Dana White says Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz will BOTH be punished for their roles in the UFC 202 bottle fight ... and says someone who was struck at the event is already planning a lawsuit.

Katt Williams' ex-assistant says he attacked and knocked her so senseless, she was laid up in a hospital for days ... and now she's suing him for big money.

Angelina Triplett-Hill says the oft-arrested comedian flew into a rage in 2014 while they were on a movie set in L.A. According to the lawsuit, Katt got pissed when she took a phone call, and violently lunged toward her and ordered her into a van.

She says Katt snatched the phone out of her hands and lobbed it inside the van. Triplett-Hill says she became frightened and fearful because she claims she'd previously seen Katt violently beat other women in her presence.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Triplett-Hill says Katt called her a bitch and got even more enraged when she repeatedly told him ... he's "bigger than that." She says that's when Katt hit her in the face, slamming her to the ground and knocking her unconscious.

Triplett-Hill says she spent 3 days hospitalized after the attack and immediately quit. She's suing Katt for physical pain and damages in excess of $1 million.

We reached out to Katt, so far no word back.

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch -- aka Sunny -- just caught a HUUUUGGGE break in her triple DUI case ... avoiding serious jail time thanks to her 97 days in rehab.

Ryan Lochte did not lie about the "robbery" incident ... and there are 3 minutes of missing surveillance video that will back up most of his story ... this according to sources directly connected to the swimmer.

Our sources say Lochte and his team claim they were indeed taken out of a cab at gunpoint, but the video doesn't show that because the gas station edited it out.

We're told Lochte mistook the uniforms worn by the security guards as police uniforms, and he claims during the missing 3 minutes he and the other swimmers were pulled out of the taxi at gunpoint.

As for his claim the cab was pulled over en route, one of the sources concedes, "That's a problem."

And our Lochte sources say reports that his 3 teammates admitted the story was a lie are untrue.

In fact ... Jimmy Feigen just spoke with local news in San Antonio, denying a cover-up and affirming he was robbed.

9:08 AM PT -- Security camera footage from the gas station shows the swimmers walking through a hallway back toward the bathroom, and then leave. You can't see what happens by the bathroom door.

Once they get in their taxi though, gas station employees approach and after some discussion they all get out of the cab. At the very end of the footage ... the swimmers have their hands up and it appears they're being forced to sit on the ground.

There's no gun visible in the video.

Ryan Lochte and his teammates left out a huge part of their "robbery" story -- which is that they busted up a gas station bathroom, and THEN a security guard pulled a gun on them ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources connected to James Feigen tell us the real deal is ... the 4 swimmers -- including Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz -- were on their way home from a party early Sunday morning when they stopped to take a leak at a gas station. We're told one or more of the guys was peeing outside the bathroom, and also kicked in the bathroom door.

Our sources say the swimmers were all wasted.

That's when the gas station's armed security guard rolled up, pulled his gun and demanded they pay for the damage. We're told he did take money from the swimmers, but only to cover the expenses, and then let them go.

Rio police say the gas station manager tells a slightly different story -- claiming the guard never pulled the gun and the manager merely asked them to pay, which they did.

Bottom line ... it's possible Lochte and co. didn't lie about a gun or losing money. However, they DID create a whole bogus scenario about their taxi getting pulled over and fake badges -- and totally omitted the part about them starting the trouble in the first place. On Wednesday night, Lochte repeated most of those lies to Matt Lauer.

They could face prosecution for lying to Rio cops. They have a news conference scheduled for later Thursday.

A guy who has been tailing Kendall Jenner, chasing her, banging on her windows and scaring the hell out of her has just been ordered to stay far far away.

Shavaughn McKenzie has been shadowing Kendall for a long time, and it all came to a head Sunday night at her Hollywood Hills home. We now know details about the encounter that resulted in an arrest and stalking charges.

McKenzie was lying in wait for Kendall to arrive, and when she drove in her gate he followed and then banged on her car window and screamed, "Can I talk to you?" ... this according to the police report.

Kendall started screaming, and cops say McKenzie tried reassuring her, saying, "Hey look, I don't have a gun" as he held his hands in the air to accentuate the point.

According to the report, McKenzie also camped out at her West L.A. condo, once chasing her car as she left and actually running into traffic.

Bam Margera spent a night in a Finnish drunk tank after getting into an argument with his wife.

Helsinki cops tell TMZ ... they detained the "Jackass" star on Sunday night outside the Sea Horse -- a landmark restaurant in that city. Witnesses say things were getting heated between Bam and his wife, Nicole ... when cops arrived and hauled off Bam at 11 PM.

We're told he was not booked for any crime, and they just let him sleep it off until 6 AM Monday.

10:30 PM PT -- A rep for the USOC says Conger and Bentz have both been released by local authorities ... but will remain in Brazil to continue discussions on Thursday, along with James Feigen, who the rep says is also in contact with investigators.

Team USA swimmers Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz -- who were with Ryan Lochte during the alleged robbery in Rio -- got yanked off an airplane as they were trying to leave Brazil.

The USOC confirms to TMZ Sports ... Conger and Bentz were detained by authorities, but says it's still gathering information as to find out exactly why.

Earlier on Tuesday, cops in Rio said they were suspicious of the swimmers' claim they were robbed at gunpoint early Sunday morning. The USOC says cops went to the Olympic Village to interview Lochte and teammate James Feigen, but discovered they'd already left -- Locate's actually back in the States.

