Master P's throwing more shade at Kobe Bryant -- telling TMZ Sports he's old, he should retire ... and he's pretty confident he'd SMASH the Lakers superstar in a game of 1-on-1.

R&B legend "Uncle" Charlie Wilson is at war with his brother over just who exactly IS The Gap Band ... and who gets to keep making money off of the name.

Ronnie Wilson filed a lawsuit claiming Charlie is derailing his efforts to launch a comeback tour. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Ronnie says he recently booked 2 big gigs -- one at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in NYC, and another at Howard Theatere in Washington, D.C.

Ronnie says after he sealed the deals, Charlie -- who left the band in 2009 -- had his people step in and somehow interfere with the bookings. Ronnie says both venues pulled the plug.

The elder Wilson points out his band existed for years before kid bro Charlie joined in '72.

Ronnie says his new Gap Band stood to make more than $20k from the 2 gigs. He's suing for damages and to get the court to block Charlie from interfering with future bookings.

His point -- you might have been the lead singer, but this band is MINE, bro.

Chris Rock has not seen the 7-year-old girl who lived with him since she was an infant in more than a year ... and we're told it's because he believes his estranged wife Malaak did something shady to get her here in the first place.

It's a bizarre story ... and one that triggered an international investigation. Here's what we know. Back in 2008, a 6-month-old named Ntombi from South Africa began living with the Rock family. The girl stayed in the family house ever since. Ntombi was even enrolled in a New Jersey school.

Ntombi's biological parents reportedly were unemployed South Africans and somehow the kid ended up at the Rock home.

Everything changed last year when Chris and Malaak began divorce proceedings. We're told Chris maintained his relationship with his 2 biological daughters but hasn't seen Ntombi since the split.

Around the same time as divorce docs were filed, South African officials opened an investigation to determine how the child went from their country to the U.S., when there was no evidence of a legal adoption.

As for why he went radio silent with Ntombi ... sources connected to Chris say he never signed legal docs to adopt her, and bringing her over to the U.S. was all Malaak's doing.

As far as we can tell there was never an adoption. It's unclear how and why the biological parents allowed Ntombi to live with the Rock family for years.

Chris' rep tells TMZ he does not have an adopted child. We tried reaching Malaak's lawyer, but did not get a return call.

Donald Trump has been warned -- pop off again about Ronda Rousey, and you just might have to deal with UFC champ Conor McGregor!

The featherweight title holder was at LAX Monday, talking about a Ronda comeback -- whether she can get her title back from Holly Holm when they inevitably square off in a rematch.

Conor has some good advice for Rousey, but he really got his ire up when the camera guy asked about Trump taking potshots at Ronda. After the loss, the candidate said she's "not a nice person."

Tyra Banks has just quit her TV show "FABLife," saying she wants to focus on her cosmetic line, but TMZ sources say it was not a pretty parting of the ways.

The show has been struggling, and there was tension on the set. We're told Tyra and one of the executive producers did not get along. We're told she was particularly upset because she felt she had been double-crossed ... she claimed show honchos promised to push her cosmetics line much harder than they did.

50 Cent says he's DONE being a Yankees fan -- and it's all because Derek Jeter allegedly tried to block him from an male underwear deal because he's too "urban."

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the majority owner of the Frigo men's undie company sued Jeter -- claiming DJ didn't just back out of an agreement to promote the company ... but actively tried to stop them from using 50 as a brand ambassador.

Now, 50 has responded on Instagram ... saying, "Wow, guess I'm not a Yankees fan anymore. LETS GO METS?"

He added, "Man you can't trust nobody these day.smh."

Charlie Sheen's HIV announcement is blowing up in the face of his ex-girlfriend Bree Olson ... who's getting blasted by haters, and harassed by exes who think she infected them.

Bree tells TMZ she's shocked at how much hatred and vitriol has been directed at her, while Charlie's getting all the sympathy. One tweet -- "You're a ho! I wish you would've contracted HIV" -- is just an example of the backlash she's getting.

Meanwhile, Charlie's being hailed as brave and a hero.

Bree says multiple ex-bfs contacted her right after her 'Howard Stern Show' interview ... worried they might test positive. She stresses that she has never tested positive -- but understands the guys are "just reacting out of emotion. They are angry just as I am angry."

While Charlie insists he never knew he was HIV positive when he slept with Bree ... she says he NEVER called to give her a heads-up, even though they frequently had unprotected sex. Also, as we reported ... Charlie even admits he was diagnosed just TWO weeks after they broke up.

