Ronda Rousey went ballistic on fellow UFC superstar Paige VanZant at a VIP party -- dropping all sorts of F-bombs -- all because Paige congratulated Holly Holm ... this according to Miesha Tate.

50 Cent just went above and beyond to make good with the 19-year-old man he mocked on social media -- he's donated $100,000 to Autism Speaks ... TMZ has learned.

Fiddy referred to the video he posted of Andrew Farrell, saying, "I want to turn this misunderstanding into an understanding. There are people that are ignored, mistreated and neglected with disabilities that need our support."

Farrell's family had asked him to donate $10k to the autism advocacy group -- so ya can't say 50 did the bare minimum in making his mea culpa.

Sean Penn just scored a victory over Lee Daniels in his defamation lawsuit ... which they settled, but what's extraordinary is the apology letter Daniels had to write.

The "Empire" co-creator wrote, "I am so sorry that I have hurt you Sean, and I apologize and retract my reckless statements about you. How thoughtless of me. You are someone I consider a friend, a brilliant actor and true Hollywood legend and humanitarian."

Penn sued Daniels for $10 million over Lee comparing Terrence Howard's domestic violence history to Sean. He said, "[Terrence] ain't done nothing different than Marlon Brando or Sean Penn, and all of a sudden he's some f*****' demon."

The terms of the settlement are confidential ... although we know, at the very least, it included Lee's public apology/shaming -- and Lee making a donation to Penn's Haitian relief organization.

Lee's letter continues, "My most important role is as a father, and it is important to me that my children learn that it is wrong to reference gossip as fact, as I did here."

Minnie Driver's block turned into a battlefield when her neighbor's delivery truck parked in front of her Hollywood Hills driveway ... and cops had to keep the peace.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officers were called out Tuesday afternoon when Driver went ballistic on Daniel Perelmutter -- a guy she's had beef with before. We're told Perelmutter got a delivery, but the truck made the mistake of blocking off Minnie's driveway.

Minnie and Daniel were screaming at each other so loudly, someone called police. Officers calmed down the situation and told them this was, ironically, a civil matter to be settled in court.

We're told they're doing just that Wednesday morning. These two squared off last year in a land dispute that got so bad ... she got a restraining order against him.

There's a twist in the brewing war among Prince's brothers and sisters ... it involves a missing persons report and allegations one of the singer's siblings is trying to wrest power from the group.

Our sources say last Friday ... someone filed a missing persons report/welfare check involving Alfred Jackson, the elder half brother of Prince. According to the report, Alfred is disabled and has been living in a V.A. facility near Minneapolis.

The person who filed the police report claims Alfred just left the facility and no one could find him.

Here's what's interesting. TMZ broke the story ... Alfred was in a meeting last Thursday with Prince's other brothers and sisters. We publicized the meeting on the website. It's odd someone filed a missing persons/welfare check report the next day.

Our sources say Alfred believes the person who filed the report is a sibling who is trying to get him declared mentally incompetent so they can get power of attorney and a second vote in what is turning into a battle over Prince's estate.

We're told Alfred and his lawyer, Frank Wheaton, went to the Minneapolis Police Dept. over the weekend to prove he was fully competent. Alfred presented proof he's got his meds, is taking them and is of sound mind. We're told the missing persons case is now closed.

Britney Spears has to sit face-to-face with the man her family says has been haunting her for years.

Britney is in a conference room right now, answering questions fired off by the lawyer for her former friend and self-proclaimed manager Sam Lutfi. Britney's people went to great lengths to keep Lutfi out of the room, arguing to a judge that he intimidates her and she cannot think properly around him.

The judge didn't buy Britney's argument, but did take steps to protect her. According to the order, the conference room must have a long table, with Britney at one end and Lutfi at the other.

The judge also allowed a "surveillance type camera" to record the entire depo, showing the entire room to ensure Lutfi doesn't intimidate or distract Britney. They're also required to come and go at different times, so he doesn't run into her.

Britney's family claims back in 2007 Lutfi was fueling her with drugs. He claims he was trying to get her off meds.