NBC says Feigen was slated to be on the same flight with Bentz and Conger, but never showed up.

Looks like they nabbed Conger and Bentz at the last possible moment. Late Wednesday night, cops were still interviewing them at the airport.

Paramount's Oscar nominated film, "Selma," could have cost an electrician his life ... and now he's suing the studio.

Ron Sands says he was installing a special light for filming -- an "18,000 HMI globe" -- back in June 2014 on the Atlanta set ... when a safety feature failed, and he ended getting a huge zap. He says he suffered severe physical injuries, but isn't any more specific.

In the federal lawsuit, he says he got hit with 220 volts ... something he believes Paramount should've known would eventually happen due to what he saw as faulty wiring on set.

Katt Williams officially has a new legal battle on his hands, now that the L.A. City Attorney is charging him with misdemeanor battery for allegedly punching a woman ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Williams was arrested at Sportsmen's Lodge restaurant in Studio City after a female employee accused him of attacking her. Law enforcement sources say it all started when Katt felt disrespected at how the woman was speaking to him.

We're told when cops arrived, they noticed visible minor injuries on the woman and cuffed him.

Katt's heard this before -- many times -- but if convicted, he faces up to 6 months in jail.

UCLA kicker Adam Searl will NOT be charged for allegedly sexually assaulting 2 women -- after investigators say there are too many holes in their stories.

As we previously reported, Searl was arrested after a woman claimed he went to her apartment in Oct. 2014 and raped her while she was blackout drunk.

After Searl was arrested in Oct. 2015, a second woman came to police and said Searl sexually assaulted her with his fingers during an incident in Feb. 2014.

Accuser #1 claimed she met Searl while drunkenly leaving a party and they went back to her place. She claimed she was so wasted, she blacked out but remembers Searl having sex with her 3 times and found 3 used condoms in her place the next morning.

She claims she tried to resist but kept blacking out. She went to police hours after the incident.

Cops say the DNA in the condoms matched Searl.

But investigators say they spoke with witnesses and ran toxicology and drug tests on the accuser -- and didn't find evidence to prove she was blackout hammered at the time of the incident.

Cops also say the fact she led him to her apartment cuts against her argument that he raped her.

Eventually, the L.A. County District Attorney decided there was not enough evidence to convict Searl, so the case was dropped.

As for accuser #2, officials spoke with witnesses and say there just wasn't enough there to prove he committed a crime. Plus, the fact she waited 1 year and 8 months made it a weaker case.

Lawyers for Shannen Doherty's ex-manager want a few more hours to grill her, and they're not buying any claims she's too sick from her cancer treatments to do it.

Steven Blatt filed docs asking for up to 4 more hours to depose Shannen in her lawsuit against his management firm, in which she accuses Blatt of mismanaging her insurance premiums.

Blatt's side already deposed Shannen for 7 hours -- the standard time allotted in California -- but that can be extended, and Blatt says his motion should be granted since Shannen's illness hasn't stopped her from partying left and right.

According to the docs, Blatt claims days before and after her first deposition, Shannen posted social media pics of herself enjoying the nightlife in NYC and Pittsburgh ... and even traveled to Australia for a fan convention.

Blatt adds she's done plenty of TV interviews too, so sitting a few more hours for questions shouldn't be a big deal.

Shannen's fired back in docs ... saying it's insulting Blatt insinuated she's not that sick, because she's living her life. She thinks the 7 hour grilling was more than enough, and says she doesn't owe Blatt any more time.

We'll see what the judge thinks.

Animal rights protesters blasted Amy Schumer at her NYC book signing for her decision to sport fur -- but Amy says they've got the wrong idea about her wardrobe.

This pissed off group busted into the Barnes & Noble where Amy was holding court ... toting signs and shouting at her for wearing a coat this past winter made by Canada Goose -- a company the protesters claim engages in animal cruelty.

Check out the video we got -- Amy tries to calm them down by being playful, but they didn't back down. Security eventually tossed 'em.

A rep for Amy tells TMZ the whole thing was unfortunate ... especially since the protesters didn't hear her out. The rep says Amy got the jacket as a gift, and once she learned about allegations Canada Goose harms animals ... she hasn't worn it since.

Boxing superstar Adrien Broner is BACK -- he's currently being released from jail after a 30 day stint ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Broner was locked up back in July after pissing off a judge when he arrived to a hearing 3 HOURS LATE and appeared to be drunk or hungover.

Broner had asked to be released early so he could train for an upcoming fight -- but the judge shot that down and told him he had to serve the entire 30 days.

We're told he's about to be released ... as long as he doesn't do anything stupid.

A Brazilian judge has ordered for the IMMEDIATE seizure of Ryan Lochte's passport -- claiming he may have lied about a robbery incident in Rio ... but the swimmer is already back in the U.S.

Larry Flynt ripped off another casino's name and slapped it on one of his new casinos ... so claims a company now suing to get Flynt to drop the name.

Isle of Capri Casinos says the Hustler honcho jacked "Lucky Lady" -- a name it says it's owned for at least 25 years ... according to docs obtained by TMZ.

Isle says Flynt filed paperwork to use the name in October 2014 -- 26 years after Isle began using the name for its casinos. Isle says it sent Flynt a letter demanding he abandon his application.

But according to the docs, Flynt blew 'em off ... and opened Larry Flynt's Lucky Lady Casino last month in Gardena, CA. Isle adds Flynt's lewd and suggestive nature and perceived association with strip clubs and porn magazines will harm its brand.
