Clinton Charged with Crime and Jail Likely ... BTW, It's Roger
One Clinton down ... Roger, for DUI.
Roger Clinton, Bill's half-brother, has been charged with driving under the influence for allegedly tooling through Redondo Beach last month well above the legal limit.
Roger flunked the field sobriety test and refused to submit to a chemical test, something he's required to do by law. The Redondo Beach City Attorney has also charged Roger with refusal to take the test, which carries a mandatory 48 hours in jail.
It's not Clinton's first DUI. He was popped in 2001.
Take that, Mr. Comey.

NFL's Davone Bess Video Of SWAT Team Raid During Arizona Standoff
TMZ Sports has obtained police body cam footage from the SWAT team raid on ex-NFL wide receiver Davone Bess ... including the moment officers sicced an attack dog on him.
27 police officers assisted in the June 19th incident -- including the SWAT team, which was called in because Bess had barricaded himself in his Arizona home, brandished a knife and had threatened to shoot cops.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, the whole thing started when Bess fled during a routine traffic stop -- and locked himself in his Gilbert, AZ home.
The report paints a picture of a very mentally disturbed person -- with 30-year-old Bess repeatedly making bizarre demands, incoherent statements and losing track of where he was.
Cops ultimately used a K9 unit to apprehend Bess, fearing he was a danger to himself and others. According to the report, the dog bit Bess for 30 seconds.
After he was taken into custody, Bess demanded a hamburger and K-Y Jelly ... fell asleep while being questioned by officers ... and eventually explained that he initially fled from cops because he was "searching for peace."
Earlier in the evening, Bess' mother told officers her son suffered from depression and had multiple head injuries from playing in the NFL. Bess was in the league from 2008 to 2013.
She also said he had been hospitalized weeks before the incident, had made suicidal statements in the past and that the family was trying to get him help for mental health issues.
A seemingly confused Bess admitted to smoking marijuana, drinking vodka and taking Zoloft (an anti-depression, anti-anxiety drug) before the police incident.
Bess was ultimately arrested and charged with unlawful flight from a law enforcement vehicle. If convicted, he faces up to 2 years in prison. His family clearly wants a judge to order him to get mental help instead of a jail sentence.
Bess has since plead not guilty and is due back in court in August.
Joseph Randle Mentally Competent to Stand Trial ... In Beer Pong Attack Case
Ex-Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was found mentally competent by a Kansas judge ... and will have to stand trial in his assault case where he allegedly tried to run people over with his car after a beer pong match.
As we previously reported, 24-year-old Randle was arrested back in February at a house party in Wichita after he allegedly freaked out over a game of beer pong and attacked party guests ... and then hit several people with his car.
Randle was arrested and charged with multiple felonies -- including aggravated battery and interfering with law enforcement -- and has been in custody ever since. He also picked up a felony criminal threat charge while in jail ... for allegedly threatening a deputy.
But according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the judge in the case initially believed Randle may not have been mentally fit to stand trial ... and put the proceedings on hold to do a competency exam.
The court reviewed a report from COMCARE -- Wichita's mental health center -- and heard other arguments ... before finding Randle is, in fact, mentally capable to participate in a trial.
Still, the judge believes Randle needs some mental help -- and has ordered Randle to a mental health facility ... if he's eventually released on bond.

Chelsea Manning's Attorney Army Lied To Cover Apparent Suicide Attempt
Chelsea Manning's attorney is accusing the Army of outright lying to cover up what appears to be a suicide attempt behind bars.
Attorney Nancy Hollander tells TMZ she and her team had been cleared to have a routine call with Chelsea Tuesday afternoon, but when they called in they were told there were problems connecting the call. The staff at Leavenworth made no mention of a suicide attempt.
Hollander says she's been trying in vain to get in touch after we posted a story that Chelsea apparently tried hanging herself in her cell early Tuesday morning.
Now Hollander says she's been informed she cannot even talk to Chelsea until Friday at the earliest.
The attorney says Chelsea's friends "are profoundly distressed" about the radio silence, and want to know what's really up.

Gwen Stefani Hollaback To My Maiden Name
Gwen Stefani closed the final chapter on her 13-year marriage to Gavin Rossdale by legally changing her last name back to Stefani.

Their divorce was finalized in April -- after Gavin had been allegedly caught cheating with their nanny.
Gwen still went by Stefani when it came to her stage name, which was a good move in the end.

Rick Ross Risky Business at House Party
Rick Ross might have crossed a dangerous line over the weekend ... smoking what appears to be a joint while on out on bail.
You see someone handing Rozay what sure looks like a joint at his Fourth of July party. Ross takes a puff and passes it. Ordinarily not a big deal, but Ross is out on bail in his kidnapping case and one of the conditions of his release is a promise he won't violate any laws.
Georgia's got some seriously strict pot laws ... medical marijuana cards only allow for cannabis oils and only with certain medical conditions, such as cancer.
A first time offender with less than an ounce faces a year in jail and a $1k fine.
If Ross violated his bail conditions, he could be thrown back in jail.

We're told Messi didn't appear to be drinking at the casino -- but did smoke a ton of cigarettes.
Messi has been at the resort for a few days -- taking pics with fans and relaxing by the beach.
