Cops have nabbed 2 people for beating and robbing Jake Harris and then leaving him for dead on the side of a road.

The suspects, Jorel Fultz and Amanda Ritter, were arrested late Tuesday. The couple faces 1st degree felony robbery charges -- plus an extra assault charge for Fultz.

As we reported ... the former "Deadliest Catch" star said he had caught a ride back into town over the weekend after a night at a casino in Washington state, before a fight broke out and he was thrown out of the vehicle. He woke up bloodied and battered on the side of the road ... his wallet, ID and cash nowhere in sight.

Law enforcement sources tell us Fultz and Ritter were arrested in the city of Spokane, but will eventually be transferred to Everette, where the alleged crime occurred. They're both being held without bond.

Dog the Bounty Hunter has unconventional methods for proving whether or not Steven Avery is worthy of a get out of jail free card like his nephew Brendan Dassey.

Dog was leaving Catch in WeHo Tuesday night, and while Dog's usually the guy forcibly locking people up, he thinks more people like Dassey will be getting out in the future.

Slim Thug's dinner was rudely interrupted by cops serving bad news -- crooks rolled his Rolls-Royce in the restaurant parking lot.

Slim tells TMZ ... he was having a business meeting over dinner at a Houston's ... in Houston, when someone smashed one window on his 2015 Rolls-Royce Wraith, and stole an iPhone. Cops tells us the whole caper was captured on security cameras, and the footage is key to their investigation.

Even though they only broke one window, it's a Rolls window. Slim says repairs will cost about $10k because the shattered glass messed up his leather and his paint job.

Silver linings? Insurance will cover the damage, and he enjoyed a delicious Hawaiian Rib-eye steak!

Prince's record label is through playing around with Jay Z -- it just sued the rapper's company for illegally streaming just about every hit song the late singer ever released.

Prince's NPG Records is suing Roc Nation for overstepping an agreement Prince signed with them before his death. According to the docs, Prince made a deal for Roc Nation to stream -- through Tidal -- the last album he released before his death ... "Hit N Run: Phase 1."

But NPG says Roc Nation decided it also had the greenlight to stream almost all of Prince's catalog, and started doing that on June 7, 2016 ... which would have been his 58th birthday.

NPG says none of that streaming was authorized and it's now suing Roc for copyright infringement, and also to block any continued streaming of his music ... outside of that final album.

They don't mention a specific dollar amount, but the damages would be enormous. According to the docs ... Tidal jacked "I Wanna Be Your Lover," "1999," "Little Red Corvette," "Cream," "Purple Rain," "Controversy," "Pop Life," ... just to skim the surface.

Seriously, the list goes on for more than 3 full pages.

Brendan Dassey poses a "serious public safety issue" if he's released from prison and the state of Wisconsin wants him to stay behind bars until a higher court makes a final decision on his conviction.

The state filed an 11th hour motion to block Brendan's release. As we reported, a judge ordered him to be set free because his rights were violated when cops interrogated the then 16-year-old without an adult present.

His conviction, chronicled on the Netflix series "Making a Murderer" ... was overturned back in August.

Joanna Krupa is NOT getting nude for something called "Super Sexy Saturday," but she is going after a Florida strip joint for using her mug and bod to promote the event.

Joanna is suing Pink Pony Tampa, claiming the club slapped her image all over advertisements for the "dance and shower" shows. The former 'Real Housewife' wants off all promos, and she wants to be paid her fair market value for the ads that are already out there.

According to docs ... Joanna says she never agreed to rep the joint, and even IF she chose to jeopardize her career at an "all nude all friction strip club" ... she'd charge an arm and a leg.

Translation: Everyone has their price.

Joanna even got an appraisal on her likeness, and says she can command $100k per photo! Colombian model Lina Posada is also suing the Pink Pony, but says her shots are worth a more reasonable $20k each.

2:15 PM PT -- It looks like the judge agreed with Von ... according to docs, a temporary restraining order was issued.

Von Miller is going on the offensive -- trying to block a woman from releasing a sex tape shot in Cancun ... and claiming she's demanding $2.5 MILLION or else.

The Denver Broncos superstar filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court under the pseudonym "Doe" -- but multiple sources confirm "Doe" is Miller.

In fact, he's described in the legal docs as "one of the most talented people at his craft in the U.S. and the world."

In the docs, Miller says he met a woman named Elizabeth Ruiz during a trip to Mexico in June 2016 -- and the two had sex while they were alone indoors.

Miller says the woman recorded the sex on her cell phone -- but he insisted at all times she keep it private. He claims he reached out to her after the trip and asked her to destroy the recording to which she replied, "Gotcha."

Miller claims the woman tried to sell the video to TMZ -- but TMZ shot her down.

That's when the woman gathered a team and tried to sell the video back to Von for $2.5 mil ... Miller claims in the docs. Miller's people also shot down the request and claimed the woman was trying to extort him.

Miller is now asking a judge to block the woman -- who lives in L.A. -- from going public with the tape.

We reached out to Miller's rep multiple times. So far, no word back.

Darren Sharper has made his not-so-triumphant return to Los Angeles -- where he's being held in a cell while awaiting his sentencing hearing for raping two women.

The ex-NFL superstar has been doing all sorts of traveling lately. In August, he went from his federal prison in Oklahoma City to Louisiana to be sentenced. He got 20 years as part of a global plea deal.

Now, he's back in L.A. where he previously served hundreds of days behind bars following his initial arrest back in 2014. He's set to be formally sentenced on Wednesday and then will be shipped back to a federal prison where he'll continue to serve time.

The former New Orleans Saints star was convicted of drugging and raping several women in 4 states ... CA, LA, AZ, NV. Still, he insists he's "not a monster."

