12:10 PM PT -- According to a police report obtained by TMZ Sports, cops found a small baggie of "suspected" crack cocaine, a baggie of molly and some marijuana residue inside Vick's apartment.

More bad news for Marcus Vick ... the ex-NFL QB -- and younger brother of Michael Vick -- was arrested over the weekend in Virginia on a drug possession charge.

Cops say they went to Vick's apartment in Newport News on Saturday after someone complained about a marijuana odor in the area.

Police say the smell became stronger when Vick opened the door to his place.

He let the officers come inside and search the apartment. Vick was taken into custody for possession of a schedule I or II drug.

The former Virginia Tech standout is already on probation stemming from an assault case earlier this year -- and could now face serious time behind bars.

In case you missed it -- Vick led cops on a CRAZY foot chase during the assault arrest.

Conor McGregor was just hit with a $150k FINE and 50 hours of community service for firing water bottles at Nate Diaz during the UFC 202 press conference.

UFC honcho Dana White joined "TMZ Sports" the day after all hell broke loose at the presser and said "they're both getting punished."

Today was the day ... 'cause the Nevada State Athletic Commission met this morning in Las Vegas to determine what punishment McGregor would face.

The outcome? Conor has to pay a $150,000 fine (5% of his UFC 202 purse) ... and do 50 hours of community service. He also agreed to participate in an anti-bullying PSA.

Nate Diaz -- who also faces punishment -- had his hearing postponed.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Stevie J is suing his ex, Joseline Hernandez for her repeated accusations he molested his daughter, and is a devil-worshipping gay man.

Stevie J says his ex has been on a smear campaign and even enlisted a former nanny for his child to post similar allegations on social media ... according to the defamation suit, obtained by TMZ.

Stevie says Joseline's gone as far as calling Georgia's Division of Family and Children Services accusing him of sexual abuse. You'll recall Joseline posted a message to her 1.9 million followers, claiming Stevie molested the daughter he shares with Mimi Faust.

According to the docs, Joseline accused him of being gay and a devil-worshiper ... which Stevie says has damaged his reputation and exposed him to public hatred and ridicule.

Shailene Woodley was arrested for criminal trespass while protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline ... law enforcement tells TMZ.

The 'Divergent' star was busted Monday morning for trespassing during what she called a "peaceful protest" in Sioux County, North Dakota. About 100 protesters were on a construction site for the controversial pipeline project before cops moved in and put handcuffs on Shailene.

Shailene was arrested for 2 misdemeanors ... including engaging in a riot. Cops tell us they issued multiple warnings for the protesters to leave. 27 protesters were ultimately arrested.

The planned pipeline affects sacred Standing Rock Sioux land and burial grounds. On Sunday, a Federal appeals court rejected their request to stop the construction ... which sparked the protest.

Kim Kardashian's robbers did NOT make a clean getaway -- they dropped one item, and we've learned the blinged-out piece came straight from famed jeweler, Jacob and Co.

The recovered jewelry is a platinum mounted diamond cross ... according to our sources. Amazingly, a passerby found it on a sidewalk outside the apartment complex the day after the robbery. We're told it's worth $33,180.

Police are checking the pendant for any traces of DNA that could potentially help crack the case.

As we first told you, the robbers made off with a total of 13 items, worth $5.6 million ... and that includes the massive $4 million diamond ring.

Hard to tell if it has enough diamonds to be the actual pendant, but Kim was sporting this cross in Paris just 2 days before the robbery went down.

Suge Knight's still got money in the bank and it looks like he's using some of it to pay off his $30k tax bill from the State of California.

Suge was hit with 2 tax liens -- one for $18,340.37 from 2011, and another for $11,764.92 from 2012. The Death Row honcho's still behind bars, facing a murder charge in a fatal hit-and-run back in January 2015, but according to docs he made things right with the taxman in August.

He's still a far ways off from a clean slate, but taking care of tax bills ... it's a start.

Dr. Dre has delivered a clear threat over an upcoming TV movie that shows him beating his ex-GF senseless ... he's threatening to sue if it airs.

Sony Pictures is set to release "Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel'le" ... a film that depicts Dre as a woman beater. We've learned Dre's legal team fired off a cease and desist letter ... demanding that Sony back off, if it doesn't want to end up in court.

According to the letter, Dre flatly denies ever abusing Michel'le. It makes reference to the fact that they dated around 30 years ago and she never hinted at abuse or any type of violent behavior on his part. They also say she never sought medical treatment or filed a police report.

We're told Dre's character in the film is extremely violent -- attacking Michel'le by pulling her hair, punching her in the face and even pulling a gun on her.

Dre's attorneys have also warned Michel'le to back off.

The film is set for release next week.

The mom from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" racked up a big fat nursing bill while recovering from a car crash, but never paid up ... so she's been hauled into court.

Lainie Kazan is on the receiving end of a small claims court lawsuit, filed by Dynamic Nursing Services, which claims she stiffed them.

You'll recall ... Lainie was in a bad crash back in April that left her in a neck brace. Dynamic Nursing says it helped nurse her back to health ... then got left hanging to the tune of $2,762.