It seemed Justin Bieber was finally ready to bury the hatchet with Ronda Rousey -- and then just like that, he reopened the wound.

Bieber sat down with Entertainment Tonight and was asked about Ronda's beef -- which she claims started when he refused to take a picture with her sister at the Cannes Film Festival.

"I guess, supposedly, she asked for a picture with her sister or something, and I guess I said no?" Bieber said ... "But I don’t remember this happening so, Ronda, I’m sorry. Don’t kick my ass!"

Beef over, right?

Wrong ... because moments later, Justin was asked if there was anything he'd like to improve on outside of music -- and he WENT IN on Rousey!

"I would like to get better at boxing ... did you see Ronda Rousey? She got knocked out cold! Oh my God, she got knocked out so bad. Yeah no, she got pummeled."

Screw Ronda Rousey ... Cris "Cyborg" Justino says she's moved on -- and now has her sights set on fighting the new UFC champ, Holly Holm.

The 30-year-old UFC star -- and reigning Invicta FC World Featherweight Champion -- has been saying for years that Rousey has been ducking her because she "can't take a punch."

Seems Donald Trump and Laila Ali have something in common -- 'cause he also HATES Ronda Rousey ... saying he's glad she got thumped up!

Trump went to Twitter and wrote, "Glad to see that @RondaRousey lost her championship fight last night. Was soundly beaten - not a nice person!"

Of course, the beef could stem from the fact Ronda endorsed Bernie Sanders for president earlier this month -- and ripped Trump along the way.

Back in August, she told CNN ... "I wouldn't vote for [Trump]. I just really wouldn't trust the guy with running my country, that’s all ... I'm not really going to get into specifics of it, but, I mean, I don't want a reality TV star to be running my country."

Donald did have some nice things to say about one athlete this weekend -- Trump supporter Tom Brady -- saying, "Tom Brady just did it again. He is not only a great guy, he is, without question, the BEST quarterback!"

Nicki Minaj is about to get sued by her ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels, and he's gunning for a fortune.

Sources connected with Safaree tell us he wants a cut from 3 of Nicki's hugely successful albums -- The Pink Print, Pink Friday and Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.

Safaree also wants a piece of the pie from some of Nicki's biggest singles, including "Only" featuring Chris Brown, Drake and Lil Wayne, "Flawless (Remix)" with Beyonce and "Feeling Myself" with Bey.

We're told Safaree will present a boatload of proof he was super involved in Nicki's work. His evidence includes videos of him working with Nicki, voice memos from recording sessions, hours of footage from studio sessions. He says he also has multiple witnesses to validate his contribution.

And Safaree says Nicki herself acknowledged his contribution by giving him executive producer credit on her first 2 albums.

Our sources say Safaree has already lawyered up and a lawsuit is "imminent."

Victor Willis -- the cop in Village People -- is about to expose a big disco era secret, and it will forever change the way you hear "Y.M.C.A."

Willis just signed on to do an A&E/Lifetime TV movie based on his life -- and sources close to the deal tell us one of the big reveals is some Village members were lip-syncing. It's unclear exactly which of his bandmates he's calling out for faking it.

Willis was the original lead singer, but left in the early '80s on bad terms. He never performed with the group again, and even threatened to sue them for using "Y.M.C.A." in a recent TV special.

The movie, set to air sometime next year, seems timed to coincide with Victor's attempted comeback. He just released a new single and music vid.

There was some charged up shoving at the UFC 193 weigh-ins ... with a pissed off Ronda Rousey cussing and threatening Holly Holm.

Rousey looked angry from the second she walked out on the stage -- but LOST HER MIND when Holm allegedly touched her face during the customary face-to-face showdown pose.

You can see Rousey shout a couple of expletives at Holm -- and later called Holly a phony who's gonna get her ass kicked Saturday.

Ronda Rousey says Justin Bieber has made NO EFFORT to squash their beef after dissing her little sister ... but she's still open for peace.

Rousey appeared on "TMZ Sports" on FS1 on Thursday (airing 9PM PT) when she told us she's down to let bygones be bygones ... but there's one thing Bieber has to do to redeem himself.

As we previously reported, Rousey says Bieber shot her sister down hard when she asked for a pic with him at the Cannes Film Festival.

There's more ... Rousey also told us she's confident her fight with Holly Holm this weekend won't be a 30 second obliteration ... telling us she plans to be patient this time around.

Yeah right.