The key piece of evidence that led authorities to prosecute Bob Crane's best friend for murder was bogus ... and Crane's son is shocked beyond words.

John Carpenter was prosecuted for murdering the "Hogan's Hero" star back in 1994, and the centerpiece of the trial was blood found in Carpenter's rent-a-car. DNA tests at the time were not nearly as reliable as today, so the jury had a reasonable doubt. But authorities never wavered.

Phoenix FOX 10 anchor John Hook got officials to release a sample of the blood found in the car and he had it tested with state-of-the-art DNA science. The results were revealed on the air Monday night and the conclusion ... the blood in the car was NOT Bob Crane's.

Bob's son, Bob Crane, Jr., sat in complete shock when he learned the results.

Carpenter died 4 years after his trial. The DNA test does not mean he didn't do it but one thing's for sure ... the case was clearly misdirected.

Crane died in 1978 in his Scottsdale apartment. He and Carpenter were involved in kinky sex, which included photographing a number of naked women. He was beaten to death with a tripod.

The radio DJ accused of grabbing Taylor Swift's bare ass thinks the photo at the center of the case will only help him in court.

David Mueller's legal team tells TMZ the pic "doesn't prove a thing other than he didn't have his hand underneath her skirt."

As for his awkward hand placement ... we're told Mueller's explanation is he leaned into the shot at the last minute. As we previously reported, Taylor claims he "reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo."

Morena Baccarin is fighting her ex-husband, mosquitoes and a ticking clock ... all to get her son to Brazil to visit her dying grandmother.

The "Gotham" star's asking the court to force her ex-husband, Austin Chick, to let her take their 3-year-old, Julius, on the trip. According to docs, Morena asked Austin last month for his consent, but he refused due to new info regarding Zika. He cited the CDC, which says it doesn't know the long-term risks for kids who contract the virus.

Morena has no such worries, and says Julius' pediatrician agrees ... Zika is "not a concern" for Julius.

She also says Austin thinks Brazil is just unsafe, which Morena says is B.S. because he never complained when the family traveled there before the divorce.

Nov 17 -- Garner tells TMZ he was simply spoofing Leykis for his own Internet talk show, and Leykis didn't like the competition.

Garner says in a statement ... "It's sad that Tom Leykis' fame and audience have diminished so far ... he feels the need to fabricate and spin [my] harmless spoof into an effort to get publicity."

Tom Leykis has a not-so-secret admirer who's gone from loving him to threatening him ... according to the radio host.

Leykis says a man named Trevor Garner called his private number and creeped him out ... pretending they were old friends and asking to work with him. Leykis blocked him, but he called back from another number, and left a very freaky voicemail.

According to the docs ... Garner repeatedly said he loves Tom's "fatness" and worships him, but his tone changed at the end ... saying, "I'm coming after you dude" and "Are you afraid yet?"

Leykis says Garner also calls into his radio show up to 200 times a week.

Actor Corey Sligh was arrested and booked for child molestation in his home state of Georgia.

The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office says Sligh -- who was an extra on 'Young and the Restless' -- was busted last month after the child's parents reported the alleged molestation on Sept. 24. We're told the alleged victim is a girl who was under 10 at the time.

According to docs ... the alleged acts of molestation occurred between April and September. It's unclear how many times Sligh is accused of molesting the child.

Deputies arrested him on October 14 and released the same day on a $22k bond.

Corey tells TMZ, "I am innocent and fighting this until the end, and the truth will prevail."

Lindsay Lohan got dragged into a brutal mess allegedly involving 2 Russians and a major ass whooping in one of the most outlandish Las Vegas tales we've ever heard.

A 24-year-old man told Vegas Metro cops ... 2 men came into his room at the Excalibur last month, took him in the bathroom and asked if he'd been talking smack on LiLo ... this according to a police report obtained by TMZ.

The man says he denied saying a peep about Lindsay, but the Russians beat him to a pulp anyway. That's his story and he's sticking to it. So, what's his connection to Lindsay?

The alleged victim tells us he met her at Coachella back in April. As for why 2 random Russian dudes tracked him down 6 months later in a different state -- he thinks they recognized him from Coachella.

For the record, Lindsay's camp says she doesn't know this guy from a hole in the ground, and cops say he refused to cooperate with their investigation. So, case closed.

Krispy Kreme's maple and berry filled donuts are actually full of crap, according to a new class action lawsuit.

Jason Saidian just filed the suit after getting an order of Glazed Raspberry Filled, Chocolate Iced Raspberry Filled, Maple Iced Glazed and Glazed Blueberry Cake donuts. Sounds like a party, what could go wrong?

In the docs, Saidian says his order was packed full of imitation ingredients, like "blueberry gumbits." He's pissed because he thinks KK falsely advertised, and knows how to make the real deal -- the Glazed Lemon Filled and Glazed Strawberry Filled have 100% real fruit.

Saidian's looking for $5 million on behalf of all Krispy Kreme faithful who've had a berry filled, maple flavored lie pulled over their eyes.

Jay Z better be ready for some purple pain -- Prince's estate wants nothing to do with his offer to snatch up any of the late singer's music catalog.

Sources involved in the deal tell TMZ the estate fired off a letter to Jay's team last month, saying it had no interest in signing a deal for "Roc Nation to exploit any of the intellectual property assets of the Estate."

We broke the story, Jay Z had offered around $40 million to take control of Prince's unreleased tracks.

More bad news -- the estate is calling out Tidal for making 15 Prince albums available for streaming a couple months after his death. Those releases were unauthorized according to the estate.

Translation: You're gonna owe us some dough.

The estate does acknowledge Prince made a deal with Jay for the 2015 release of his final album, "HitNRun Phase One" -- but also says it hasn't found proof of a $750k payment to close that deal.