Lainie has a court date later this month. We reached out to her ... so far no word back.

Ron White got a rude awakening after a man allegedly kicked the crap out of his tour bus in the wee hours of the morning ... prompting the comedian to rush out in his long johns wielding a golf club.

Cops in Greenville, SC tell TMZ ... it all went down around 2:30 AM Friday when a driver sideswiped White's parked tour bus with his truck. Cops came and determined Bradley Palmer was at fault ... which really pissed him off.

We're told cops knocked on White's bus to hand him the collision report ... but he was asleep and no one answered. That shoulda been the end of it ... but get this -- shortly after, cops say they got a second call ... about Ron chasing Palmer with a golf club.

Ron says he woke up to someone loudly kicking his bus. He dashed out of the bus without putting clothes on ... and gave chase with the iron.

Brad Pitt will not be prosecuted for the incident on his private jet ... in fact, we've learned there was never an investigation in the first place because FBI sources say there's no case.

TMZ broke the story ... after the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services started its investigation into allegations Brad struck his 15-year-old son on a private jet, the LAPD was notified and turned the matter over to the FBI, which has jurisdiction.

Well-placed law enforcement sources tell us the FBI never opened an investigation, and say the matter should never have even been referred to the agency.

The Bureau's official position is that they are still fact-gathering, though they are not calling it an investigation. Behind the scenes, we're told the case will go nowhere.

As we reported, Maddox suffered no injuries and some witnesses on the jet say Brad's contact with the boy was inadvertent.

Sources connected with Angelina Jolie put it out there that she did not want Brad prosecuted, but the reality is ... that was never going to happen anyway.

DCFS has interviewed family members but, as far as we know, the dept. has taken no action with respect to custody. As we reported, for now Angelina has full physical custody of the couple's 6 kids.

Derrick Rose is on the stand in his civil rape case -- testifying that he did NOT do anything wrong.

Good news for Ice Cube and Dr. Dre -- they've been dismissed from the wrongful death lawsuit that had been filed against them and Suge Knight for the death of Terry Carter.

A court ruled Cube and Dre aren't responsible for Carter's death because it's unfathomable to blame them for Knight's reckless and allegedly criminal act -- running over and killing Carter.

TMZ broke the story ... Cube and Dre were named defendants, along with Suge, when Carter's family filed the suit ... claiming Cube and Dre hired known gang members as security to keep Knight away from "Straight Outta Compton" shoot locations.

Suge ran over Carter shortly after security gave him the boot, and the family felt that's what sent him into him into a rage.

The logo for "Hamilton: An American Musical" is now so iconic, it's become a target for rip-off artists ... according to producers behind the massive Broadway hit.

The head honchos of the company that runs all things 'Hamilton' just filed suit against t-shirt makers, SunFrog, for hawking bootleg 'Hamilton' shirts on their site.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- 'Hamilton' heads say SunFrog and a company called GearLaunch are using the famous silhouetted image of Alexander without permission.

Lawyers for the musical aren't buying GearLaunch's excuse -- that they assume freelance t-shirt designers have legally obtained rights to all the images beforehand.

They're suing to halt all sales and marketing of the alleged phony merch, and to get all profits.

SunFrog's legal team tells us, "As an online platform and service provider, there may be instances where user-generated content on our platform doesn't fully comply with either our terms and conditions or intellectual property law in general."

However, they say they do take intellectual property rights very seriously.

Kim Kardashian is no faker ... we found out the stolen ring at the center of the Paris robbery really was as advertised ... insanely expensive.

Kim showed the ring off frequently, and seemed happy that media outlets were setting the value in the millions. After it was stolen, Paris authorities said it was worth $4.5 million.

Sources familiar with the case tell us ... Kim has already submitted an insurance claim, setting the value of the ring at an even $4 million.

The insurance docs describe the ring in detail ... a 20 carat emerald cut stone.

According to the docs, 13 items were taken, with a total value of $5.6 million ... significantly less than the reported $10 million or $11 million.

Omar Epps and his wife got a sweet deal on their nanny, getting her to tidy up the house and clean up after their pets too, without paying her a dime of overtime ... according to the former employee.

Alba Hernandez says she put in 8 years with Omar and his wife Keisha ... taking care of their 2 kids. But she says she also ran errands for the Epps fam and took care of their pets.

Alba says her household duties required way more than your average 9 to 5. She says she put in more than 40 hours a week, but never got any overtime. She admits she made decent money ... $65k per year, but clearly feels she would've made much more on an hourly rate.

Rap group Travis Porter knows a thing or two about making big songs -- but one woman says they know nothing about paying vocalists -- so she's suing.

TP's Billboard hit single, "Ayy Ladies," was released in 2012, and Jasmine Usher claims she was a featured voice on the track. Usher says in legal docs she was in the studio when the song was recorded and they asked her to step in the booth ... she did, but says she never saw a dime.

Truth be told, if you listen, you'll hear a female voice repeatedly say, "Yeah," but that's it.

She's asking for royalties and her cut of future profits from the song.
