Lee Byung-hun probably wants to go all "Squid Game" on someone ... because the Netflix star's home got hit by burglars.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... one of Lee's staff members stopped by his Los Angeles area home last week to find the place ransacked. We're told the thieves smashed a sliding glass door to get inside the house.

The incident, we're told, went down while the "Squid Game" star was out of town ... but it's unclear what, if anything, was stolen and how much those items might be worth. Cops say Lee will go through his belongings when he gets home to figure out if anything is missing.

Our law enforcement sources tell us cops don't believe Lee was targeted here ... instead, police say this appears to be the work of one of the burglary crews that have been robbing wealthy neighborhoods around Los Angeles.

One of those recent smash-and-grab burglaries involved Lena Waithe ... as we first told you, Lena was hit for around $200,000 in jewelry when thieves broke into her home while she was out of town.

The couple traveled to Jamaica last Wednesday for the opening of the new Bob Marley biopic, an organized band of thieves burglarized an estate about five minutes from their royal compound, according to DailyMail.

The criminals were intent on stealing a safe containing cash and/or other valuables, but it was unclear what, if anything, was taken.

It was the latest in a string of burglaries plaguing the fancy neighborhood, where the likes of Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, Oprah, Ellen, Rob Lowe and other celebs live.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff spokesperson Rachel Zick issued an alert to area residents, explaining that police have received several recent burglary complaints "with notable similarities in the resident layouts, times of occurrence and items taken."

Zick said the crooks are always looking for safes, while targeting unoccupied homes that "back up into open spaces such as golf courses as well as creeks, streams or the ocean." Usually, the break-ins have occurred between 6 PM and 10 PM.

The Monticeto Association, a local advocacy group, has offered tips to the community on home protection.

This video shows David Crowe smoking a cigarette Wednesday around 2 PM outside a McDonald's just 2 blocks from her NYC townhouse. However, witnesses say he eventually made his way back to Taylor's place ... and someone in the neighborhood sounded the alarm, calling 911 to report him.

Police arrived and arrested Crowe on a criminal contempt charge ... due to the fact an order of protection had just been issued during his arraignment Wednesday morning on 2 counts of harassment and 1 count of stalking.

This is now the third time Crowe's been arrested at or near Taylor's home -- the first time was Saturday, followed by a Monday evening bust.

Law enforcement sources tell us that during today's bust, Crowe told cops he was from Seattle -- which is true -- and he was going to take a flight home ... but police found no evidence of that trip.

What's more alarming about this arrest is we know Taylor is back in NYC -- she was out on the town Tuesday night with Brittany Mahomes and Cara Delevingne. It's unclear if Taylor was actually inside when Crowe was taken into custody today, but she had been out of town during the previous arrests.

One law enforcement source tells us ... Crowe is "aware of what he's doing and he's articulate. He is fixated on her and cannot keep away from where she lives. We are doing all we can to protect her."

Taylor Swift's alleged stalker just had his first day in court -- and prosecutors made a lot of troubling claims about him ... including the allegation he's gone to her pad dozens of times.

David Crowe -- the man who was cuffed and hauled away by cops twice in three days after numerous people said he was lurking around Taylor's NYC home -- was arraigned Wednesday on three separate charges ... including stalking in the 4th-degree and harassment in the 1st and 2nd-degrees.

We're told Crowe did not enter a plea during this court appearance -- but he was cut loose from custody ... with prosecutors requesting supervised release with strict conditions.

A judge granted their request -- so Crowe is technically back on the streets -- but the judge signed off on a protective order prohibiting him from trying to contact Taylor ... and prosecutors ran through some other disturbing details in court.

Law enforcement officials alleged in their complaint that they'd been informed Crowe had been spotted at Taylor's Tribeca home upwards of 30 times in the past 2 months.

Prosecutors claim that on a number of these drop-ins, Crowe asked to speak to Taylor. That's apparently why he's facing the stalking charge ... and why the court wants to keep a close eye on him upon release.

The DJ just listed a 6-bedroom estate in Encino for $18,999,000 ... it's 14,779 square feet and the place is super lavish.

The mansion has all the bells and whistles ... like a gym, sauna, massage room, home theater, pub and wine cellar ... plus an outdoor kitchen, putting green and a swimming pool.

Zedd bought the place from Joe and Sophie back in 2021 for $15.2 million ... and it also features a professional music studio and vocal booth

The primary suite has a spa bathroom, massive dual walk-in closets and a wraparound terrace. There are 5 guest bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom.

Zedd's got another sprawling estate in Encino ... so it looks like he's content with owning just one mansion there. Both homes were designed and developed by renowned architect Jae Omar.

TMZ broke the story ... Zedd dropped $18.4 million on a modern mansion in Encino back in November in what was, at the time, Encino's most expensive home sale of the year.

It's the home that just won't sell, but Sofia Vergara's giving it another go ... relisting her Beverly Hills mansion with a massive price drop to woo a buyer.

The 7-bedroom abode has been through a few price reductions since going up for sale in 2022 for $19.6M ... even being taken off the market earlier this month ... and now it's being relisted for $13,950,000. If you're not good at math -- that's a big dip!

The $5.7M price drop is undoubtedly an attempt on Sofia's end to get rid of the property ... as it's the home she once shared with her ex-husband, Joe Manganiello.

The pair announced their divorce in July 2023 ... but while things didn't work out for them personally, at least they were living it up in style. That much is clear from these photos.

Kim & Kroy bought their mansion back in 2012 for the bargain price of $880k, so even $4.5 mil would be an impressive ROI for them ... but they really gotta sell quick because Truist Bank says they defaulted on their mortgage -- adding the bank is well within its rights to foreclose at any time.

Steve Wynn's taking another shot at unloading his massive Beverly Hills estate -- and in this economy ... he's had to slash the price by quite a bit compared to 3 years ago.

The casino mogul has put his mega-mansion back on the market after first listing in 2021 for a whopping $125 million. Now, he's willing to accept much less -- listing the pad for a cool $75 mil ... marking a huge $50 million discount.

Mind you, the dip here was gradual ... SW and co. first dropped the price 6 months after first throwing up, asking for $115M, then dropped it further in March 2022 at $100 mil ... and finally, cut it down some more in January 2023, asking for just $85 mil. Now, it's just this.

It goes without saying ... the housing market just isn't as hot as it was during the pandemic -- and this figure seems to reflect that. With that said, that dough will fetch you a palace.

Alec's longtime Hamptons home is 10,000 square feet with 7 bedrooms ... the modern farmhouse is on a 10-acre lot and he says, "You just can't get this out here anymore, you can't buy big pieces of land, especially in Amagansett."

The place is decked out with a movie theater, wine tasting room and wood-paneled library, plus an outdoor pool and spa. It's also got several balconies and screened-in porches to enjoy the surrounding nature preserve.

In his pitch video, Alec waxes poetically about his love for the Hamptons ... he says he fell in love the moment he first went there, and says he used to go out to the nearby beach a lot when he was younger, sometimes falling asleep under the stars.

Alec doesn't actually go inside the home in his video, he's just on the property talking about how much he enjoys the Hamptons ... and he even shows some of his old homes in the area.

The house first went on the market in September 2022 but it never sold and a year later it was taken off the market. Now, AB and co. are trying to get it going again -- and you can tell ... they really wanna unload this thing, evidenced in Alec's involvement and the price slash.
