Dunaway's Landlord Faye Won't Pay!

Published | Updated

The only thing outstanding about Faye Dunaway as a tenant is the balance she allegedly owes her NYC landlord -- and if she doesn't pay up, they want her out.

According to the landlord, the Oscar winning actress owes $1,920.85 in back rent -- and we've learned Vanderleigh Properties has filed a notice of non-payment in New York County Civil Court to get it back.

We're told the last notice was posted on her door on October 23rd and it's still there. The lawyer for the landlord tells us Faye has been late with payments in the past and they're currently taking steps towards eviction.

Calls to Dunaway's reps were not returned.

The list also references dozens of pieces of expensive jewelry including a Cartier watch, a Mont Blanc watch, dozens of diamond, gold and silver rings, a diamond bracelet, and several necklaces.

Neighbors to Paris Hilton: Shut UP!!!!

Published | Updated

Paris Hilton's neighbors in the Hollywood Hills called the cops on the heiress last night -- after Paris allegedly threw a super-loud rager at her house at around 4:00 AM.

We've learned an LAPD unit arrived to Paris' place sometime before 5:00 AM, but by the time cops showed up, the place was absolutely quiet ... too quiet.

Shockingly, it's not the first time Hilton's been accused of pissing off her neighbors. Back in May, cops rolled over to Hilton's pad twice -- in the same week -- after two major noise complaints.

UPDATE: Sources say Paris was NOT staying at the house last night .. and hasn't been for a while. We're told some friends have been using the house for the past few days while Paris has been at her other home in Beverly Hills.

Paris on Burglar Bunch: 'I Hate Them!'

Published | Updated

Hate is a strong word -- but according to Paris Hilton, the word perfectly describes the way she feels about the members of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch who allegedly stole more than $2 million worth of her jewelry.

We got the iced up heiress last night at Mr. Chow, where she was spewing "hate" towards the merry band of jewelry snatchers.

Fellow target Audrina Patridge was out too, saying "They're going to have to face the consequences" -- which right now amounts to a helluva lot of felony charges.

Fox, Green Allegedly Hit by Burglar Bunch

Published | Updated

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are used to being hit on -- not hit. But that's exactly what happened to them, courtesy of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch -- allegedly.

Law enforcement sources tell us Green's Hollywood Hills home was burglarized during the string of celeb break-ins. Various items were taken, including Green's recreational gun, which was locked up.

As for Fox, who spends a lot of time at Green's, all the Burglar Bunch allegedly took were clothes -- including several of Megan's signature t-shirts.

We're told Green, who has been shooting a movie in NYC, didn't even know he was hit. Sources say cops retrieved the stolen goods and returned them to him last week.

As we have been reporting, TMZ has obtained photos, emails and other data from a computer that the gang allegedly stole from an L.A. businessman. One of the photos on the hard drive -- the photo of Megan Fox we're using for this post.

Lamar Odom -- Back on the Market

Lamar Odom is officially on the market -- the real estate market -- hoping to unload his lavish L.A. bachelor pad for a cool $2.39 million.

The house boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms plus your standard mansion fare -- pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor barbecue.

No word yet on why he's ditching the crib -- but it might have something to do with the new place he's planning to buy with his ... "wife."

UPDATE: We've added over a dozen more pics of Lamar's pad.

Brown recently twittered pics of the home -- filled with enough distractions to last a lifetime -- where he sought refuge after the infamous incident with his former girlfriend Rihanna.

Ironically, part of Chris' hard labor sentence will likely involve graffiti cleanup.

Prince Moves Out, Leaves $300K Behind

Published | Updated

Only Prince can rent a home for $150,000 a month, leave behind a security deposit -- and the landlord doesn't know who to give it to.

According to a lawsuit filed in June, when Prince moved out of the home he rented in Beverly Hills, he left behind a $300,000 security deposit. 3121 Rep Inc., the company that claimed to have brokered the lease for Prince, has sued the owners to get the money back.

But the owners say Prince made all the payments himself -- 3121 was just an intermediary -- so the money should go straight to him.

Now the two sides are suing each other, with Prince caught in the middle -- 3121 wants the money they says is theirs, the owners just want their attorney's fees paid.

Meanwhile, Prince is probably sitting somewhere composing ballads, with no idea any of this is going on.

Stephen Baldwin's Home a Heroin Hot Spot

A good deed is never forgotten -- especially when it bites you in the ass ... as actor Stephen Baldwin quickly learned when a homeless man he let live on his property was busted for heroin.

51-year-old Jimmy Parks -- who was suspected of trafficking heroin on the property -- was arrested when police raided the cottage he was staying in just feet away from the actor's suburban New York home.

Police tell us Baldwin, a born-again Christian, was home at the time of the raid and had been trying to help Parks get his life together and had even taken him to church.

What happened to all that "Spin City" cash!?

Paris Hilton World's Worst Neighbor

Published | Updated

For the second time in less than a week, Paris Hilton turned her new neighborhood upside down -- this time cops were called to put an end to a nuclear argument.

It happened at 1 AM this morning. LAPD officers were called to the home of Paris' BF, Doug Reinhardt. Paris moved in on Monday. Apparently, Paris and Doug had such a screaming argument the neighbors couldn't sleep.

When cops arrived, we're told Paris and Doug wouldn't open the front gate, so they hopped the fence. Paris and Doug opened the door, cops spoke with them and the loud arguing stopped.

A TMZ spy says earlier in the evening, Paris and Doug were at an event in Hollywood and had a pretty intense argument. Apparently, they took it home.

The night Paris moved in, there was a ridiculously loud party and neighbors complained to cops. The next morning, six cars on the street were keyed.
