mentioned Miranda. Justin then tried to walk away and that's when Orlando swung.

A second version -- Justin said something to the effect of, I had sex with your wife ... and THEN Orlando swung.

Orlando Bloom threw a punch at Justin Bieber early Wednesday morning in Ibiza ... and Justin fled the restaurant -- this according to 2 eyewitnesses.

The eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... Orlando was in Cipriani restaurant which was packed with celebs, including Paris Hilton, and Diddy.

You don't see Orlando swing, but the eyewitnesses tell us that's exactly what happened. We're told Justin ducked the punch. That's where the video starts and you hear Justin scream, "What's up bitch?"

We're told when Bieber left the crowd applauded.

The backstory is almost legendary ... Justin partied with Orlando's then-wife Miranda Kerr after a 2012 Victoria's Secret fashion show in NYC and they got very VERY close. And in April of this year, Orlando was hanging out with Justin's on-and-off GF Selena Gomez. So the bad blood is flowing.

Hours after the fight ... Justin threw gasoline on the fire by posting -- then quickly deleting -- this pic of Miranda.

If Orlando Bloom was worried about Miranda Kerr -- hours before fighting Justin Bieber -- he wasn't showing it because he had his hands full with multiple hot chicks.

Bloom was cruising around the island of Ibiza Tuesday on a speedboat, pumping his fists in the air, dancing with beautiful women ... and looking like he's shouting, "Turn Down for What!" Ultimate bachelor's life.

Looking at these pics, it was VERY GOOD to be Orlando yesterday. Last night? Not so much.
